Love the tuna salad ….. might have to cheat and add a little mayo in there though ….. 😉 TBH, I make a tuna salad with two small tins of tuna (bought as pre-soaked in tin using spring water instead of brine), one third of a chopped green pepper + one third yellow pepper + one third red pepper, a small can of sweet corn, half a chopped white onion + half a chopped red onion, 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil, ground black pepper, pinch of chilli flakes + pinch of mixed herbs, 4-5 tablespoons of mayo, can also add a small amount of celery if you want, mix well! Can have this with brown pasta or a jacket potato (baked in the oven with salt + pepper + olive oil). That will easily last 4 decent meals.
