- In this vlog we share our experience from staying at the Big Blue Hotel at Blackpool Pleasure Beach! We take you through some of the public areas in the hotel along with a full tour of our Deluxe Park View King Suite. Our room featured fantastic views of the park including The Big One, ICON and The Big Dipper. I was lucky enough to be treated to a park view room for my 10th birthday! I remember the excitement of waking up on my birthday and watching The Big One testing, knowing I would be able to ride a few hours later. Good times :))

Great view from the Big Blue room. Love the fact you are almost in the park itself seeing all the rides being tested. Shame about the disappointing breakfast. Good price for room too👍

I booked a bog standard room at the Big Blue last year for the Big Dipper 100th. When I arrived they told me they were upgrading me to one of these Deluxe Suites. I was delighted. I had to check my own video when you said you were in Room 434, but I was in 436! They are superb rooms. 😊
So they should be for £180 a night off season lol

My fella and his son saw you both on opening day at the park , but was too shy to say hello! lol it made their day though. :)
My grandparents used to have a tap with the waterfall feature
An incredible suite with incredible views. I prefer the Big Blue suites over the Boulevard ones they seem to have more charm to them
The views were also better into the park from Big Blue!
Nice hotel stay and room tour, looks nice, shame to hear about breakfast, should always have fresh food come out of kitchen even on first and last sitting. But nice views from room, would love to stay there one day, get nice views of park. Would of been epic to see Pepsi Max speed round track from hotel, but at least you got to see it testing. But cheers for nice video, enjoyed and look forward to more vlogs in future. Cheers. 😀👍

Hi shawn and Charlotte..Tim from Leeds. Met you last season bpb a couple of times with mandie my girlfriend.pleasure beach express if you remember you were both filming.just to say we have stayed in that exact suite a couple of times over the years..big blue do a deal I think it's book 3 nights get 4th free..that's what we did both times but in summer time.the suite and the freebies you get with it are excellent . We loved staying there as a treat...staff always fantastic there too as is the breakfast. Worth every penny

Hotel looks amazing, can't wait to visit the park in May to experience all the rides at the park. Im most looking forward to riding Icon, The Big One and Valhalla the most! I orderd some merch from the online store for my first visit, its really good quality merch and got some good sale offers including and enzo t-shirt for only £5. We wont be staying at either of the hotels but might visit the velvet coaster weatherspoons on our visit after the park.

Ha I'm currently staying at the Travelodge next to the Pleasure Beach, four nights cost £143.

Such a shame the park is going down the drain! Its in the worst state ever! I remember going in the 80s and 90s and it was great back then.
you mentioned free places to park when going to blackpool.... any chance you could disclose where these are? Last time I visited I had 2 and a half days staying at the travellodge next to the park and ended up paying over £30 in parking!!! (the hotel parking lot was full as it's so tiny so I was in the one between it and the mini golf course)

Does the hotel come with free charging for the car? The problem with a buffet Breakfast it very rarely feels fresh.

I stayed there September 2022, in a more standard Room with park view. I thought the room was lovely but pricey , £100 for the night plus £20 for parking then they were asking another £20 per person for breakfast, £160 per night seems overpriced. £20 breakfast seems way overpriced based on your not so great opinion
Your better doing the bnb price which includes breakfast.
We definitely wouldn’t want to pay £20 for the breakfast, the suite was worth the price though!

@@ThemeParkWorldwide I enjoyed my day but I feel pleasure beach needs a bit of attention I mean everything was fresh and looked good but it's lost something for me I will be a frequent visitor to Alton towers although last year there was not to hot either hope the sky ride and hex is open really missed them

Great video, rubbish hotel though. Breakfast was vile and dirty. Good location to the park is its only redeeming quality.
We didn’t enjoy the breakfast sadly however the suite was great!
