Hi I am a PMP certified professional. but I usually work on managing short term projects.. Ie.. 60 hrs to 120 hrs... It would be of great help if u make a video where we can correlate short term projects with pm methodology....
Bro one doubt i have i am electrical engineering background ia have exp on project manager for 8 months so my profile is common for all kind of electrical project like manufacturing testing maintenance production etc and all??
Project Management doesn't necessarily pertain to IT or Software projects. As long as you apply Project Management principles your experience should count.
