Thanks for the comment! I think it would taste good, but the berry would leave too big pieces in the jam. If you will spread the jam in a bread I think the jam need to be soft, but if it’s not a problem for you it’s ok Hope the video helped you! Have a nice day!
Ola companheiro, aqui em casa estamos todos nós curtindo seu vídeo de Geleia de amora preta, e agora é época de amora, uma ótima receita pra gente aprender, muito bom, Parabéns show o Blackberry Jam ♥♥♥

hi there! I would like to make but I am wondering how long it will keep or how I should preserve it ( in the freezer or fridge? ) thank you in advance ~
Hey Katrina! Thanks 🙏🏻 those mulberries was really beautiful! They grown on our farm. Be patient and treat well your mulberry tree and you will have wonderful mulberries! Thanks for your comment! Hope you liked the video. Wish you a wonderful day!
Yes! It’s a lime! And it’s called Tahiti Lemon too, but you can also use lemon 🍋, here in Brazil lime is the most common, but it’s not easy to find in other countries. You can use lemon or lime, you decide 😉
Blackberry is sour, sometimes very sour. Mulberry is sweet, sometimes very sweet. They both are delicious and nutritious! Blueberry is a shrub. Mulberry trees usually are huge and live forever.
Hi Hybridious! I have medium hands 🙌 our mulberry tree is an really amazing tree giving us this huge mulberries! But here in Brazil my mulberries are pretty small nearly other mulberries we have here!
@@CookingSambaYou have a good recipe! I add agar agar to make it thicker. Lotus seed powder, chia seeds, yam powder, tapioca, rice flour or corn starch are good ingredients to increase the thickness. Mulberry is very sweet. I usually don't add sugar. Thank you for sharing! Keep up the good work!
In my opinion it’s not too sweet, it’s sweet like any other jelly. But if you are afraid it to get too sweet, you can reduce the sugar, but it will take you more time to cook. Thanks for the comment, hope this video helps you! Wish you a wonderful day!
Got to be honest, I think it's a nope for me as you were using the white sugar for sweetener. I suggest you may use stevia, sugar cane sugar or brown sugar. White sugar had may side effects like increase your risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and heart disease. The remedy are fully made by natural ingredients only 😀 It's time to change 💚
I have just picked 13kg from one tree. Will be making jam tonight. Do you de-stem the fruit?
Thank you for the recipe I just picked some mulberries
Would it taste just as good if u leave the whole berry rather than just what is strained out?
Thanks for the comment!

Muito obrigado amigo!!! Fico muito feliz que tenha gostado! Se fizer a receita não se esqueça de marcar a gente em! Abraço!
These videos are great you deserve more subs
Thanks! I really appreciate that! Glad you like my videos
Maybe you can add a bit of corn starch (premix with small amount of water) to give a more jelly consistency
Thanks so much for sharing!
How do you remove the stems before hand thats always a pain
I would use nail clippers or strain the final product.
I use small scissors (tedious, I know) unless I'm making wine, in which case I don't bother. Cheers
If you freeze them as I do, the stems pop right off. The freezing process also breaks down the berries.Perfect for making mulberry pie too.
I've never got a lime from the store that had a stem
@@melioristicone333they're obviously talking about the mulberries
Have you ever picked them from the tree? Usually the stems stay attached to them
urrm shall we do a lime instead
Can we make this jam with dried mulberries?
It's more of a syrup then a jam. Did you use the mulberry berries or toss them out?
Cool
Those berries are gigantic compared to ours!
Same. I picked them from the tree in my front yard and they are way smaller than the ones in the video

And I cannot see so much, sorry.
It’s easy as the video shows, don’t try to change items or you will not have the same results
Can i use calamansi instead of lemon?
Hi! Sure! No problem. Need to be something acid like lemon or even vinegar. Calamansi will work well too.
Bravo
Thanks 😊
Hi. If its density is still watery, what should I do?
Hey! You can add more sugar or keep boiling it
Can o use honey instead of sugar?
I don’t think so
dang those mulberry's are big how come mine don't grow that big on my mulberry tree

Mulberry isn't something I have ever seen at the grocery store. I have also never seen them SO MASSIVE.😂
We have lots of mulberry trees here in Indiana , but it's rare that I've seen berries that large too

You put too much sugar. I will use half of that. Too sweet is bad for health. Any way thanks for sharing 👍⚘
