    Ang hirap mag-isip ng lulutuin lalo na kapag meryenda! Kaya today, isang classic and all-time meryenda ang ituturo ko sa inyo. Enjoy this fluffy and soft puto at home! At take note, patok din itong pang negosyo!
    Ingredients:
    Set A
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    2 tablespoons baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    Set B
    1 cup evaporated milk
    1 cup water
    2 pcs egg
    2 tablespoons oil
    Set C
    ¼ teaspoon ube flavoring
    Cheese
    Salted egg

    I just cook half of the recipe..pero bat ganon umalsa nong niluluto pero habang inaantay mo ung time para maluto eh nawala ung pagka alsa ng puto ..untik na parang nagmukhang kutsinta ung niluto q ...

    It's not puto if you are not using rice flour. It's just steamed sweet bread.

    Good morning 😍love your channel❤️almost all of your recipes is really simple👍I’ve tried so many different recipes of PUTO but I only succeeded twice because the different recipes I’ve tried is a little bit difficult for someone like me that is not good in cooking . But this recipe is very simple and I will try ❤️

    Hello po kuya pwede po ba mag.add ng shreded cheese while mixing the batter? Gusto ko cheesy yung puto. Bitin ang isang piece na cheese hihi

      I'm not sure pero mas malaking hulmahan, mas matagal ang steaming. Depende sa hina at lakas ng apoy at dipende sa size ng hulmahan.

    I've been watching a lot of puto recipes they say steam for about 10-15mins but i find it more fluffier if u do it in 8mins high heat
