@@YuriNoirProductions I was going to brush off your reply as cheesy advice, but honestly your perspective hit me hard and got me thinking about life. It's so easy to assume everything is impossible at a certain age (I'm 22 and often get worried about becoming better at a bunch of things, even things like getting in shape), but if you compare the miniscule amount of time you've lived so far and how much you've already accomplished (going from a dumb, useless infant to a person specialized in some incredibly advanced field in university). My parents are immigrants too, so thinking back about how during that same time they learned English, built a business, and learned skills I can barely fathom learning, all in that same time that I took to go through adolescence. And they only immigrated at 35+ years old. Life always seems too short in foresight, but absolutely saturated with accomplishment in hindsight. I agree with your bottom line, though; put in the time and effort and you'll look back at seriously impressive progress.
Hang in there! It's all about practice and patience. Building up a portfolio and while you're doing it, apply like crazy and don't be afraid of getting rejected, it will happen. I've lost count on how many times I've applied for a job and gotten a no, once you get your first industry job it pretty much changes everything now that you have that experience. I waited so long to start applying for jobs because I felt I wasn't good enough and was always doing one more project for my portfolio before I thought I was ready. Be willing to do art tests. Some people don't like them but for me it's a way to stand out if your portfolio is thin. It can show your speed and skills for a specific task the studio your applying for sets. It's how I got my first studio job and I would never have gotten a job just for my portfolio. Looking at your portfolio you have a very solid understanding of 3d and the quality is very nice. The Panpack is a very nice portfolio piece and it definitely gives you an edge that you know Houdini. That software is almost a guarantee to land you a job if you know how to use it. Best of luck!

It's good idea to start Blender. It gives a good exercise for brain for doing stuff. Especially learning shortcut keys from control + (abc) and shift + (abc). I'm 25 myself and had been really lost as what I want to do as hobby since I never really had any concrete one, so I decided I try Blender so I won''t let my brain juice go too easy (mainly because I am disabled, affecting my speech). Wait, what the heck 😂 The second half didn’t show up on my computer last time. I just wanted to make sure no one felt tear shamed or whatever. But that’s a very different comment than I thought it was, thanks for telling me, lol
You touched on some of your 3D art origins back when you were streaming a lot, but never went into real detail like this. Very inspirational, and thank you for sharing!
This year has been especially tough on me as I was working some crummy dead-end grocery store job. I just had it one night and told a couple of friends out of frustration that I was thinking of quitting. In that moment, one of them said "I just got hired as a lead at this other studio, I could for sure get you in". So I sent in my my 2 weeks notice the very next day. I took a risk because it still wasn't 100% that I would get this job, but I figured it was better to at least try instead of wondering what could've been. I just finished my first week at this new job, after graduating 8 years ago from a scam for-profit college that put me in a deep hole. But I never gave up despite how screwed over from going to this diploma-mill, like many others of whom I went to college with. You can do it, guys.
Your story this year sounds similar to mine (minus having friends in the industry to help me get a job--goes to show how important it is to know someone in the industry). The main difference is that I had to quit due to my employers forcing me to work harder and harder despite the work causing and aggravating my industry and the constant mental and physical exhaustion due to pushing carts all night and working the graveyard shifts where I had to deal with particularly dangerous and petulant customers made it impossible for me to stay awake and do ANYTHING in my free time, let alone work on my art or apply to jobs. This was in spite of a schedule that, on paper, sounds ideal for doing art on the side (4-5 days a week, only 6-7 hours each day). I had to quit if I wanted to have any hope of finding the time and energy to do ANYTHING other than push carts and get yelled at about Facebook conspiracy theories every waking moment of my life. My art is still clearly not there yet and I have zero connections in any industry outside of minimum-wage retail, but I am DETERMINED to get an interim job that is better suited to my skills and will allow me to continue improving my art and have a normal, healthy sleep/exercise schedule until then!
@@JeffreyThrash yeah, I was having a similar issue, though I was in the back stocking dairy, my hours were all over the place, leaving me unable to give myself a schedule so that I could get into the habit of working on my art constantly. In to of that, dealing with brain dead, careless, or rude fishnets was draining me. You should find art communities out there, build connections that way! I had zero connections as well, I know people will say go to comment to get connections, but going to school for connections isn't a good reason to bring debt on yourself. I had nothing upon graduation since most of my teachers were grads from that school or prior who might've been blacklisted or something. I still found some time and energy occasionally to work on my stuff to keep me relevant in people's minds. I know there's a Discord group called The Club (find them on Twitter @theclubdiscord) that's full of professionals at various hasn't studios like Naughty dog and insomniac to name a few. While that wasn't good I got a job, it's a good starting point. They have critique channels to post your work on and also regularly post job listings they come across as well. You can also try talking to artists on Twitch and Twitter too, though that can be a little more impersonal. I highly recommend Discord groups.
