Yes pls make a video on pro's & con's of various excersises. Actually iam eagerly waiting for such video. I went to gym for 1month & ended up with sever knee pains. I don't know y i got knees pain. As I walk regularly for 45mins in a park. I lost 20 kg Post delivery . But it took very long time to loose weight. I thought I lost weight but need to tone my body& be fit. So I joined the gym (general, no PT) but knees are paining. So thought Zumba would work for me as there is no usage of machines like gym. Pls guide me. 😍😘🙏

same thing happened with me and now I've ended up with cervical neck pains. My whole exercise regime stopped, I couldn't even do Suryanamaskar. I ended up gaining so much wait. Really, gym trainers in India needs to be tested every year. Often times because of their wrong instructions many ends up getting injured. The license practice for trainers needs to improve in India.
A lesson to gym goers too. Thanks. Started my weight practice from my plus 01. But being amateurish my forearm muscles never got iis volume. It strengthened like iron. You tube posts like your's would hv helped if it were there then. Grateful to you Encyclopaedia... 😀

Hey Neha. I understand that it's difficult to stick to an exercise program. But the great part is that you made a start and that's the most difficult part. If you find it difficult to stick to a schedule, then 1) Set a defined timeslot so that you know that you have to do nothing at that time but workout 2) Add a reward at the end of it, like watching a video you like or an episode from a Series. Find what works for you. It's not easy but I trust that you will do it. :)

HI Shalmali. Weight gain during pregnancy is a natural process and you will need that extra fat post delivery for your's and the baby's good health. It's advisable to wait for a couple of weeks (depending on the kind of delivery you've had), before you start working out again. I would suggest you talk to your Doctor about the kind of workout that is good for you. If he/she suggest walking, then start with that and gradually increase the speed or the duration. Yoga is great for flexibility and mind-body coordination. But if your goal is weight-loss, I would suggest that you focus on your diet. Since you are a mother now, you would need diet that is nutritious for both you and the baby. So a registered dietitian that you trust would be able to perform a correct assessment (keeping your thyroid in mind) and give you the kind of food that your body needs. Either way, remember to avoid processed foods (anything that comes in a packet or a bottle) and eat fresh and healthy. Weight Loss is not a destination, it's a lifestyle and I'm sure you will get that gradually, the healthy way. :) Hope this helps.

The Urban Fight i have a question .. i recently read book of rujuta "dont loose mind loose weight " it was fine however she had said in one of her video she said eat daal chawal for dinner... however in my gym others recommend not to touch rice for dinner.... 😑🙁🙁 now m so confused .. !!! could u please throw some insight on this... !!! i ll have my dinner by 9.30 pm and hit the bed by 12 so pls recommend should i have to take chapati or rice .. addinf on in her video she also said avoid soup and salad for dinner 🤔🤔🤔 one of the nutrionist i had consultrd 2 years ago had told me to eat only vegetables and chapati for dinner... now this s still confusing.. pls suggest .. thanks in advancr.. !!!
