Easy Blueberry Jelly. Homemade
1 Cup of Blueberries
2 cups of water
2 tablespoons of cornstarch with some water
Sugar 3/4 cup
Lime juice a few drops.
Cook the berries in low flame until
Strain and Squeeze out the juice
Mix sugar
Add cornstarch slurry slowly and cook
Add few drops of lime juice into it and cook by stirring continuously in low flame until the consistency gets thicker.
Transfer into a clean and sterilized container. Cover with a lid.
Refrigerate overnight or longer before use.
