- For sure, most of you are not familiar with Hummingbird loaf. It’s like a banana cake but with crushed pineapples that gives a unique flavor and texture . I always prepare this lalo na kapag malapit ng maoverripe ang mga saging dito sa bahay 😅 It’s very simpol and take note, pwede mo rin ito lagyan ng frosting.
Ingredients:
Set A:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Set B:
1/2 cup Arla Unsalted Butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 whole eggs
1 cup crushed pineapples
1 cup mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Tama ka diyan, Chef, ngayon ko pa lang talaga narinig na mayroon palang Hummingbird loaf 😅 Pero ang sarap naman pag isipin -- banana bread with crushed pineapples! Definitely sounds like it's worth a try. Salamat sa pag share Chef Tatung! 🤗