Loved this video. I'm 33 and missed an opportunity 5 years ago to pursue a career in the games industry, due to having to basically start again from my parents, but now I'm getting back into it. I feel like a rookie, learning Blender, Substance Painter, and Marmoset, but I'll get there one day. Gotta keep improving my art and throwing applications out there, hopefully I'll get my break one day :)
I did the same thing a couple years ago at 37 and eventually landed myself a job on my favourite game so don't fret. If you have the artistic chops you'll be fine with a solid portfolio but if you're still learning, get a job in QA and then from there you can probably get moved to embedded QA for the art department and then apply for artist jobs from within.
Were about the same age only that I have a background with arts as a web and graphic designer. I am @ my first year of learning 3d sculpting in Zbrush. I will be learning Maya this 2022 all year long since I got the basic grasp of 3d sculpting in Zbrush. Good luck!
I needed to hear this and see your progress. You've come a long way and I'm glad you were able to turn your life around. You're helping me and many others with our passion in 3D character design. Your tutorials and Eye Designer add-on has really helped me improve so much since my college days starting out.
this is so true am a 30 year old Ugandan digital art and I had to start my career in 2011 at 19yrs in a Uganda a country that didn't even an digital art course not that I could afford one but there was nothing that give me peace and happiness like art so I just fought my way through it agianist everyone's advice. And couldn't be more about my journey.
I'm current 21. I was drifting for a while. I went into the medical field because people told me that if I just studied for 4 years I would have a stable lifestyle. After a semester of absolute mental hell and lots of lonely nights crying, I decided to drop out. The main reason was because I wasn't happy at all. I wasn't content with the results, no matter how good they were. I just felt empty. The shining light I have is doing art. I'm a beginner right now, but I loved creating things. I am genuinely happy with art. I feel like I found a calling. I'm still kinda lost but I want to continue doing art.
I needed this today. "You are an artist. Now, go make some art." Thank you. I don't know where it's all headed, but I can't see stopping anytime soon. I love my craft too much.
This just reminds me of my friend. She constantly says she can't do things that I can do like draw and sing. I keep trying to explain that even people who are absolutely useless at something have practised and tried to get better at it and have succeeded. People who start learning something later in life can also be great at it. she just says that It makes them a more amazing person to be able to do that and that she isn't them. My friend is very intelligent but she acts like she's an old dog who can't learn new tricks. That is so far from the truth. I wish she could see that she has the ability to do whatever she wants to do, she should not let herself defined by her own idea of herself. She should define herself by how determined she is.
This hits home. Thank you for posting and talking about it. I was also told when I was a kid i would die hungry if I tried to make a living of art. Ended up getting a degree in computer science and the first week at my desk job I went out to buy a sketchbook and teach myself art. Its so easy to feel lost and that you are out of your depth or its too late, specially when you are picking pen and pencil after your 20's. But please if anyone is reading this. Make art, keep doing it. It's worth it. In the end is a marathon and your only competition is yourself.
Thank you for this Danny. I've been so close to quitting my art. I've been feeling like I wasted the time of myself and my teachers by going to a 3D Modeling course. I'd recently found motivation and drive, but it had begun to fade. I needed to see a video like this. Where a successful artist doesn't just say "You can make it as an artist if you try/believe," but also goes the extra mile to show their own early work. To give visual proof that it can be done with time and effort. So thank you Danny. Thank you for helping me see that I can do it if I try.
Mate, you're the only channel I have the bell icon on for, your story is amazing and your work is truly incredible. Im a 30 yo zbrush newbie and learning the ropes in character development hoping to one day be as good as you are. Keep up the good work!
That reminds me of a story I have been through... After I quit on 6 months of nurse training, I started studying informatics as a 23 years old single parent mom. After one year of studying, a professor told me in a tutor lesson, that I have big knowledge gaps and if I continue this way, I have no chance to get a study graduation. At first sight I was insulted, but after one or two days I reconsidered and agreed, that he is absolutely right, because he just said the truth. I started to work on myself, hard, every day, no excuses and no parties or hanging around. One year later, I got one of the best results in a challenging exam which the prof had given to us, and he asked me if I would work for him as a tutor for his learning sessions. Meanwhile, I graduated with a very good result, and I am a scientific employee at the University of Applied Sciences. I am also making my masters degree now. Never give up! If someone says you are bad at something, maybe he is right... But you can change that, if you never give up and believe in yourself. Others will notice that and be impressed. Trust me.
