The rice is raw when I added it. I just made sure to pre-wash it so that it comes out nice and fluffy. Washing the rice helps it come out perfect. Hope. this helps! Thanks for watching!

Good recipe. Looks delicious. I do 1:1 ratio too. The vegetables release water. Rinsing the raw rice prior to cooking removes starch, which helps it not be sticky.
