    Если делать медленно, то получается, хотя очень трудно опускаться на колено, аж жжёт мышцы бедер и ягодиц. Если чуть быстрее, то падаешь. Во всяком случае у меня так получилось с опорой на левую ногу. Так как после правой мышцы были уже в напряжении, стала делать быстрее и тут же завалилась. Повторила медленно и все получилось.

    Can confirm - harder than it looks. I could very wobbly touch going forward, but dropping down to one knee no. Definitely need to go to the gym and it would be no problem. 5'6" 148lbs

    Now do NFL player vs Pilates instructor. And increase the reps and add a weight vest. Physical therapists treat people, they’re not athletes.

      Because the try to keep the weight in the leg touching the ground so after its easy to stand up but lack of strength results in them falling down 😅

      It’s about balance . We learn it as toddlers learning to walk but we should be training it as adults . Super important. Especially athletes. You need good core strength

    i can do it easily but i failed at first because of my balance, it maybe cause of the smith machine i workout that remove the stability demand and balqnce

    When i bend my right leg i touch the ground with my hand but not my knee but when i did it with my left leg i did both

    I've been doing it wrong😂
    I did it the almost impossible way, bending my knee down to the ground then attempting to get up😂
    But I tried it this way and I did it first try it's very easy. Maybe BC I went to a gymnastics play group thingie since I was 2 and became an official gymnast at 10 (not high rank level 1at that time)
    Edit- i was actually doing it correctly 💀
    It was much harder than expected lol but i did it easily! ( After getting an extremely shaky and sore leg after 100 attempts lol)