As so many people below, this video... Man, I'd frame it and put it in my front door to see it every single day. Thanks for sharing our story. its really inspiring.
It’s great to hear professionals talk about the importance of mental health and how it affects us in our daily lives. Thanks for sharing your life and experiences. 👏👏 Excellent video!!
man it was really cool that you talked about substance abuse, i am sorta riding the borderline, i finished 2 years of animation school and havent done anything with the skills yet, i'm on the precipice of applying and either getting into a studio, or having to work a minimum wage job for a bit until I can get in... but i keep getting in my own way, wanting to find any form of escapism or distraction to avoid the hard road ahead... i need to embody that word you said, tenacity
I gave up doing art when I was in elementary school due to depression. I'm 19 now, and my life has changed for the better. I'm slowly getting back into art and working on not being frustrated with the learning process. Thank you for the motivation

My small Alaskan region has finally caught up in internet speed and connectivity after being over a decade behind. Enjoying everything in the highest quality and the ability to download/upload quickly has been a good brain feeling, and I hope I can take advantage of it as much as I can. Assets, models, files, anything and lovely channels like this provide free knowledge instantly, there isn't an excuse for me anymore.
When I do 3D art the time flies by and I seem to never have enough time, then I put in all that time and it never really amounts to anything like profits. Now I'm so burnt out I can hardly even force myself to do anything 3D related.
im 13, and i've been modeling in blender since i was 12, something about modeling just makes me feel good, i dont have any specific companies i want to work for. i do love modeling alot and i think i can get pretty far with it. plus i get told alot that im really good for my age so thats pretty motivating, this video is really motivating for me and its inspiring as well
Please, keep it up, just continue making. I'm 15 and stopped doing anything creative for basically the whole of when I was 13/14 and I still regret it a lot, obviously pace yourself and put mental health first, but remember you have loads of potential
Wow I feel so weird reading this because I started trying to learn Blender back when I was 13 so that I could be a pro by the time I was 18. But because I haven't been using it consistently, I am now 18 and am still an absolute beginner 💀 I was never discouraged to learn and I never hit any major roadblocks, but I simply just didn't put in the effort to keep practising every day even though it always interested me
Just spent the entire day trying to finish 3d modelling a shotgun I've been working on for a while now but I managed to screw it up beyond repair and decided to scrap it all and start over. This was the perfect video for RUclips to recommend me today, it's almost as if I'm being spied on or something.
I love that your real man and dont shy away from your past or talking about it, its all about the journey, your a working class prodige moving onto better things, an inspiration. Thank you!
I have to tell you something, everyone has an artist who inspires them, for me that artist is you, I started last year in the industry and I'm already on the right track, but when I see some of the Artstation 3D works, I think I can't reach that level and I get depressed, but I often watch your videos and that makes me try harder and study every detail that I need to learn, thanks man, I really appreciate your videos, I hope one day I will be able to support your channel.
The original title, according to my notification from before, was "How to get better art without practice" or something of the like. This title is much more fitting.
I had the same feeling once I picked up Blender. I've been through addiction as well, been in and out of college, had some really really low low's and it's during one of those lows I starting using Blender and it turned into something I could use to fight my depression, I felt at home. I had done some 3D work here and there, tried learning Maya at one point, but never got very far. I wish I found this 10 years ago, it's hard to imagine where I would be today if I did. I'm glad I'm doing it now though and learning more everyday. I feel like I've finally found my calling. Sounds like we've gone through similar stuff in our search to find our purpose.
Thank you so much for taking the time to create and post this video. Your words are both encouraging and inspirational to me. The struggle is real and it was wonderful to watch this. Again, thank you.
I'm 25, and I just barely started because the field of illustration and animation have me in awe and fell in love, but i'm full of doubt and insecurity. Thank you for posting this, I needed to hear it.

This is incredible. I turned 27 yesterday and went through my own terrible, dark place, and it helped me become the strong and willing person I am today. It's only now that I'm realizing my interests and skills lie in 3D art and for the first time I think I can see a way forward in making it my career. Thank you for sharing your story :)
I'm 35, and this year is just a massive reset, I'm basically stuck back where I was in 2011, but older, more tired, and demotivated... Everything I did in the last decade just crumbled to the ground... I've been trying to learn blender for the last few weeks, and just when I was starting to feel like it was not worth it... this video happened, I'll keep trying, it really is something I always wanted to do.
