Thanks so much for tuning in to “Hook Line & Singer TV”! I’m your host, Bob Sellers, and I travel the country singing as a solo Christian artist. When home, there is no end to my adventures with my family and friends, in the great outdoors fishing and hunting, and doing other activities such as cooking, and just general fooling and frolicking. Thank you sir
So does he use 4 cups of blueberries and 1 quart of water or a gallon of blueberries and half gallon of water im confused
When I measured 4 cups of berries, I misspoke and said 1 quart of water…I should have said 1 pint, which is 2 cups. Sorry! No matter the measurement, always use 2 parts berries and 1 part water. That’s to get your prepared juice for making the jelly, so the measurement isn’t important - only the ratio. When you make the jelly, the recipe is 3 1/2 c. prepared juice, 4 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. butter and 1 package or original Sure-Jell. Thanks for watching!
