So refreshing to see a "normal" vegan grocery haul where not everything is either super expensive organic vegan gourmet foods or raw fruit! Love that you included treats as well, let's be honest everyone needs some from time to time. This is one of the few vegan hauls I've watched that seems completely "real". Thank you!
+Lisa Doser agreed as well, it's good (and healthy) to see more protein & base food sources as well like the beans - those entirely fruit hauls aren't healthy at all in my opinion!
This is great! So many people think being vegan is expensive, but in reality it's so much cheaper! This is exactly what my grocery hauls look like, lots of beans, rice, potatoes, bananas, and frozen veg. Love it!
Are those foods the only ways to get them? I was told we don't get them at all and gave to supplement. (I haven't done much research on B-12 yet, I just got done researching iron and I'm going down the list).
Betty-Alexandria Pride yeah its hard to get them unless you eat plant milk or cereal fortified with vitamin b12, otherwise i think you’re supposed to supplement
+B.A.D. Dickie Yeah but keep in mind that soaking remove the phytic acid that prohibit owr body from absorbing minerals, espacially calcium, iron and zinc.
This is exacly why I fell in love with your channel. Normal, cheap, accessible food. It makes it more relatable to a bigger audience that does not have vegan food replacers. On another hand, your groceries are pretty similar to mine. I usually get original and unsweetened almond milk (one for cooking savory stuff and other for the rest). I buy a lot more fruit because I looooove smoothies (plus, tropical island xD). Peanut butter and jelly because love. Some soups for when I am REALLY lazy. Avocados are a must if they are in season. Other things like pancake mixture, oatmeal, lots of tomatos and onions and such.
+Nicole Castillo Yes, avocados for the win!! I love avo, but I don't seem to buy them as often for some reason ahaha thank you so much for your comment and your suggestions too :)
The worst part of my journey is that I know nothing about cooking. So I have to learn to cook and how to shop and what to eat. And I'm only 15 and I'm doing it by myself so. Yea. Getting a job as soon as possible so I can just buy my own food. RUclips shall be my guide. Thank you so much for providing this resource for me.
I'm 16 and the only vegan in my house hold I cook all my food in big batches and freeze some then can microwave it when needed , it's all about prepping and knowing what to eat , making a meal plan allways helps me x
I'm 13 and a new vegan. This video was so helpful. I still have the same house hold products from before I became vegan but I am never buying them again once they are finished and replacing them with a cruelty free product instead. Right now I feel great physically and mentally. Thanks for the video!
it's great that you are buying lots of things in bigger bags, that way you reduce your waste tremendously (vs. buying a ton of small bags). I just wish potatoes wouldn't come wrapped in plastic at all the supermarkets although sainsburys now offers some loose as well which is great! chickpeas are my favorite, they are the best :)
+The Minimalist Ninja I think because I ordered online, even if I bought potatoes that weren't pre-packaged, they would put it in a plastic bag. I try to limit my plastic waste by not getting the food packaged in plastic bags when I get them delivered :) thanks for watching xx
Hi Rose :) Did you know about the quick soak bean method? It is really great in a pinch when you need beans and you forget to soak. You just bring your beans to a boil on the stove top with lots of water. Once it is boiling you pull it off the heat and soak for one hour (no more than two hours.) Then you just rinse, drain and cook as normal. I almost always do it this way because I usually forget to soak them at bed time. Also, since you love cooking dried beans so often a pressure cooker might be a good investment for you because they make bean prep seamless and fast!
+Jamie Robinson That's an awesome idea!! I also did use my rice cooker to cook beans but I think I slightly burned them by accident ahaha i'm definitely gonna try your quick soak method! thank you so much
I pressure cook the whole bag of beans and then freeze them. Saves on money and time in the cooking process and they are easy to just take out the amount you need from the freezer.
