It’s wonderful to see all your tips on the needle threader. I had a problem with my baby lock as well with another machine with a manual threader. It was a sad issue. On the baby lock, I though that the size 11 embroidery needle was my problem. As I changed to a size 14 the problem persisted. The machines, both of them went to the shop. Got a new threader to both of them. I watched your video on this and learned how to stop the threader … thank you for a well explained video. H
I cannot tell you what a blessing this video was for me. Both machines with a busted threader, and the nearest retailer 2 counties away and me unable to drive! I’ve spent the past month racking my brain, stressing myself to ulcer, how *how* am I going to get servicing, how?! Well, I still have that problem, but at least maybe I can solve the initial issue. That “Love of Sewing” 4-year membership is turning out not so worthwhile tho. Sigh. I love Baby Lock. Why can’t I find anybody within sane distance to maintain it?
we are SEW glad this could help you! May we ask what isn't satisfying about the LOSM? Is it the retailer being far away? How do you like the free video content? We wish we had more retailers in every location to help. If you are still having trouble, we highly recommend those included sewing classes, or you can reach out to our consumer support hotline: 1-800-313-4110 or email at productsupport@babylock.com.
Is there any video on how to replace the automatic needle threader cable that is holding the needle threader in place? I thought there was a thread caught in the take up lover and clipped it and it turns out it was the fine cable instead. I am at a loss of how to have it replaced as the technician said he could not get the part. I am so embarrassed as this was a friends machine, and I was trying to find out why her thread was shredding. I thought it was thread caught in the inner workings.
