Rukkhadevata name was reserved probably because it wasn't written in full. Same does for Nabu Malikata and Deshret. The correct script spell: DSHRT, RUKDVTA and NABUMLKTA The Eternal Oasis was created to immortalize Nabu Malikata. It is possible that Deshret knew Irminsul can be change, hence he altered it into initial to avoid their existence being changed. Also, was Wenut pronounce "way-noot"? I had been reading it as "wee nut" all these times, gdi...
I have an idea as to why Rukkadevata’s name is preserved in the Eternal Oasis, it is due to the oasis being a stasis cube, a single moment in time held within a parallel pocket universe that cannot be seen from the outside, and since everything inside is held in stasis and is separated from the mainstream timeflow of Teyvat, i.e a time lock, any changes to the world wouldn’t affect what’s within, therefore the names will be preserved as long as the spatial border and time lock is upheld, and since after the dirge of bilqis quest, it is revealed that the Eternal Oasis is slowly deteriorating, meaning that Teyvat will leak into the Oasis and thus the name Rukkadevata could be truly be lost forever
Fun thing from furniture lore, that might be connected (or might be a giant stretch on my side :) ) to Khaenri'ahn gate: Hilichurl Outpost Hut description: "A hilichurl-style hut. It seems like a castle that's been locked up tight, but it is in fact quite airy and even has gaps in the roof through which rain may enter. The scholar, Musk, pointed out that these gaps can be used to collect rainwater, and that indoor pots may be set up inside such structures." This is 1.5 furniture and it kinda correlates to what we see in game, the (what looks like) main gate to the kingdom(castle) of Khaenri'ah being locked up. Funnily, it's also under Amrita on the map, which could be connected to the rainwater line (this one is even bigger stretch)

It's true. I mean frankly, Rukha's identity as a branch of Irminsul doesn't really have much to expand on. Deshret was involved with forbidden knowledge from Abyss and GoF being a seelie is much more interesting in world lore

The eternal oasis is underground not up in the sandstorm. You can see INSIDE the sandstorm from far away and there’s nothing there. And you can see Celestia through the sandstorm when you stand on the opposite side of it. There’s nothing up there. It’s underground. Which makes more sense. As the celestial nail falling created the crater and circular structure of the desert of hadamaveh by crushing mount damavand. It’s the same as in all other locations with an impact of a celestial nail. The only above-ground celestial nail is the one in dragonspine, which is probably the most recent one to be dropped, likely due to celestia weakening in power. Anyway the roots of irminsul reach underground. The eternal oasis is by such roots. Also you are by the roots of a GIANT tree when you use the elevator to go there. Not the irminsul but still a tree. Also the eternal oasis is far below the ground in terms of in-game models. With its own skybox.
Like I said in the video, Deshret's Glass Goblet rises up, it doesn't go down, meaning the Oasis is within the sandstorm. The sandstorm conceals the Oasis. The reason you can't see it in the sandstorm is because the game is not to scale, the nations are much bigger than what we in game.
The harvaskotum (idk how to spell it) is similar to the great skakura and both need cleansing after containing enough abyssal energy and both are parts of now deceased archons
It's not known at the moment, but I think it could border both. Alternatively, Natlan may be across the sea (based on the Americas), and it will only border Fontaine. We'll just have to wait and see.
