    Onçe I get back to work I'll choose between the Challenger and the Caddy? I like the Çadillac...A ways back I drove a Fleetwood, I've always liked Cadillac. Of course rite. They are luxurious cars.However a Challenger is the most saleable sports car out there rite now and for good reason eh?!

    The selling point for me is it that it could pass as a rental car to those not in the know. Part of the reason I love my LS6 powered E46 ZHP.

      @@krasnaludek298 All the 2021 -2022 models did not have the Blackwing lettered badge anywhere on the outside of the car. Only on the seat piping. 2023 cars have now added the badge due to owners complaints about lack of badging. Cadillac started mailing out trunk badges 3 months ago if you contact Cadillac customer service. It came in a very nice logo box.

    Nice review. Just a suggestion for improvement… sit closer to the steering wheel or telescope the wheel closer to you. Your arms should be bent while driving, not straight. It gives you much better control of the car. Any good racing school would teach the same.

    • @banzaibankai7164
      @banzaibankai7164 2 года назад +1

      No man, I suggest he get in the car upside down and drive with his feet slightly bent on the steering wheel and work the pedals with his hands.. it makes for a more interesting video for potential customers who are contortionists... he can have also have his grandma drive it to show how comfortable it is for getting groceries and Meds from Walgreens. It's a review bud, he can drive it whichever way he wants bro. If you're so pro, go make a video and show him how it's done.

    Ugly and overpriced with GM cheap plastic in the interior. No thanks!

    • @rdollie1
      @rdollie1 2 года назад +7

      10s of thousands less than German competition - ALL of which is slower on a track and the only hard plastic is the kick panel on the lower portion of the door which is where.you want it (and won't see it while driving.)
      It's definitely not as luxurious as cars like M5 CS but you also pay like $40-50k more for that prettier interior.

      You probably can’t handle a car of this magnitude so no it’s not for you.

    • @royward4495
      @royward4495 2 года назад

      I'm on board with you. I so wanted to like the CT5 and will give it props on handling and overall performance but it's a let down after the last gen V.
      The last gen CTS-V was the vehicle that Cadillac really put it's all into. When this was unveiled, I was ok with the first 2/3 of the vehicle's exterior design, but everything aft of the B pillar is a mess with that fugly C-Pillar. I was hoping it'd grow on me but it continues to cheapen the look of this car. Nice individual aspects of the exterior but not a cohesively designed vehicle.
      Then as usual, the obvious cheapening and cutting of corners by GM in comparison to the last gen V: No heated rear seats, no rear dual climate controls - those rear vents with the 12 volt and USB-C looks straight econo-car and don't belong in a 100K vehicle. For reference, see what was there on the previous V and one will know what I'm referring to.
      And then people so impressed with 28 horsepower bump yet it doesn't have AWD as competitors. BMW M5 and MB AMG E63 both have less power and more weight of AWD (BMW M5 CS and MB AMG E63) yet are pulling sub 3 second 0-60 and have optional RWD mode to boot. And for that matter, this supposedly competes with M3 which is down 165 horses, has AWD and yet can nearly match the performance of the BW.
      In the overall, still a well engineered vehicle with some cheap touches and many will counter its price and driving experience as its claim to fame.

    • @rdollie1
      @rdollie1 2 года назад +2

      @@royward4495 I track my cars so no AWD for me. I had a V3 for 4 years and loved it. Have had the 5 Blackwing for a year and it's unquestionably a better performer. The rear seat area is a downgrade compared to the V3 (except for the carbon fiber seat backs) but everything else is better (and nobody rides in the back of my car so it's just fine.)
