Ever since I was young I just really don’t like the taste of a lot of meat. I do eat some meat ,maybe I or two servings a week but I like the taste of fruits and veggies the most. I eat eggs, cottage cheese, beans and some fish or even tofu. But I do like chicken breast so that’s the meat I usually pick to eat in my recipes.
