@0:38.. man look at how miserable that place was back then without the much needed diversity of today and corporate big boys take over of the mom and pop businesses... they call it progress yet the irony is how all these years later the news is reporting the efforts to revitalize the area that was destroyed by progress.
Lived in St Joe during middle & high school. Adored its history and fabulous architecture everywhere you looked.
I always loved the museums
St.joseph Missouri also needs to take some notes from Dubuque Iowa in order for its downtown area to attract some people.
Is the east hill even still open. When I moved away back in 2000’s the mall was almost empty.
It’s still open till this day just very empty