Thanks for sharing such a personal story with us. I'm disabled, and a 3D artist going at a high ranked school. I got badly hurt and while I was able to go back. Trying to get past the last term has been hard. I feel so far behind sometimes. Like I can't accomplish anything. But that's just not true. Even if it's not viable for me to work full time as a 3D artist. BEING a 3D artist is still worth the effort.

Thank you for this video, I'm 25 and I'm at a big shift in my 3D artist path, putting myself in freelance profession after years in an agency that led me to depression. Your words and the obstacles you dealt with give me more decision than ever to pursue my aspirations.
I was having doubts about my work and critiqued myself as hard as I could to the point I almost gave up, then I seen your title and I want to keep trying ❤️❤️

if you're watching this video right now, it's probably time to start doing shit with your life, be that becoming an artist, developer, writer, whatever calls you, doing is what gets you anywhere, reading comments and going on the next video is what doesn't
Our stories are so similar. The only thing I really excel at is art. My parents forced me to take electrical engineering. Because “artists don’t make money.” I failed out of school and developed a stress disorder called trichotillomania (probably misspelled). I pulled my hair our in patches and became dependent on weed and drinking. Had to come home. Argued with parents daily. Couldn’t learn in class because I was constantly in fight or flight mode from toxic home life. It took me six years to finish school with a psychology degree that I’m not only ashamed of but find extremely useless. I make money now as an apparel designer and 2D artist but I’m learning blender and love it. This is the video I needed to see today.
Dude! Working for Square-soft was also my goal for years (something like a FF7 sequel) unfortunately life had other paths for me and I couldn't start doing 3D until 3 years ago. very inspiring, I've been learning Zbrush/Anatomy from RUclips channels like yours and while I have learned a lot.
only just started watching but wtf that first model was actually really good for your first, miles better than my first, is it really your first ever character model?
This is the first video I’ve seen of yours but you made me simultaneously laugh and cry and your young experience totally resonated with me. Thank you!
I was searching for a random tutorial topic and stumbled upon this and felt like I was meant to see this cause I was having second thoughts and insecurity about my art for a long time that I almost decided to change my career path. I can not describe how much this inspired me to keep on learning and working for what I really enjoy. I am really thankful that you made this video. Hope you have a great life and all the luck in the world.
So encouraging thanks Danny, I started to learn art exactly a year ago, I've been frustrated on how little I have improved In this year but knowing your story truly helps me keep pushing.
One important thing to take from this aside from not letting people tell you no to what you want, is that it also require effort! I've been in uni for 2 years now and i've meet too many people who believe the success will just come to them because they think "yeah, i'll get there eventually" while never putting in the effort or work.
Danny brother your journey has shaped you into an awesome person. thank you for being even more of an guiding light for those who are also on the road of life.
Funny how the same game inspired both of us.Thank you very much. This was so comforting to listen to. Because of this video, I'm definitely not going to lose focus.
I'm 37 and have been feeling like things are too late for me. Questioning if I will ever be good enough. I compare my work to others and feel like I am behind and that I will never catch up. I gave up on art for a time as well. I have wondered if it is to late for me given my age is getting close to 40.... I have chosen to walk a path in life that gives me happiness and fulfillment. - Come January I will be enrolled into school for computer animation... There was still doubt in my mind though... but thankyou. You have said everything I needed to hear.

3D modelling: "Wow! A pretty girl"
The story told in the background: *Pain is inevitable*
Definitely the right path for you, keep pushing! 🙏
I needed this today. "You are an artist. Now, go make some art."
Thank you.
That's inspired me, cause i literally have 16 and i'm worried about my future, like i'm an artist and i want study animation, thank u
Same
wish you all the best
If you're starting at 16, you're almost 20 years early when compared to his epiphany moment. Keep creating.
Same with me
Good luck guys :D you can do it
@@Holzlowski Thanks
Good luck man!
That reminds me of a story I have been through... After I quit on 6 months of nurse training, I started studying informatics as a 23 years old single parent mom. After one year of studying, a professor told me in a tutor lesson, that I have big
knowledge gaps and if I continue this way, I have no chance to get a study graduation.
Thanks for sharing our story. its really inspiring.
i'm happy for you brother, they say those who goes on the hard path ends up on top.
but that avatar tho XD
It’s great to hear professionals talk about the importance of mental health and how it affects us in our daily lives. Thanks for sharing your life and experiences. 👏👏
Excellent video!!
