i can tap the ground with my knee but i stay there 😂 need to exercise more

  • @ShaloMEibbotson

After the knee drop bit, are you supposed to also tap the floor with your forehead?

  • @imranlone9544

so I have neither mobility nor strength... 😂

  • @yakee321123

Definitly not me almost shattering my knee dropping it to the ground

  • @SusieQ3

At 30 weeks pregnant, I could bend over and touch the ground with my hand, but once I got my knee down, I couldn't get back up. Will work on this once my center of balance and core in general is back to normal.

  • @pipthewarrior3738

I got the first one and got about 2/3 the way down the second one and slammed my knee into the floor, rolled around for like 40 seconds.

That was surprisingly easy, BJJ trains both mobility and strength

This seems sooo easy UNTIL you get to those last 5cm before the knee touches the ground. Feels like i'm lacking both some hip and MAJOR ankle mobility

  • @JMBBrasil

    Glad to see I can!

  • @FrightF

Some people will never do this, but nearly everyone at some age will be able to. Just do it when youre very young so atleast you can say, I could do that 😊

  • @liz_2003

I got it! Did it on both sides🙌🏼

  • @someblokecalleddave1

Yeah at 63 and pre-season I can't get the knee to the ground and previously having had issues with my popliteus, I'm not pushing this at the moment.

  • @Glxve

Posting this from the orthopedics waiting room after trying this

  • @Itsife_

Why did I come straight to the comments 😂