THE BEST THING FOR SOMEONE LIKE ME LOL. I know that this isn't the end all be all, but this will definitely help me sit down and start organizing how I'll build my foods. Next, I'll start to work on building meals from the foods that I like and find alternatives for what I don't like. Thank you for this helpful, informative, well thought out video!
Betty-Alexandria Pride hardest thing for me is how they make all these vegan meals from SCRATCH!! IM like DANG??!! IS that the only way to be vegan? I can't buy already made things at the grocery store? My nearest whole food market is an hour and a half away 😞
Hello! I'm Algerian and we tend to eat couscous on the regular. My advice to you is, try to find brown couscous because the white one can cause digestive problems if not eaten with a lot of vegetables. Have a nice day~ :)
I used to be a vegetarian for a long time and recently switched to a vegan diet. I've been absolutely loving it and I feel fantastic. I love vegan butter, it tastes so much better than the real stuff. This video was quite helpful to refresh my memory on what to buy. I love how healthy everything is:)
I have a similar experience. Veganism is fantastic! I can save the animals, the environment, and my health, and I finally, for once in my life, have been motivated to form a more strict, structured diet.
Not sure if anyone has mentioned this but the almond milk (and indeed other carton beverages) that has the sticking up 'bar' and the roof shaped lid, denotes, at least in the uk it does, that this is a chilled, conventionally pasteurised product and must be kept refrigerated. Tetra paks with the flat top or a slanted flat top are uht pasteurised.
I'm vegan and so incredibly lazy! your videos are making my life so much easier and also i'm now eating food that tastes so amazing! so glad there's other lazy vegans haha!
Haha, I laughed when you showed jarred pickles with Polish label "Ogórki po kaszubsku". I'm from Kaszuby in Poland and it's nice to see our delicious accent on the other side of the world :D
I would like to see a series from you, that would be about a specific ingredients, like for instance chickpeas, broccoli etc. on how to prepare them, how to store them, your tips on what to make out of them. You do give that info sometimes in your videos but it would awesome if you would have a special video for it and it would be easy to find it!
This video helped me more than you will know. When I compare what I was eating now compared to before I was vegan 3 months ago, I am disgusted at my past self but excited for the future. Anyway, thanks for the great inspiration.
+upchur09 yayy!! i also got their meat-free pieces (i think that's what they were called) - i haven't really tried them properly though. gonna have to try the spicy burgers :) thanks for sharing!
You could also add: Brazil Nuts for Selenium, Pumpkin seeds for Zinc, Essential Ground Linseed, or Chia seeds, or Walnuts for vital Omega 3 Essential Maggi stock cubes for Iodine Also : humus, olives, , yeast extract for Vege gravy, salad, soy yogurt, tofu, palm oil free peanut butter, mixed herbs, Ginger, and Pasta if you like
I'm just starting to be a vegan. And this video will help me and know what I need to buy to stock up on. I wanted to ask,can you make a video of meals that I could make with all vegan stuff please? Thanks!
+Finding Fay I have definitely tried some sort of Linda Mcartney sausages, but I can't recall which one it was!! they were really yummy though. thanks for the tip!!!
I know I'm super late but my mom taught me this trick. We soak ALL our beans within that week of grocery and we cook all. After they cool, we freeze them in bags and whenever we decide to make something with beans it's just to thaw out and reheat cuz they're already cooked!
Thank you, you make this so easy to understand and very straight forward. You are a super cool messenger for a healthier world and eating for the planet.
Great video! Very helpful to see what vegan people eats. How long will this last you aprox? I really like all your videos very practical and easy to follow. :)
brown chickpeas is called 'chana' in our asian language.. u can make a curry with onions, green chilli paste, chilli powder, salt, ginger, garlic, carrom or cumin seeds, mustard seeds.. fry the onions, seeds then ginger etc. lastly a pinch of turmeric
I found this so useful! I'm going to try to change my diet to full vegan in January and was looking for a good beginners store cupboard guide that's British supermarkets (I live in London too) so thanks!! Do you have any videos of sort of a top five beginner vegan meals that are easy to make with these kinds of ingredients? I feel super motivated o clear out and buy lots of good stuff now thanks again! X
The left had almond milk is the carton sold in the fridge and the right hand is sold on the shelf. Reading the descriptions online they are both UHT (ultra heat treated).
