I have Widex Moment hearing aids but my ap does not have My Sound? Do I need to download a new ap?

The description of Functionality is correct, but using My Sound and also edited defined own Profiles I stored, are frequently lost after I move from my WLAN - even the Mobile DATA is allways on. Officai answer from WIDEX Germany - your phone (XIAOMI 12 T (ANDROID 12) is not fulfilling the conditions for Compatibility list.
On Webside there is no list mentioned for the App - ASHA is working even XIAOMI is lot listed.

Hey I know this isn’t topic related, but I’m struggling to find contact info. I’m needing to use my hearing aids on my desktop for team meetings for work. They pair to my desktop with no issue, but my desktop doesn’t recognize them as audio devices, so no sound in the aids. Am I just SOL on being able to do this? Thanks for any help!
