Love your series. I do a combination of your exercises: warm-up, neck and shoulders and 6 for lower back. 71 year old senior who walks 2-3 miles per day and needs these exercises to complement and avoid injury.

I LOVE that your Mom is doing the stretches & other exercises together w/you. I came across Yes2next by accident but couldn't do anything because of a car accident in July 2022. I had sustained 3rd degree burns on my legs & they will not be healed for another year & possiblly longer. I am finally in Physical Therapy, a retired friend has been my driver since July. I told them my short term Goal is to be able to walk to my car & then when I have arrived at my destination, walk again w/o assistance. That would change my World 😉. Today I went to your site for lower back pain. I just knew you had a video on that problem, so pleased you do. It was gentle & as usual they were adapted to each person's abilities. I am looking forward to working w/ both of you as I am able. I have told my Physical Therapist, he said that's Great but listen to your body & take it slowly, you are just starting out after after 8 months of being sedentary at home. I started my day with this new-to-me stretch routine today and then moved on to the other stretching exercises that I've been doing daily since my back started bothering me. I'm still not back to normal, but doing these stretches definitely helps, both in the moment and in my ability to get through the day. I was thinking "aah" as I reviewed this session. I've actually done some of these stretches on my own, others were new. I don't suffer from lower back pain, but the wall of muscles in my sacrum area chronically hurt. As Aiko said, all stretches feel good and help, so this routine will most definitely make me feel better before I rise from bed to chase away the stiffness. This is just what I needed as I woke up with some lower back pain. Just feeling tight. Good idea to where you can do it in bed as well. You can do these before getting out of bed in the morning. Thank you for these stretches.

Thanks this is a great lower back session. Because you just demonstrate the moves but don't go through the full set (3) on the video, I keep having to jump up to stop the video and do all the sets. It's disruptive. I'd love a longer version that I could just follow along with. The posture workout is the same. How do you envisage people using these? stopping after each move to do repeats? playing the whole thing three times? Thanks

I have enjoyed a lot of your exercises in the past and whilst I’m glad you’re doing exercises for the lower back, as a chronic sufferer I find it extremely uncomfortable to lie on my back and certainly not to do these exercises. Can these be done a different way?

This is just what I needed as I woke up with some lower back pain. Just feeling tight. Good idea to where you can do it in bed as well. You can do these before getting out of bed in the morning. Thank you for these stretches.

Thanks this is a great lower back session. Because you just demonstrate the moves but don't go through the full set (3) on the video, I keep having to jump up to stop the video and do all the sets. It's disruptive. I'd love a longer version that I could just follow along with. The posture workout is the same. How do you envisage people using these? stopping after each move to do repeats? playing the whole thing three times? Thanks