not even a minute in but I already thumbs up the video because it was SOO HARD finding a good video detailing this without a long winded bs intro. I can already tell this will be soo helpful so thank you I appreciate this very much xx oh also a tip: I think it would be helpful if you included where you did your shopping! or if you know the best places to buy certain items for a better price. you gained a new subscriber :)
This was so inspiring iv been vegan all my life and sometimes you do get lazy and want something on the go-as well as prep for the weeks ahead! You helped so much-thank you xxx
It's probably already been said, but just in case.. emulsifiers E471 and E472e which are in a lot of breads are both animal derived. There' a great app called E Additives where you can search any numbered ingredient on food packaging and it will tell you where it comes from and if there are any known ill effects caused by the additive. There are breads without those additives in them, just have to spend some time checking the labels :)
Just found this out last week but you can freeze already prepared beans so once you've soaked and cooked your dry beans get rid of the liquid and put them in a freezerbag and they should be good for about 6 month in the fridge! Havent tried it out myself yet (have a very small and therefore full freezer but when the space is there I'm for sure trying that! Heard they should taste just the same too!) :) Just thought as an alternative for the canned beans! :) Also, I can seriously recommend Oatlys ikaffe (alt. in coffee (?) I dont know if the title is the same for the english market or not)! Im not vegan yet but working my way there and that oatmilk was by far one of the better milk substitutes for warm bevarges (I've only tried it in tea, never used milk for anything else) but its really good! :)
Pretty cool haul! I would highlight olive oil. In the blue zones of longevity, people consume lots of olive oil. Great with beans, stir fry, soup, base, vegan ,aye, etc. That is definitely a staple. We care for animals here until death do us part, but I can see how the dairy industry would be perceived as cruel if the magnifying glass were to shine on it. Too many animals treated as commodities. Animals are not commodities, they are living, breathing, feeling higher forms of life. I am vegetarian, and use organic dairy very sparingly. I suggest that being a conscientious eater is the best eater, knowing where your food comes from and how...seeking to reduce ecosystem and impacts! Good luck!
omg this is a REALLY good video!! I was hoping a vegan out there would make a grocer haul b/c i find myself buying the same things every week and I'm starting to get bored and am scared that I'll lose my track of vegamisn! its great to see what other people buy and what kind of stuff i can incorporate into my diet :)
The almond milk with the flat top is meant to be in a pantry for baking. Almond milk does better in baking when room temperature. The one on the left is meant to be refrigerated. The baking one is great for bake stocking almond milk. Or if you are like me, the smaller size helps when you dont drink it that often.
Wow your videos are soooooooo inspiring and helpful !!! I'm new at this vegan lifestyle (2 weeks in yay) so I needed some advice and your account is the best so far on the subject !!!! Keep going you got it gurl 😜
........this is pretty much exactly what I buy...... Although I think pineapples are really cheap I tend to cut 2 of them up and freeze em to go with the frozen berry's and banana in a smoothie. and God bless Asda honestly it makes buying food so cheap and easy 😂
Hi, just for information Alpro is a Belgian brand, not a UK one, i didn't know that you can find these in Canada, that's amazing ^^ There is 2 other flavour of pudding (caramel and "milk" chocolate), but also yogurts, deserts, drinkable treats (the berry mix drink is sooo good) and 5 types of non dairy milks :)
Great video :) Just a note - dried beans and grains can last a very long time - over six months, but they do go off at some point where they dry out and are impossible to cook, so check the date of expiration on every package before you buy. 50.00 pounds may be a fair price in the UK, but people living outside of the UK need to consider current exchange rates and factor in shipping rates if they want to order from there - it's better to find equivalent items available where the person spending the money lives :) I bought locally available versions of the items in the video when I lived in the US and later I applied that same principle when I moved to the UK and now I get the local versions of these things where I live in Germany - so it can be done. :) I find eating this way saves me money no matter where I live. Basically, most dried, frozen and bulk whole foods are cheaper - so learn how to make some yummy lentil soup, etc. ;) Good luck!
