One benefit I had, right away, from Tirzepitde (2.5 months now) is a big reduction in over active bladder. I’ve been digging around on websites and looking in depth and I’m not seeing it listed in the literature but I have had a drastic reduction in over active bladder. At first I became hyper fixated on drinking tons of water because I was afraid it was a lack of water intake but that is definitely not the case. Over active bladder cause a sensation of urgency to pee even when it’s not a large quantity of urine. Now I only have the sensation to pee when my bladder is actually full. It’s been an unexpected benefit among many other benefits . I plan to do another 6 weeks because I’m almost to my goal. Around 23% body fat and lost less than 2 lbs muscle per my Inbody scan
I am about 20lbs away from my goal weight(down 50lbs since april 2024) and am on the 7.5mg dose. I am being given the opportunity to take part in a clinical trial with a med that would be given to patients who get off glp-1 to stop weight gain from returning. It pays WELL for a 12 week study (no in-patient visits) but I'm super concerned that i'll stop my glp-1 and gain weight back during this study! BUT I want to get a tummy tuck and this $7,500+ would allow me to get that done AND participating in the study may help SO many to get off glp-1s. Such a hard decision!!
Hi Madison, congratulations on coming off for 3mths. I am on the same journey used muonjaro to loose 10kgs and have reached my weight goal. I am planning on coming off. I am now on 2.5mg monthly dose. What is your advice for me when to come off completely? I’ve also noticed brain clarity as well while on muonjaro I’m sad to come off as will miss all the perks and benefits
I think my advice is just to come up with your coping strategies and lifestyle changes while you're still on your low dose and then stick to them once your off. Best of luck!!
Looking fab! Just about to start on this journey so many thanks for the hints ✔️
best of luck on your journey!
Excited to hear about these benefits 🥰
Thanks for watching!
I went back to see how you used to look as I was curious, and wanted to say you look great and I hope you feel great too! Congrats!
Thanks so much! Yes, I feel great!

o goodness that's so exciting but yes a super hard decision because you just don't really know how getting off will go until you try it.

Did you start IF while on the GLP1? Some of the improvements you had may have come from that. Are you still intermittent fasting? Nice video. 😊
Many intermittent fasting benefits are purely anecdotal.
Yes and that is true. IF is a big way I have been maintaining since getting off as well.
Did you gain back any weight?
Nope! I’ve been maintaining at the exact same since I had my last shot
Awesome keep it up.
@@MadisonLoethenthat’s great! Wish you all the best! 🙌
You keep saying, “Inflation”, when you actually mean “inflammation”. 😉
yeah somebody else commented that too. my bad ha.
