Because the try to keep the weight in the leg touching the ground so after its easy to stand up but lack of strength results in them falling down 😅 I think
It’s about balance . We learn it as toddlers learning to walk but we should be training it as adults . Super important. Especially athletes. You need good core strength

Maybe BC I went to a gymnastics play group thingie since I was 2 and became an official gymnast at 10 (not high rank level 1at that time) Edit- i was actually doing it correctly 💀 It was much harder than expected lol but i did it easily! ( After getting an extremely shaky and sore leg after 100 attempts lol)