I really needed to see this, I absolutely can't believe your progress. Thank you for reminding me the only person in the way of what I want is me
I’m not a visual artist, I’m a musical artist, but you don’t know how much I needed this video right now. Thank you.
man it was really cool that you talked about substance abuse, i am sorta riding the borderline, i finished 2 years of animation school and havent done anything with the skills yet, i'm on the precipice of applying and either getting into a studio, or having to work a minimum wage job for a bit until I can get in... but i keep getting in my own way, wanting to find any form of escapism or distraction to avoid the hard road ahead... i need to embody that word you said, tenacity
I gave up doing art when I was in elementary school due to depression. I'm 19 now, and my life has changed for the better. I'm slowly getting back into art and working on not being frustrated with the learning process. Thank you for the motivation
This is the only wholesome sponsor review I ever saw.
I got used to hearing the voice tone change, when a sponsor is represented in videos, but your voice only tell truth.
That's one hell of an adventure you are on. I for one am happy you didn't give up and are now sharing with us your hard won knowledge.
i was looking for texturing tutorial. saw this thumbnail with good texture. i thought it was a tutorial . then you started talking about how you ended up from your miserable life to this awesome artist you are today.
funny thing is i didn't proceed looking for other texture tutorial. and i ended up listening to you. because I'm currently experiencing life hardship.
really thankful i ended up watching this video. gave me hope. in pursuing the art industry. without second thought
It's really nice to hear successful people being honest.
I was not expecting such honesty. A nice change from most of youtube.

Students are pretty lucky in Denmark.
I went to art school for two years, ended up with $16,000 in student loans (which is actually fairly low) and learned most of the things I do now on youtube :D
Just wanted to comment. I bought your course before seeing this video..I fudged college and dropped out of Uni too... as a fellow (will be professional) artist and the father of two amazing daughters ,thank you. you give me hope and your course has been a spring board.
You have spoken directly into my heart. Thank you very much. I won't stop, I promise!
very inspiring! i'm loving 3d modeling so far and as someone who usually gives up quite fast i hope that love keeps me motivated so i can eventually do this for a living 💜 thank you so much for this
My small Alaskan region has finally caught up in internet speed and connectivity after being over a decade behind. Enjoying everything in the highest quality and the ability to download/upload quickly has been a good brain feeling, and I hope I can take advantage of it as much as I can. Assets, models, files, anything and lovely channels like this provide free knowledge instantly, there isn't an excuse for me anymore.
Im 12 and I have a burning passion for 3d modeling :VV
Damn, the final results are stunning. You're an inspiration!!!
When I do 3D art the time flies by and I seem to never have enough time, then I put in all that time and it never really amounts to anything like profits. Now I'm so burnt out I can hardly even force myself to do anything 3D related.
Wow, Danny. Thanks for sharing. Sorry to hear about your family. Stay strong. All the best.
Awesome to hear your story man! I started creating videogames last year being 28 now too! Such a motivation!
im 13, and i've been modeling in blender since i was 12, something about modeling just makes me feel good, i dont have any specific companies i want to work for.
i do love modeling alot and i think i can get pretty far with it. plus i get told alot that im really good for my age so thats pretty motivating, this video is really motivating for me and its inspiring as well
Please, keep it up, just continue making.
But because I haven't been using it consistently, I am now 18 and am still an absolute beginner 💀
I was never discouraged to learn and I never hit any major roadblocks, but I simply just didn't put in the effort to keep practising every day even though it always interested me
Howling at the CV bit! 🤣 Thanks for sharing your story. You've been through the mill, fella. Honestly well done for turning it all around!
Why tf am I crying and feeling my drive reignited? Thank you man, I needed to hear this
Just spent the entire day trying to finish 3d modelling a shotgun I've been working on for a while now but I managed to screw it up beyond repair and decided to scrap it all and start over.
This was the perfect video for RUclips to recommend me today, it's almost as if I'm being spied on or something.
I love that your real man and dont shy away from your past or talking about it, its all about the journey, your a working class prodige moving onto better things, an inspiration. Thank you!
Been watching you for years man. Prayers for your continued success. Thank you for your motivation over the years.
This came at a perfect time! I'm 18 but just opened an art shop and already sold some stuff :> thank you
Been following you for many many years and all I can say is thank you for your advice and help, one day i wanna try and be as good as you!
