    Doing this workout for 81 days! (Remind me-like/comment)
    Day 1:✅ Did it once and it was a bit difficult on the last couple exercises. Definitely felt a burn.
    Day 2:✅ Did it once and it felt alright but still a bit difficult toward the end:
    Day 3:✅ Did it once and it was a bit easier than the past days.
    Day 4:✅ The end part is definitely getting easier. (did it once)
    Day 5:✅ Did it once and it’s getting better and less hard to complete.
    Day 6:✅ Done!!
    Day 7:❌
    so i restarted the workout for 6 days while adding some squats throughout my daily routine. I’ve found some decent changes and my legs are more toned and a bit more slimmed. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t see results yet it just takes time so i decided to start a new leg workout which was a bit longer. 🎉

    The fact that Maddie can motivate us without SCREAMING at us is such an incredibly special skill. You always manage to get me to work out even on days I’m not feeling like it. What I love about these 5 minute ones is they’re a great way to get into the mindset to workout. Then once you start you want to continue! Thank you for all that you do. I’ve been trying to get back into my fitness routine for almost 2 years & since discovering you I’ve made more progress than I did for those 2 years altogether & it’s barely been over a month since I started following your routines. Thank you sooooo much 💜🥹🙏🏼

    I love how quick these are. Especially for beginners. It’s not an hour workout that you’ll likely quit half way through. Love!!!

    I have been watching you for so long, I’m so happy for all of the success you have achieved with this channel! These are by far my favourite workouts. I can’t put my finger on what it is exactly, I like the music, the variations, and overall your videos are just calming and make me look forward to working out rather than dreading it!     2022 December Workout Challenge, Day 24, part 2: Complete ✅
    Okay, this Christmas Eve workout was awesome 😍 It was perfect for calming things down a bit, focusing my energy and mind, but also getting a good burn in 🔥 I feel amazing! Thank you so much, Maddie! The care that was taken into selecting the order of workouts for the month really shined through for me today ✨

    Oh my lord, Maddieeeeee. This 15-minute Christmas Eve workout had me thinking it was going to be easy. This was the first time it was my body and not my mind struggling to make it to the end of the interval. Love what you do and thanks for pushing me.

    this is great for me to start my workout journey :) i wasn't able to do the last minute, my legs were jelly. I'll try and do this twice a day, I'm sure that i'll see results soon enough.
    update: still couldnt do the last minute, but i did an intense warmup before this

    Great workout! Would you be willing to make a five minute leg workout that's knee friendly? I'm still young but I've always had pain in my right knee since I was a teenager (I've been to the drs). I actually couldn't do the lunge part at all with my knee sadly 😢

    it's always the work outs i have to do when I'm so busy throughout the day that are the hardest on my disabled body :0 i did it though! with breaks!

    Great workout! I love all of your’s, but I really like these short ones. Are your shoes regular tennis shoes? They look really nice for leg day stuff. Almost like dance shoes. Really flexible but more flat than running shoes.
