- Take a front row ride on every Blackpool Pleasure Beach roller coaster including ENSŌ in this video. All 10 of Blackpool Pleasure Beach's roller coasters in the front seat, and then ENSŌ which is the spinning seats at the back of ICON's 2nd train.
Every on-ride video was filmed with the permission of the marketing team at Blackpool Pleasure Beach between 2019 and 2022.

That steeple ride with the horses you sit on me and my mam went on this years ago we could not stop laughing it was memories like this that I will treasure brilliant day sadly I can’t go on the rides now as am disabled but it’s nice seeing someone else enjoying them like we once did 😊

I have the same memories going on this with my dad when I think I was probably too small as I really felt like I was falling off and my dad was trying to hold me on for dear life!! Terrifying at the time but a lovely memory fifty years on 😊x.
I went on that today. My back is so bruised because of the turns and hills. I'm so sorry to hear that.
What is really obvious from this is just how good the grand national is. I love it so much. Along with the wild mouse and the fun house they were the greats.

Great rides, my favourite was always the Grand National. Last time I was on it was 50 years ago.
Just had my final ride on The Big One today before Hyperia opens and truly dethrones it. It sure had a great 30-year run.
Good to see some old rides remain, haven’t been here for over 20 years. One of my scariest moments was on the big one when I was ‘clearly’ too small and near the back of the ride, it nearly killed me, had to sit on the floor holding on for my life, never forget that moment, I literally did survive that ride.
On the floor?! With no restraints?!
@@AdcrofromTikTok There was a small fixed bar which did not adjust or come down to lock you in, not sure if that applies today but a small handle bar was all i had (on the floor)
I remember finding this park in RCT1 and I’ve wanted to visit it since. Hopefully one day 🤞🏻🤞🏻

Natural front, backwards drop on Revolution, is still one of my favourite elements in the UK.

Been about 20 years since I ever went to Blackpool, some of those newer coasters look pretty awesome.
Those are the most rickety sounding wooden coasters I have ever seen - would love to have the chance to ride them but doubt I will ever make it across the pond. Such a traditional beachside amusement park !
Old woodies have character . You do or did have these rides in USA . Most of them have been left to rot or knocked down 🙁 big dipper just celebrated its 100th anniversary . Big dipper , grand National and blue flyer have preservation status .

When is the date for opeing?
I never trusted thar Steeplechase, all the exposed mechanisms, feels like you could have a foot ripped off at any second, but Revolution, regardless how many times you ride it, there's always a splash of apprehension just before it sends you backwards, like it never becomes comfortable. Brilliant.

Don't think I've ever seen Big Dipper running that slow lol
Glad it's not just me that noticed especially the return leg to the stations with those smaller hills and drops. Barely seemed to have enough momentum to get over the crest of the little hills
Shocking either needs to go or needs a big overhaul
Maybe it was a test run ? Usually great amount of air time on the back run
Been on every one of the coasters, being a coaster fan. The one that got me was the hight of the Pepsi Max, as it was once called. Blew my mind, thought we would never get to the top.

Nickelodeon Streak is such a nice classic coaster. The hills feel steeper than on this video though! 😅
I rode the Big One yesterday (March 24th 2024) and it was horrific. Not been on it in a long time and I am sad to say that I will never ride it again in the state it is in. I was actually frightened for my families safety it was so rough. Sad. I used to love it.
I’m 13, 12 the first time I rode it, on my own with no one sat next to me, it was literally fine
That’s great. I loved coasters from a young age too. My point is that it’s nothing like it was years ago when it was nearly as smooth as Icon. The difference is stark. Maybe something to do with the foundations being in sand in addition to weathering?I still love the Grand National and it’s rough. I’m 60 and hope I can ride coasters for a good while yet, I will sadly be giving the Big One a miss though.

Very unlikely, BPB cut our access for on-ride filming in late 2021.

