- In this video I am back to buying and selling. I find a sweet deal on a 12' utility trailer that was sitting in someones yard and completely rebuild it, and then sell it on Facebook Marketplace. I then use the trailer to pick up a craftsman riding mower that appeared to be a good deal, but it needed much more work than I anticipated. I was still able to profit from the sale, but it was a fairly time consuming project! I was about 5 minutes late to a deal on a Cub Cadet that was FREE. Better luck next time!

For future reference those decks have a life time warranty. Of you don't touch it and take in to a dealer you will get a brand new one. Just happened to mine in the exact spot.

Awesome video!! We have so much in common I have been buying and selling so many trailers to flip and sell and atvs , Side by sides riding mowers and zero turns! Some times I don’t even have to do any work I got a nice car hauler for $1000 40 minutes away I listed it for $1800 I had it sold 4 hours later for $1,500 and I didn’t do anything to it!!! Yesterday I got a 18ft heavy duty pipe top utility trailer for $500 I drove 1 hour to pick it up . I repainted in black and put new reflecters and put new wiring led lights and side marker lights I just have to weld a new coupler and saftey chains to front and I will have a total of $660 into everything it allready had decent tires and wood floor. I will lost it for $1,800 and not take less than $1500 so if I get that I will make $840 profit for 3-4 hours of work not to bad.

I want to start soon I have been building my own tiny hosue thats one a trailer frame I welded it’s 8ft wide by 20ft long and 13ft 5 tall. I will have to start posting some videos soon if it and all the other crazy things I build and weld . !

I been doing the same thing with riding mowers over past couple years. I was wondering how it works for trailers as far as Titles go. What's the process on that when it comes to flipping them over faster than it takes to receive the Title in mail?
Tile jump it don’t sign it leave it open and just let the person you sell it to sign it shits ilegal tho 😂 only if you’re caught
Other then that you’ll need to have a dealers license

Without a title, you can’t apply for license plates. I would not buy the trailer!
