You are awesome, I had lower back pain , I’ve been going to a chiropractor, physical therapy, and didn’t help me , I start doing these core exercises, and the pain is gone , I am very thankful to you :)

My knee was soooo messed up. I had no insurance I didn't know what to do. So thinking outside the box I checked out utube. Not gonna lie, I picked Dr Jerod cuz he was so cute and sweet and you can tell he is knowledgeable. He suggested a couple of his knee videos and THE NEXT DAY I WAS 100% BETTER ! He is awesome

Those are mine that I do. Learned in PT after a couple months, because of extensive spine surgery. Not able to do as many reps at 73. I do well and am strong. Thanks for showing these. Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Perlman Center for Advanced Medicine. Had a fabulous Surgeon. Dr Paul J Marcot. He’s the rock star up there. People come from all over to see him. He will only take you if he can help you. Also after 3months as instructed I started PT at Action Potential Therpy in Glen Mills. One on on totally. They too are awesome 👏 2 of the owners are also teachers at a good university. Good experience all the way around, especially at my age. Thanks for this video!!🌈

Great ! Feels so good. My biggest problem these days is when I wake up in the morning my lower lower back hurts so bad ! It feels like I have to push my butt back to to comfortable. If that makes sense. It's just in the morning or if I'm sitting down lower than I should be. Standing up hurts my lower back soooo bad. I hope I explained that good enough. You cured my knee problems. So I'm praying you will do the same for this. By the way I do several of your stretching videos daily and core exercises every other day.

I love your videos. They've helped my wife and I tremendously. I'm trying to find a Self Adjustment Technique for my Sacral Lumbar joint. There's tons of info on line for Sacroiliac Joint but I can't find much on the SL joint. Do you have a video that includes how to 'crack' that? If not would you please consider covering it? Sometimes I can 'crack' it by lying flat on my back and rotating my knee to the floor while keeping the opposite shoulder on the floor. But lately I've had to go to a chiropractor and it freezes up again after a few days. I'm stretching and strengthening, but I hurt this joint long ago and it probably freezes up due to scar tissue. I need a way to get more twisting force onto it. It usually takes the Chiropractor a few tries with his full body weight to get it to release. Thanks!

@@toneandtighten Thankyou so much! I had the most horrible pain from a flared up sciatic nerve,. I swear that it felt worse than childbirth pain. I could not walk sit, lay down or sleep for about 4 weeks. I started having some relief about 4 weeks after, I think from the prednisone shot that I got in the hospital, which helped a little. But my hubby was making a tea from tumeric, ginger and other herbs, which I drank 3 times a day plus heat and ice. I think that helped a lot to bring down the inflamation. After reading all the side effects I could get, from the medication the doctor at the hospital gave me for the pain. I did not want to take it. I still cannot walk properly. I will look for the videos on your channel and do the exercises thanks again.❤🙏

I an 2 months out from sacral spinal fusion. I really don't want to got to physical therapy because of covid. I feel amazing I still have pain but not like before. My l4 and l5 disc will have to be replaced because they are severely degenerated. Can you refer me to some of your videos to maintain the current awesome feeling of my back and ward off additional surgery as long as possible.

Is there anything I can do aside from using pillows to manage contact pain (the hips while doing the Sidelying Hip Abductions and the knees while doing the Bird Dog)? Currently I use a yoga mat, and pillows or towels at the contact points for sensitive areas. Great series of videos. The exercises and information presented have been incredibly useful in managing my sciatic pain, and I'm ready to take the next step forward with some safe core strengthening. Thank you:)

Hey there! I was wondering, is there a proper posture for holding a cell phone while using it? I find myself bending my neck to the side I’m holding my phone with and it also causes pain in my shoulder. I enjoy reading books on my phone, so I would like to know if you could help discover what posture a cell phone book reader could use. Thanks! -Hayley

Don't know if you will see this but I have been suffering with back pain ever since lock down. I have always been very active. When I started going to the Chiro in March, my pain started to slowly dissolve. However, I'm worried. I notice when I do bird dog or squats, but my back looks arched during the movement, even with decreased range, and focus on the core. When I squeeze in my gluten and tuck for the squat as I go down, I feel like I am pinching my back vs when I let it release a little bit.
My progress was getting so much better but now I feel like I'm regressing regressing. My back pain is becoming frequent again. Is this normal? Please, If you can offer any advice, tips or tricks that would be great!
