pro tip for the cookie dough: add your almond flour to a dry pan over medium heat and toast it. give it a few minutes without stirring it and go by smell. it toasts into a rich buttery smell, something like speculoos cookie butter. once it reaches that point, start stirring until it’s evenly golden brown, and remove from heat before it gets too dark. now you’ve got an even MORE cookie-like cookie dough 💛 obv this takes more effort and tools (pan, spatula, and heating up the stove) so don’t worry about skipping this for the immediate cookie dough. if you’ve got the time though...SOOO good

for the choc shake, i used a liquid sweetener (ie: honey, agave, maple syrup, etc..) instead of a date since i didn't have any. for everyone wondering, you can totally use a sweetener- it worked just fine!
Another healthish smoothie recipe is: - 2 tbsp Oats, doesn’t matter what type -Frozen banana or fresh but frozen is better -1 tbsp Nutella -Milk (doesn’t matter how much just enough to cover ingredients or almost cover) You can add more oats and Nutella if you’d like.
Oatmeal cookies have a better structure when you crush oats in a blender until half of it is kind of like flour, and another half is a little smaller than normally.

you could use non-vegan butter that's nut free or olive oil butter
try sunflower seed butter.
You could purchase seed butter, It is super healthy and yummy. (In contains sunflower seeds, Pumpkin seeds, Sesames seeds, and linseed) I definitely recommend it.

for the choc shake, i used a liquid sweetener (ie: honey, agave, maple syrup, etc..) instead of a date since i didn't have any. for everyone wondering, you can totally use a sweetener- it worked just fine!

- 2 tbsp Oats, doesn’t matter what type
-Frozen banana or fresh but frozen is better
-1 tbsp Nutella
-Milk (doesn’t matter how much just enough to cover ingredients or almost cover)
You can add more oats and Nutella if you’d like.
