I’m learning via RUclips to make vegan nori seaweed sushi rice and veggie rolls with pickled ginger and wasabi. The supplies are very inexpensive at an Asian market.
Since seriously changing to vegan earlier this year, I have added to my vinegar collection: rice, balsamic, malt, red wine, apple cider... White vinegar is mainly used as a cleaner now. 😂
I occasionally want to use salt at the table and I have heard Dr. Bernard and my personal doctor both recommend potassium chloride instead of salt. I've tried it and enjoy it from time to time.
I didn’t realize that Acorn squash is a starch! I have been eating potatoes but I have to stop eating the acorn squash at the same time. No wonder this isn’t working for me! Lol😅

Thank you for all of the content. I have benefitted greatly. I’m not enjoying my food without salt so I haven’t let it go. What a good idea to let it go gradually. I also purchased 50% salt 50% potassium chloride. Love the idea of using balsamic vinegar instead of salt. I’ll try it today. I am curious where do you get iodine without salt?

I don't think you should include peanut butter in with processed foods. Saying eat peanuts instead of peanut butter. The peanut butter I buy has nothing but peanuts in it. No added oil or sugar. It's just ground peanuts.
