    I put a sign on my cabinet snd fridge thst says, eat like your life fepends on it. And then I wrote st the bottom. Heart disease, cancer?, dementia, Alzheimer's. So far, this is working!

    Thank you!! For the scale…do you think it’s better to get a smart scale and then not look until the end of the week or even later in the day so you can be less emotional about it??

    Hi there. I'm a new subscriber and I'm a Christian who is bipolar type 2 and pre diabetic. My doctor recommended me to eat like I am diabetic, but I have a terrible habit of eating peanut butter and jam sandwiches after dinner and other things like a bag of candy or chocolate. How do I stop? Should I go cold turkey or do it in stages? Thanks so much.
