Really appreciate the update. I’m approaching my goal and am so stressed out over shifting to maintenance. Similarly, I feel like my metabolism has healed and I’ve established better habits. I am in my 50s and was in a very bad place before Zepbound. Heart attack, stroke, etc. I am now better than I have been in 15 years. Working with my Friday’s professional to figure how to proceed. Again, really appreciate your update!
Getting ready to start trying to learn all the dos and donts Already been working out 6 days and week, tracking, 128 oz of water, upping protein. For over a year. Pray this is the answer
@@MadisonLoethen im super sensitive to meds so pretty worried. Also the compound I got says expires after 28 days but wonder if I can stretch if I am feeling it alot?
I am on week 6 now. I look forward to reaching a point where I can wean off the med. I totally relate about the puffy face comment. I lost 5 pounds my 2nd week and feel like it was all inflamation/water leaving...mostly in my face. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for making these videos. I definitely plan on only being on for a month or two if it works. I am concerned because I already do IF, eat healthy , and exercise. Perimenopause hit me this year and caused weight gain otherwise I am good. My BP runs a little high when stressed but other than that no other issues besides my weight. So I gave in and trying compound but I am watching closely.
I’ve come off muonjaro for 1 month and was able to keep my current weight 🎉hopefully I can continue to keep my body weight without the help of muonjaro
@@MadisonLoethen but no other reactions? It's possible it wasn't a gluten and you just had fatty liver problems. The symptoms are the same. Fatty liver makes it hard to digest certain foods
If your body doesn't naturally produce enough of the hormone to maintain a balance, you will gain the weight back. You really won't know until you get off the medication. I plan to maintain my weight on a low dose.
Hang in there! A little weight fluctuation is normal and there's also nothing wrong with needing to stay on a low dose. Be sure to talk to your provider!
