thank you so much for making these videos. I've been searching everywhere for a digitigrade leg solution without using crazy stilts, and because of you I can finally make those challenging cosplays I've always wanted to do :)
This is an awesome design! I have been trawling RUclips and google for ways to design my own Krampus costume and may I say this is the best yet!! Keep up the good work.
i hope to get in again. i haven't been able to get in for the last 3 years. i was the warrior in the battle gear of wraith that year. i remember seeing your druid.
This is soooo amazing and I really thank you for making videos of your thought process through the making of Hogger!!💙💚 A question: are the claws on his feet made of EVA foam also, or is this another material?
This is such an amazing costume! Your videos are very helpful. I've been trying to conceptualize a werewolf costume for some time and your method is awesome! I love getting into character and as you said, this kind of costume really allows for that. I was wondering, what thickness was the EVA foam you used for the feet? Thanks!
Thank you! I used 10 mm foam, but used several layers. If I remember correctly, I had one layer for the entire foot, then used two layers to build out the pads to carve down (I also built up at least two layers on the front of the toes to extend the pad up to the claw, if that makes sense, but it was only right on the front edge of the toe)
The attention to anatomical detail is amazing.
Thank you!
This is great work! The attention and consideration of anatomical detail is what makes it even better!
I can't get over how clever this all is, thanks for sharing details on the making it's really interesting to hear about and see the build up :)
thank you! glad I can share :)

Looking so awesome so far, and I'm excited to see this all come together :D (I wish I could see it in person, but ah well)
THANK YOU FOR SHARING THE LEG CONSTRUCTION. saw the same concept in a broadway show for some satyr legs and HAVE to make my own. You're a life saver!
You're welcome! I love how these legs came out, the illusion is much more effective than I thought possible, especially off stage
This was really useful for what I'm working on, and it was really cool seeing the prossces for the legs!
You are insanely talented. Congrats on your win!

How'd you make the joints?
I made the 'bones' with Eva foam, and the joints were made with elastic

this is more my style, especially since this was the first time making these legs I just wanted to show what I did to inspire creativity in others
I don't like kinda bc it looks like you have four legs xD
+Lps FlamingoLover look at the finished product and you see that you barely notice the extra legs x)
