I noticed you removed your review of the Anthbot Genie from your video library. Are you at liberty to share the reason? I know it didn't perform as one would hope and expect, but you have always been open with other products that had shortcomings. I do appreciate all of your reviews and content. Thanks!
Yes, I agreed to let ANTHBOT give feedback before I posted the video, but I waited 8 days and thought they ghosted me. After I posted the video they got in contact and said they have a software update. I agreed to hold the video until I try the update. I’ve received the update and am going to give it another go this weekend.
@@TheLawnEngineer Thank you for your reply! I'm still hanging on as a kickstarter but the window to cancel is closing and of course no one wants to part with hard earned money for something that is junk or suspect or a "ghost" company.
That does sound like a good idea…similar to slit seeding. I would think you would have success if the seed was covered with some peat moss as a final step.
Fail to understand the logic of this. How is this edger any different from usual scarifier (which has more or less similar solid edging blade on the roller)?
Excellent idea. Thanks !
Glad you liked it!

Thanks for another great tip on improving my lawn
I’m glad you found this video helpful!
One of those “why didn’t I think of that” moments…thx!
You’re welcome, thanks for the comment.
I did the same for overseeding dead spots. Didn’t work very well because the thatch or root we too thick

@@TheLawnEngineer I used peat and topsoil mix. Had a very hot dry spell in late august making it very tough to keep wet.

Access to the tool is probably the biggest thing if I had to guess
I don’t have a scarifier but I have an edger.
Absolutely, thanks for being logical 👍
@@jahmezis45 also cuts a lot deeper into the ground than say a sunjoe scarifier would
@futurizo exactly, it cuts deeper than 99.99% of scarifiers.
