Count sets of calf strengthening legs lifts (tip-toes) and then achilles stretches. Do upperbody weight work religiously even if you start w 2lb dumbbells. Soon you'll be able to get up from all fours, exactly like a baby. Eventually - tripod. And much more Really 🎉 Also, ab work for your back. There are always modified or beginner versions of these exercises Consistency Will yield results, really. 🌱🦜 We must move our bodies every day, no matter what, no matter how we feel. I'm a professional body worker. And while many, many people have Rounded shoulders from slumping over, Women often have the added weight of breasts., So that first stretch he was showing you was opening up the front Of the chest, and squeezing the shoulder blades back To engage trapezius and rhomboids .
I would say that the open league stretch and these squats are Helpful to keep a strong pelvic floor. And again, women go through more Potential trauma there because of childbirth.
And the one that similar to the bridge pose is just a delightful Exercise for all of us. Most of us are chronically Bent forward in one way or another, even sitting is this. So a stretch to contract the back and open. The front is very helpful for balance in the body.
      That's my take on it.🤷🏽‍♀️✨️😁🌠

Wow I know these are gonna be awesome when I try them! They're the opposite way i move myself every day, so stretching my body out really well like this is going to counter all the pain i would be in at the end of a day of repetitive daily movement

How long should each stretch be held?

    • @lydiat5819

depending on your individual level. Start short like until the ache starts for a few seconds, then release and repeat. After seasoned, the muscles can tolerate longer periods of ache without getting injured.
For seniors, please take longer to progress even though you think you can achieve with shorter timing but the danger is you will only feel the injury after a few sessions (or even one session) and it could take months to recover.

Recap: 4 daily exercises - 1. Wall Shoulder Stretch (Thumbs up/bring chest as close to wall as possible). 2. Low Chair Tabletops (Hands behind you/drive heels into ground/up and down/squeeze butt muscles and lift). 3. Straddle Stretch (Good posture/bring belly button to ground). 4. Squat Stretch (Go to edge of chair then bring hand to your side then do a squat in front of the chair - show how deep you can go and then go to a squat position). Great at-home exercises when you cannot go to the gym! Thanks!

When talking to woman you don't use "You should"" you must" is better to say " is recommended"

I am so tired of men telling all women what we should do with our bodies or anything else. Go tell somebody with your own body parts what they need to do with them.

It might sound weird but could you possibly recommend exercises for people who suffer from issues like anal fissure, hemorrhoids, etc.?
Many women develop fissures during pregnancy as well. Was wondering which exercises won't worsen the conditions.