Yeah button sprouts are Brussels sprouts, I'm obsessed with those too. My son loves peas lol, I found some vegan butter (dairy free anyways) only 90 grams of sodium in a 2 lb tub I'm not sure if that part is healthy or not. But it lets me have some buttered toast when I want it, lol. My son and I put nutritional yeast on our toast and it makes it sort of cheesy.
Omg! I'm from Puerto Rico and I'm gonna have to start ordering from that UK website. lol Everything is so cheap where you live. Here on the island everything is so expensive. Btw, love your channel and your content. Definitely gonna try your recipes. Keep up the good work. 😊
Peurto Rican (and any Caribbean) food can be vegan too. There are so many vegetables and fruits on tropical islands that you can use to make vegan food :) Here's a website to give you some ideas - Good luck :) nuestracena-vegancuisine.blogspot.de/2011/01/pastelillospuerto-ricos-no-1-fried.html
Thanks. I’m slowly but surely becoming more curious about this way of eating. Especially after recently watching What the health, and forks over knives
+hayley welsh Pretty sure the slopey topped one is fresh/chilled whereas the flat top one is UHT. They must have got them mixed up at the store when they were packing.
That's right. As Hayley says, UHT is heat treated so that it lasts longer. It can be stored on a regular foods shelf (usually near the cereals) until it's opened, then it needs to go in the fridge.
great video I can't get over how people always got to find something wrong with everything, couldn't find anything wrong so had to complain about your hands, and the gestures you make with your hands don't compare to the screeching of hands on a chalkboard/blackboard thank you for sharing was very helpful for my transition
With the almond milk I thinks it's flat top is long life and can be stored in the cupboard for months until open, where as the pointed top is keep refrigerated all the time :)
I'm not vegan yet, but on my way to vegan lifestyle and I find your channel really helpfull. I've been binge watching your videos for last couple of days :) P.S. Ogórki po kaszubsku, this is so nice to see a polish accent in here! :D
I love the little hits of Helium the narrator takes, just makes the whole thing more entertaining ;) other than that I have most of this stuff in my cupboard so I know I'm on the right track. Thanks !
Hey I'm new to being vegan and I really need to know how to know if something is vegan. Like for an example, say if I picked a pack of something from Asda (I'm British 🇬🇧😊) how would I know if it was vegan or not. Please please make a video on this. Thanks!!
+Tumblin' Sam google "non vegan ingredients" - most of the major non-vegan stuff will be listed as allergies so they will be in bold (such as dairy and eggs) but I don't think they put meat ingredients in bold, so watch out for that.
Those pickles are polish. I really love sauerkraut(pickled cabbage) it's very good for detox, vit c or to make a cabbage soup. It should be next to gherkins on the shelf :)
I know this is old. but I always re-watch these, for reference and I love your channel. the difference between the almond breeze milks are the calories . I just noticed. I don't know why, they would have different packaging.. but great video
The Almond milk difference: one with raised lid is from the chilled section the other is not....one of the reasons I tend to go in store as they have substituted me with nonsense in the past
thank-you for making this video. we keep some of the same staples.. my fruit vary' s .. I keep some of the same basic veggies.. and frozen mixed veggies.. or what ever is on sale. I put my dried products in plastics containers. so bugs won't get to them. and my sugar.. and I put . my flour in the freezer.. stays fresher. and again no bugs.
They are Brussels sprouts, just a bag of small ones, hence the name! They are not usually called that. I miss Asda deliveries! We moved away from the UK to Gibraltar and have Morrisons, who do not deliver here!