Yesterday (29th march), the big one was stuck at the top for hours, and people had to walk down 420 steps to get to the bottom

Totem pole is still there but it’s now red and by ICON, not sure about Gulliver sadly

Isit me or is the big dipper alot slower than it used to be?
The POV on the Dipper was filmed during pre season testing, so slower than usual day to day operations.
Big dipper needs some serious maintenance
How much it cost?
The one that terrified me the most was the mousetrap one. Has that gone now?
Wild Mouse closed in August 2017 and sadly never reopened, was taken down in early 2018
Great rides but for the money I prefer a well painted park

Did anybody notice a man standing on the catwalks of the big one brake block?
Nice pov's, wish other coaster and theme park channels could do this, would help parks when you and other channels help promote via vlogs & clips. Was this filmed on visit the other day or last year? How did you get permission to film on rides, as not usually supposed to film onride. Very strict with it? Very good footage, can see honestly Avalanche being removed along with Grand Prix in future to make room for a new coaster addition, suspect pleasure beach will try & take back height record from Thorpe Park Resort? With an even taller coaster aswell speed? RMC with loads of theming would be an epic addition there, put it on the map 100%. If not? Could be another Mack coaster? Or maybe could be a Vekoma Flying Coaster as they haven't yet got one of those in park. Might be that? I'm not sure? Should really give people final moments on rides before they close, that was out of order from the park with Grand Prix. If Avalanche is next? Which it could be? Think people should get final opportunity to ride & experience that, guess will have to wait and see? But nice collection of videos, enjoyed and look forward to seeing more vlogs in future. It’s noted in the description when the POVs were filmed, and they were all filmed with permission.
It’s right that parks don’t allow everyone to do it, not everyone has the appropriate equipment and insurance to do it safely.

Big dipper is a snail
Unfortunately it was slower because the POV was filmed during pre season testing
I’ve not been on it for 30 years before last weekend, but it certainly wasn’t feeling slow! Back row is the most intense ride in the park at the moment. Makes the big one look very limited.
All the rides at Blackpool are just mostly these wired arrow things apart from icon

how fast dose icon feel when your on the ride dose it seem faster when your on it then it dose when your watching it
It's quite a fast ride but not too fast, it's a very good ride and worth going on. The seats and restraints are super comfy too!

As you know I'm always a very polite supporter of Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Unfortunately Infusion has progressively become the worst coaster in the park imo.
Yes it looks great off ride especially with the over water setting but rides just so poorly after the initial drop.
I don't know whether it could be fully & successfully retracked to bring it back to Traumatiser standard (As I call it 🙃) or whether say Mack should just build a great coaster in its place ?
Infusion is in a bad way but we really need BPB to filling their empty spaces instead of removing more rides
Personally I wished they'd knocked this horrible ride down instead of the wild mouse.
@@stevehadfield5963 Definitely preferred Wild Mouse over Infusion. Unfortunately according to the various discussions on this, despite spending large amounts of money on modifications & improvements they could no longer get insurance on it, especially after an incident.
Well that’s pretty normal for a Vekoma SLC they have a bad reputation for a reason
I believe that pleasure just lost its charm and its very dated, however its still fun in its own way especially due many coasters,, its more like quantity over quality,, but i say that pleasure beach needs to be updated, the icon was great change of pace,, the problem with pleasure beach is that its old and a bit regid
After going to a few European parks you soon see how tatty Uk parks are, appreciate it’s by the sea but looks so tired
BPB is sadly a long way behind the European parks

Seriously, what is the point of the Big Dipper anymore? It barely moves. We all love it but it’s time to call it a day OR RMC it.

@@yourexperienceguide I know but it’s not MUCH better when it’s run in to be fair. Great coaster in its day, everyone has a lot of love for it but it’s time to let go or improve it.

Remember these type of rides may be appealing and fun to the youger kids. They can't all be the fastest and highest ect.
Big dipper is all about the airtime ( which it is one of the best for) -no roller coaster enthusiast goes on it for speed.
When you've been to six flags In California and Busch gardens Orlando these seem like Camelot rides 🤦🤣
