    Yes to check in and accountability. I’m journaling and check in and see the goal and not stress about influencers and peoples opinions but my health and sanity also my looks but health and live to a 100. In my 20s I wanted to lose for wrong reasons in my 30s im clear. Also the non food and alcohol rewards which I need to stop doing. ❤
