Ever since my parents divorced five years ago I’ve been putting on a ton of weight. For five years, I constantly cried about how I was so fat. I sat on the couch all day and ate unhealthy foods. I would always look in the mirror and complain about it. I don’t tell my mother about how I want to lose weight because all she says is that I’m not fat and I don’t need to. I’ve wanted to kill my self soo much. That’s when I ran across your channel. It’s been a few weeks since I found it. I’ve been doing your two week shred and ab workout. Even though I do do it in my room because I’m ashamed of others knowing about it, I’m seeing boosting in my self confidence. Before I found you I was on the edge of ending it. Chloe I just want you to know you saved my life
stay strong, you can do it!!! Just take one day at a time and don't punish yourself if you have a 'cheat' day, we all do! Emotional eating is so normal, but feeling like your life is not worthy is not ... it breaks my heart to hear you say that :( you know, you can always share this with your mom, maybe you and she can work out together, I sincerely believe it will help heal the wounds of your broken heart. Don't forget...your parents love for YOU has not changed, it's just their love for each other did.

hey guysss here is my workout smoothie recipe: 1 banana 1 teaspoon of peanut butter (optional and can be replaced by protein powder) Strawberries/Mango (you choose which one you want and the amount that you want) 60g of oatmeal Almond milk/ soya milk / “normal milk” (I personally use almond milk) Yogurt (optional) ****************************** *NOTES* *If you don’t want to add mango or strawberries just add a second banana. *If you dont like bananas just use any fruit even though I recommend using bananas. *You can add seeds (chia seeds for example) *You can add any amount of milk. It only depends on the texture you want. *You can drink it before doing your workout, while doing your workout or even after your workout, it is up to you! *I think it’s cute when I put it in a mason jar sooo it is just an idea for you guys. *You may see the same comment from me in another video because I want people to see it because it may help someone! You can still eat chocolate while being healthy! Don’t think of foods as “good”, “bad”, “fattening”, “healthy”, “unhealthy”, etc. Just think of food as food. Once you start that mindset up it can really take a toll on you and cause disordered eating. Take care of yourself, and eat in moderation. You don’t have to be 100% healthy, 100% of the time. You shouldn’t, really. That would keep on wearing you out, and if you never EVER indulged, you would most likely stop eating healthily after a while because you associate eating healthy with never treating yourself. Sorry for the long reply, but in conclusion go eat a Hershey kiss babe :)

If u want to level it up u can add berries, nuts etc into it. Just press it into the chocolate and freeze it. U will love it! And instead of marble syrup u can use Xylit. Less calories, taste like sugar ☺️💜

Hey Chloe, my two friends and I are doing the two weeks shred challenge, then another belly workout from another yt and your hip dips workout with you having a blue sports clothes on. We are almost done but we do it after we work with weights for the back. This is crazy. Almost after two weeks we are able to do it without stops and holy we see so many differences. I never had big hip dips or something but these workouts are holy to me now. Thank you. We do this for about three weeks and then I will choose new ones. I also started to eat more!!

•1 tablespoon of maple syrup

If u want to level it up u can add berries, nuts etc into it. Just press it into the chocolate and freeze it. U will love it! And instead of marble syrup u can use Xylit. Less calories, taste like sugar ☺️💜

Hey Chloe, my two friends and I are doing the two weeks shred challenge, then another belly workout from another yt and your hip dips workout with you having a blue sports clothes on. We are almost done but we do it after we work with weights for the back. This is crazy. Almost after two weeks we are able to do it without stops and holy we see so many differences. I never had big hip dips or something but these workouts are holy to me now. Thank you. We do this for about three weeks and then I will choose new ones. I also started to eat more!!