Not even I buy that much food, maybe 1/2 of that at a store, every week or week and a half. I always make sure I have bananas and unsweetened soy milk, beard, rice, lentils, pasta, potatoes. Maybe some apples(food to eat on the go like bananas, or nuts( chia seeds, peanuts))
It's weird one is 27 calories and the other is 29 calories (almond milk) I like pea milk personally it's nice and thick and can make a nice creamy base or good with oatmeal. Garlic cloves are also good to buy.. extremely cheap if you buy standard garlic versus fancy breeds.
So refreshing to see a "normal" vegan grocery haul where not everything is either super expensive organic vegan gourmet foods or raw fruit! Love that you included treats as well, let's be honest everyone needs some from time to time. This is one of the few vegan hauls I've watched that seems completely "real". Thank you!
Totally agree! We don't exactly have whole foods on every street corner- or the budget to shop there!
+Lisa Doser agreed as well, it's good (and healthy) to see more protein & base food sources as well like the beans - those entirely fruit hauls aren't healthy at all in my opinion!
+Lisa Doser awww so sweet of you!!! haha yes, i gotta have the treats ;) thanks for your lovely comment
+princesscharlott1983 who can afford whole foods in this economy?? lol
+Sonia Iyer it's all about the beans!!
This is great! So many people think being vegan is expensive, but in reality it's so much cheaper! This is exactly what my grocery hauls look like, lots of beans, rice, potatoes, bananas, and frozen veg. Love it!
If you watch this with no sound it's just her tapping and caressing the food over and over and it is hilarious
Tyler Mueller 😂
for vegan people don't forget your B12 (tempeh, tofu, mushroom, fortified foods, vitamin) and omega-3 intake (flax seed, chia seed, spinach, cabbage, etc)
Are those foods the only ways to get them? I was told we don't get them at all and gave to supplement. (I haven't done much research on B-12 yet, I just got done researching iron and I'm going down the list).
I hate mushrooms
Betty-Alexandria Pride yeah its hard to get them unless you eat plant milk or cereal fortified with vitamin b12, otherwise i think you’re supposed to supplement
Am I the only one who was concerned about how hard she kept smacking those products? 😂😂😂😂🙈🙈
you're not the only one. lol
Cheap Lazy Vegan No hate, lots of love darling Rose xoxox
I realized that same thing when I saw her smacking the bananas lol
Reatile Maphoto IT BOTHERED ME SO MUCH I ALMOST COULDNT MAKE IT THROUGH THE VIDEO
You should get an electric pressure cooker! No soaking, you can cook dried beans in 30-40 mins at high pressure. It is amazing.
+B.A.D. Dickie
I should cook them with a pan before I use my pressure cooker just to appreciate my pressure cooker more.
I put them in my rice cooker! Soaking removes flavor anyway.
+B.A.D. Dickie Yeah but keep in mind that soaking remove the phytic acid that prohibit owr body from absorbing minerals, espacially calcium, iron and zinc.
I've been cooking 500g beans every Sunday and freeze them. easy to pop in
I literally did that today lol

I love it.

Great Video!! I love seeing what other Vegans eat/grocery hauls. Thanks for showing us and going to all the trouble of organizing it :)
+Sandra K haha i thought it would make more sense this way :) thank you so much for watching xx

Anyway, thanks for the great inspiration.
+QuixoticQuaver aww just read your comment! so glad it helped!! thank you for watching
so happy that you live in the UK and that i can more easily recognise all the products and general prices of stuff! Very big help thank you!
Basamati Rice is my favourite kind of rice, it has a nice flavour :)
(I've never had brown Basamati though, I've just tried white)
+TheSUPERHAPPY1 yay!! :) I haven't tried it yet!! but i will soon :D
This looks a lot like my groceries on a stock-up week, but I do a bit more with greens. Love the pudding idea - I'll be adding that to my repertoire.
ASDA is now stocking quorn's new frozen vegan range as well. I had the spicy burgers the other day and they were delicious!