Your story inspired me alot! I really needed to hear "you're an artist, go make some art"
PROPS, Danny, very inspirational, and beautiful model!
Dam, you've been through some shit! Much respect to you, Danny. Miss you on the Zbrush streams. Take care.
Thank you SOOO much for the motivation! I appreciate it, wish you luck with everything! Again, thank you.
I’m 28, I’ve just rediscovered my passion for drawing. I don’t know if I will ever be an artist, but this showed up in my recommendation. Thank you.
Had to put art on the back burner for some time due to crap in life, really appreciate your truths. May more success come your way!
The original title, according to my notification from before, was "How to get better art without practice" or something of the like. This title is much more fitting.
No lol... It was "How to get good at ART (it's not just practice)"
@@rousseau3707 That one makes more sense
I had the same feeling once I picked up Blender. I've been through addiction as well, been in and out of college, had some really really low low's and it's during one of those lows I starting using Blender and it turned into something I could use to fight my depression, I felt at home. I had done some 3D work here and there, tried learning Maya at one point, but never got very far. I wish I found this 10 years ago, it's hard to imagine where I would be today if I did. I'm glad I'm doing it now though and learning more everyday. I feel like I've finally found my calling. Sounds like we've gone through similar stuff in our search to find our purpose.
I am in tears, and I am going to show this to my brother right now. Thank you so much.
AA I really needed this! Everybody has been telling me different things, and this really settles it for me. Thank you so much! You might've struggled a lot in your younger years, but you are helping so many people out of ruts.
I'm 26 and trying to find out my path in life too. Thank you for the video
You absolute legend. Love your work, and your honest, humble approach. Thanks for sharing.
BEING a 3D artist is still worth the effort.
thankyou so much i needed this i really needed this i m currently 21 and as you said u started ur journey late and still made it and are at a fairly good place it gave me hope i have been learning 3d modeling for 6 months now but i only started to take it seriusly for like a month now your video gave me hope i know it will take time to get to production level but i will surely make it thankyou for your lil push that u gave thru the video i havent lost hope yet i have just started my journey
Excellent advice ! Thanks for sharing your story
Nice story mate. Thanks for sharing. You’re doing well in life now stay on the straight and narrow as much as you can!
I used to be confident in my art and where I was going until I graduated. Since then I felt like I felt lost and like I'd never get there. This really helped me in feeling driven again. Thank you.
Im 21 and I always come back to this video when I'm losing motivation, thank you!
Hi, im 37 years old i just started to learn blender and sculpting in it, got a basic table for start and watch this gave me more motivation to keep going, ty so much
I may or may not be crying just a little bit. I can't lie, I really needed this right about now.
I never comment on RUclips.
Thank you man. I echo what everyone here says. I really needed to hear this. I appreciate your authenticity. Just thank you Danny. I can do this. We can do this. Cheers-
Thank you so much for sharing your story in such a deep level. You're an inspiration and your channel has been really helpful through my personal rocky path. Keep it up!
I needed this right now. Thanks
if you're watching this video right now, it's probably time to start doing shit with your life, be that becoming an artist, developer, writer, whatever calls you, doing is what gets you anywhere, reading comments and going on the next video is what doesn't
beautiful message bro. bless you
Our stories are so similar.
W RUclips Recommendation -- You have no idea how badly I needed to hear this
Thank you, Danny, for sharing us your story. You are inspiration for many people!
only just started watching but wtf that first model was actually really good for your first, miles better than my first, is it really your first ever character model?
Awesome work man keep the light spark on! Stay true to what you love and always believe you will succeed no matter the odds. Stay blessed ma man x)
One important thing to take from this aside from not letting people tell you no to what you want, is that it also require effort! I've been in uni for 2 years now and i've meet too many people who believe the success will just come to them because they think "yeah, i'll get there eventually" while never putting in the effort or work.
Thanks for sharing your story! Recently bought your sculpting course, and I really enjoy it. Thanks for sharing your knowledge. Love!
I swear I'm not crying, I am. You've been an inspiration since the moment I stumbled upon your art. Thanks for sharing your story!
Danny brother your journey has shaped you into an awesome person. thank you for being even more of an guiding light for those who are also on the road of life.
Funny how the same game inspired both of us.Thank you very much. This was so comforting to listen to. Because of this video, I'm definitely not going to lose focus.
Besides being a great artist, I enjoy you being open so much about your struggles and drug addiction. Thanks!
Man I like you, you are real. This story really resonated with me.
I am 28 years old and I am thankful for this video. I will attend college for my Masters in graphic design starting next year.
