I’m 51, homeschool my 5 young kids, run a farm and grow much of our food. I’ve over exerted myself so many times gardening, wrestling sheep and catching chicken 😅. My aching back! These exercises are already working. Thank you!

Finally after so many years in pain, I finally know why and what to do for my condition. Tried bridges and couldn’t understand why I couldn’t do it, gave up instead of keeping on to get better. Because of stenosis I can’t walk too far without having to sit which elevates the pain instantly. I’ve been in pain for so long I can’t imagine a day without but because of this video I’m going to try. Thank you so much, I also found out from the video that lead me to this one, with my condition, cobra exercise was making the pain worse. Again thank you. 2024 will be my year for less pain.🙌❤️

I asked tried several things to get unstuck but nothing worked; I asked my PT what to do,- she didnt know, took Meloxicam and Diclofenac with no improvement. I even tried your SI joint videos because they had helped in the past. I thought I was going to have to quit work and get surgery. Then I remembered that I had been diagnosed with spondolithesis and went to your videos; Finally 100% relief after 2 weeks of being so stuck. Thank you. I can walk again and have no pain. or being stuck bent.

Thank you for this video. I sleep on my belly (it’s the only way I could fall asleep) so I wake up with back pain almost constantly and I know it’s due to my sleep posture and mattress. These are the best videos ever. I am 74 and ver active till about 6 weeks ago and every thing just froze in hips and back. So much pain . Dr suggested arthritis and wanted to inject meds into spine after I had an MRI . I was In such pain I went to a massage therapist and said my SI was out of line and my glutes were extremely tight and pulling on my lower back. She suggested tone and tighten. After 2 massages and doing 3 to 4 videos every day I have been even better than before all this tightness set in. I feel great! Thank you!!!

How does ones core become weak ?
I had just started these exercises today after having back pain thar spread to my hip for 18 months.
Tried stretching and strenghtening of my flexors, guards, glutes, tfl , ql and hamstring and no difference.
So I am going down the avenue of weak core however before I got this injury I was very active , playing football 3 times a week and jogging 4 times a week.
Can too much cardio and not enough strengthening cause a weak core ?

Your videos are very helpful and i really hope you can do a video that addresses both cervical and lumbar problem at the same time as there might be an exercise/pose that addresses the cervical but not for the lumbar and vice versa. Thank you very much

    Hi
Very clear video info and instruction.
I have spondyloysis, damaged facet joints, stenosis, torn ligaments and two herniated discs in the lower lumbar area. Any suggestions for exercises?
    Thanks

Hi Michael - start with these stretches: ruclips.net/video/bgY7uWPOlRA/видео.html and supplement with the exercises in this video. Try to keep all movements pain-free if possible. Good luck!

I've been to a chiropractor a few times and he was never able to crack my back where I felt I had stiffness in the middle of my back. I've been watching your videos and they've been helping me a lot. I am now able to crack and straighten my mid back fairly easily. What I am now experiencing is an "up-down" muscle being pulled near the bottom of the rib cage and a couple inches to the right. It's pretty centralized in that area and feels more like a very tender knot. Do you have a link for one of your videos that might help address this? Thanks for all your info that you pass on to others.

I'm glad to hear you're getting some good relief from some of the principles I've been presenting, kelperdude! Regarding the pain you're describing - you might get some benefit from these videos: ruclips.net/video/8otTdS5DhE4/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/cGjZ_XAvaXI/видео.html Hope those are what you're after!

Like a brace? I would rather train your muscles to hold you up than rely on external support to do it.