+upchur09 yayy!! i also got their meat-free pieces (i think that's what they were called) - i haven't really tried them properly though. gonna have to try the spicy burgers :) thanks for sharing!
Yay!! This is awesome because I recently began transitioning to a vegan diet and I was kind of confuzzled before this
+Girl Next Door yayy!!! that's so awesome to hear :) thanks for watching xx
You could also add:
Brazil Nuts for Selenium,
Pumpkin seeds for Zinc,
Essential Ground Linseed, or Chia seeds, or Walnuts for vital Omega 3
Essential Maggi stock cubes for Iodine
Also :
humus, olives, , yeast extract for Vege gravy, salad, soy yogurt, tofu, palm oil free peanut butter, mixed herbs, Ginger, and Pasta if you like
+optizap awesome :)
I'm just starting to be a vegan. And this video will help me and know what I need to buy to stock up on. I wanted to ask,can you make a video of meals that I could make with all vegan stuff please? Thanks!
Looks a lot like my usual grocery assortment.:) I love this cheap but fulfilling lifestyle.
+Alina Danilchenko yesss!! me too
Try the Linda Mccartney red onion and rosemary sausages! They're amazing :D and the tesco sweet potato falafels!
+Finding Fay I have definitely tried some sort of Linda Mcartney sausages, but I can't recall which one it was!! they were really yummy though. thanks for the tip!!!
she taps the bags every 5 seconds omgg

+Plum Guntrip either way - they are delicious haha thanks for watching xx

Alpro is made in Belgium, pretty sure they're sold in a lot of countries in Europe! We've got them here in Sweden too.
+No More Murder that's awesome!!! I should be their brand ambassador :)

This was so inspiring iv been vegan all my life and sometimes you do get lazy and want something on the go-as well as prep for the weeks ahead! You helped so much-thank you
xxx
+kayla hardick awww thank you :)
canned black beans are kind of expensive here, about $2.30 per can. You can get dried but the soaking and boiling kind of makes it less comvenient.
And, u rock for putting the list on the drop down. I don't always have time to write down while watching. This let's me shop w ur list.
Try cooking lentils with rice in a rice cooker .they go so well together
Heard they should taste just the same too!) :)
Just thought as an alternative for the canned beans! :)
Also, I can seriously recommend Oatlys ikaffe (alt. in coffee (?) I dont know if the title is the same for the english market or not)!
+friesxnxcoke great tips!! didn't know that about almond milk and baking! :) thanks
Such a good video for starting vegans! I will definitely share this to newly vegans who need help buying stuff to eat!
+VeganMadeYeezy thank you so much
:)
Although I think pineapples are really cheap I tend to cut 2 of them up and freeze em to go with the frozen berry's and banana in a smoothie. and God bless Asda honestly it makes buying food so cheap and easy 😂
all the hand slapping lol love your channel though!
Hi, just for information Alpro is a Belgian brand, not a UK one, i didn't know that you can find these in Canada, that's amazing ^^
There is 2 other flavour of pudding (caramel and "milk" chocolate), but also yogurts, deserts, drinkable treats (the berry mix drink is sooo good) and 5 types of non dairy milks :)
+Sarah Adam haha yeah i don't think there's anything wrong with a little vegan butter! I also love nutritional yeast
I'm so glad you posted this!
Awesome video concept! Thanks for sharing :) Really motivating!
+Lisa Emerald Thank you so much!
That much food would cost the equivalent of about £120 here (Jamaica).
YES! I love making grocery hauls!
Oh, I totally recommend sainsburys packet beans. They come in tetra packs which is much better than canned. Bit more expensive but worth it :)
The Almond Breeze on the LHS is fresh so you have to keep it in the fridge & the other one is long life so you can keep it outside
So satisfying to see it all laid out! x
+Kim Burnett (HelloItsKim) hahah I know right, I was so proud of myself. thanks for watching xx
Thanks. I’m slowly but surely becoming more curious about this way of eating. Especially after recently watching What the health, and forks over knives
one of the almond milk containers says 27 calories and the other says 29, like what?
