Try Accutane from a dermatologist to stop the breakouts, then after treatment with Accutane, start this product to clear away or reduce post acne scaring.

Hi! its a bit hard and pricey to get paula’s choice products in my country so i was wondering if the ordinary’s azelaic acid suspension would be a good alternative? 🙇🏻♀️ thank you! really love and appreciate your videos
Hi there! I haven’t tried the ordinary Azelaic acid Suspension yet so I can’t comment on it. I personally felt that even tho PC 10% Azelaic Acid Booster is on the pricey side but it is worth every penny! Thank you so much for supporting 😍❤️
Hi! I’ve been struggling a lot with my skin ( past 2-3years) and tried a lot of acne products but it all made it worse. Lately I discovered that letting my face rest and not using too many products made my skin better. So I was wondering if I could just wash my face with a cleanser and after that use this 10% Azelaic Acid Booster and that’s it. Would that do any harm to my skin? Btw love your video!💙
Hi there. A simple routine that I would recommend is that 1. cleanse, 2. AA booster 3. Moisturiser 4. Sunscreen (only in morning). If you have oily skin type then you can use a gel moisturiser. In the morning, always use sunscreen, at nighttime no need sunscreen. Thank you❤️
Hi there, love you info. Does your AA booster comes in a Paula’s Choice box or just the tube itself in the delivery package? I find it kind of strange when I received my order from Cult Beauty, the tube doesn’t have its own box, just the tube itself in the delivery box. Love to hear from you. And thanks so much for the lovely video. Xoxo

Hi there! Was the redness & irritation all over your face or only on neck?? In my case, redness was only on my neck thats why I use it on my face only & skip my neck area.
@@bebiissh8713 I had the redness and irritation on my cheeks. I applied it mostly on my cheeks because that's where most of my PIE is. Hi I’m still looking little red, lots of bumps under skin/ congestion/ large pores.. no active acne. Coming from inflamed burning compromised skin I have been focusing on moisture for quite awhile and it feels comfortable. How often would be good to incorporate this a week? I am not doing any other exfoliating. Just moisture and SPF
Hi there! I have an oily/acne prone skin & I use it every single day in the morning. If you are new to active ingredients like Azelaic Acid then you can apply it 3,4 times a week, either in the morning or night. As your skin gets used to this booster then you can use it everyday. You can also you it in both morning and night as well since you aren’t doing exfoliation, if your skin can tolerate :)

jennifer utaryo You can use Azelaic acid in the morning & Retinol at night time. If you want to use Azelaic acid at nighttime then you can use AA & Retinol on alternative nights to avoid any skin irritations. For eg, tonight you use retinol and tomorrow night use Azelaic acid. I hope it helps ❤️
I’m not a fan of this product. I just got it and it’s feels heavy on the face. It’s more like a moisturizer and it also leaves a greasy/oily residue which is a nightmare for acne prone skin
Hi there! Yes you can use it all over your face, I myself use this Azelaic Acid Booster on my entire face except for eyes area & neck bc my neck area is sensitive to this booster. Azelaic Acid has anti-inflammatory properties that can actually help to reduce redness. But if you have really sensitive skin then your skin can get red or irritated by any product, it depends on your skin in that matter. 😊
I personally don’t use this booster around my eyes areas & wouldn’t recommend it as well to be on safe side. But feel free to do your own research on it & check whether your skin can tolerate this booster on your eyelids or not.
I haven’t trued The Ordinary Azelaic Acid so I cannot comment on it. But this PC 10% Azelaic Acid is definitely worth trying really, based on my personal experience 😊❤️
I tried the TO Azaleic Acid because I like TO and it's a lot cheaper. It made my skin worse unfortunately- I got breakouts in areas of my face that I would never normally get them. I didn't even use this everyday, it was like twice a week. I think the major issue for my skin personally is that it contained silicones and I believe it blocked my pores and the increased skin sensitivity didn't help. I was not using any other actives either- just moisturiser (I would mix in 2 drops with my moisturiser). So if you have acne prone skin that is more on the dry and sensitive side I'd recommend avoiding the TO Azaleic Acid- but each to their own of course.
I tried both TO and PC azelaic acid, and I can tell PC is definitely the winner. Texture wise, result are amazing. TO is great too if you're on a budget, but I hate that it's somehow peeling when you're applying something else like moisturiser on top of it :/
Absolutely not if you have cystic acne it’s important to consult a dermatologist because it’s difficult to cure severe cystic acne, if you can’t afford a derma go for 1. gentle cleanser that suits your skin type 2.Adapalene gel 3. Oil free non-Clogging moisturizer that suits your skin type and use sunscreen, your comment was 2 years ago I hope you got better now
niacinamide yes, but do not use Azelaic Acid with any other actives such as AHA, BHA, Vit C, Retinoids or Peptides. You can use the Azelaic Acid in the morning and leave the BHA for every other day. But keep in mind that both are exfoliating acids so you do not want to use them too often as over-exfoliation can cause skin sensitivity, and damage your skin barrier.
@@fernycarrasco1157 Would I apply the azelaic acid only on blemished/acne spots? I want to try pc so I'm starting with the travel sizes, do you also happen to know how long the travel size will last me?
You can use Azelaic Acid & Alpha Arbutin together, in my case my skin was fine using TO Alpha Arbutin & PC Azelaic Acid booster together. But just incase if you have really sensitive skin & using both together may cause you irritations then use them separately like one at day & other at night or you can use on alternate days as well.