+hayley welsh Pretty sure the slopey topped one is fresh/chilled whereas the flat top one is UHT. They must have got them mixed up at the store when they were packing.
+Callie Weylin Does that mean one is in the fridge aisle and one is on the shelf? what does UHT stand for?
***** UHT it ultra high temperature processing
That's right. As Hayley says, UHT is heat treated so that it lasts longer. It can be stored on a regular foods shelf (usually near the cereals) until it's opened, then it needs to go in the fridge.
+hayley welsh I know it's a mindfuck. This is why I was so confused. lmao.
oh, i've never used almond milk for oats/cereal before, but i've used in for hot chocolate (not much taste) and curry
This is very helpful for starting vegans like me. and you are of Asian decent, so your flavor profile fits mine perfectly. Love your videos!
great video I can't get over how people always got to find something wrong with everything, couldn't find anything wrong so had to complain about your hands, and the gestures you make with your hands don't compare to the screeching of hands on a chalkboard/blackboard thank you for sharing was very helpful for my transition
With the almond milk I thinks it's flat top is long life and can be stored in the cupboard for months until open, where as the pointed top is keep refrigerated all the time :)
+brackers28 thank you :)
The difference between the two different shapes of almond milk packaging is that one is UHT and the other you have you keep in the fridge.
I'm not vegan yet, but on my way to vegan lifestyle and I find your channel really helpfull. I've been binge watching your videos for last couple of days :)
Cheap Lazy Vegan ok thanks!
Look for certified vegan to be sure of it...if not check ingredients.
There's actually an app called "is it vegan?" Where you can scan the barcode of anything before you buy it and it will tell you if it is vegan😊
They don't bold "honey" either so look out for that in the ingredients also!
This was EXTREMELY helpful. Thanks for sharing.
Those pickles are polish. I really love sauerkraut(pickled cabbage) it's very good for detox, vit c or to make a cabbage soup. It should be next to gherkins on the shelf :)
yey! Polish pickles!
+Czikita Bonita Polska Pickles Duma!
+Czikita Bonita yay I was right! it was polish! haha
I know this is old. but I always re-watch these, for reference and I love your channel. the difference between the almond breeze milks are the calories . I just noticed. I don't know why, they would have different packaging.. but great video
The Almond milk difference: one with raised lid is from the chilled section the other is not....one of the reasons I tend to go in store as they have substituted me with nonsense in the past
this was such a great video! Stuff like this is so helpful! :)
+Ally Sims so glad you found it helpful! thank you for watching xx
+Ally Sims so glad you found it helpful! thank you for watching xx
We have a local grocer that allows us to order by the case. We usually order a case of bananas (40 pounds) every other week.
thank-you for making this video. we keep some of the same staples.. my fruit vary' s ..
Wow, okay this is a haul for sure! LOL...I didnt know what I was doing. I see a lot iof potatoes and beans, what do you make with that?
+Cecily Says you can make so much with potatoes and beans. Just gotta be creative!! definitely will have more videos soon ;)
The small containers of alpro yoghurt with citrus is really really good, so creamy and tasty
+Stine Kirkeby my god alpro changed my life. I should work at alpro. haha
Ogórki po kaszubsku!! 😊😊 Yaaay! I'm from Poland 😃 You should try bread from polish shop. Polish bread is the best!! ❤️❤️
It's weird one is 27 calories and the other is 29 calories (almond milk)
I like pea milk personally it's nice and thick and can make a nice creamy base or good with oatmeal.
Garlic cloves are also good to buy.. extremely cheap if you buy standard garlic versus fancy breeds.
Thank you for the great video. Could you do a video on how you store your bags of beans and rice, and spices once its been opened?
They sell the alpro pudding in canada under the name alsoy
kayleigh congdon belsoy actually :) maybe they were called also years ago but it’s belsoy now :) superstore and Safeway carries them for sure.
