Nice work, man. Something you might consider adding in: A heat gun (or propane torch) applied to vinyl decals will soften the adhesive and let you scrape them right off. Should take just a couple minutes per sticker/decal and ensures the paint won't peel up in that area later. Not a big deal to you since you're flipping it, sure, but nice for your customers and doesn't cost anything but a few minutes of your time.
good job man! I flipped a 7x12 single axel landscaping trailer last year. I replaced all the boards, wiring, lights, and painted it with a single stage auto paint. I was all in at $1600 and sold it for $2300. it took 24 hrs to sell it. I just picked a motorcycle trailer to do the same thing. keep up the good work

Great job on that trailer flip. Keep looking for the deals. They are still out there and you are willing to put the work into it to get the profit. The trailer looked really good when you were done with it and the wood floor still had a lot of life left in it, especially after you coated it. Also, you took care of the metal part of the trailer. Keep up the great videos too. I enjoy seeing what you are working on. You remind me of my younger brothers and my nephews.

Not at all. I was looking into replacing my boards a couple months ago on a similar sized trailer and it was going to be around $220 now $400!? I gotta wait a little
@@deananddone You ever flipped a horse trailer? There’s a rusted one for $500 I feel like I could slap some paint on and get $1500 for it… Haven’t seen anyone mess with those though.
Just do it!... on a serious note start small, save some money so you're ready when you see a good deal. like most flip deals you win with your purchase price. when looking at a trailer to buy i look at axles, tires, wood, and frame. thats the most important things. and then i run quick numbers to see how much money needs to go into it. then i make a guess as to how much i could sell it for.. and at the end of the day its how much money is worth it to you. like i tell anybody who wants to do things like this the best thing is to buy your first one and you will learn from there. Does anyone know of a channel where they do more then a bad paint job when flipping? All the channels that flip seem to not know what they are doing. And dont care.
Did I see you paint over the stickers, so when the rain washes off the sticker- the paint goes with it, some body is not going to be very happy with you one day.
its oil based rustoleoum its hard to get off and at the end of the day its a trailer for hauling stuff the least of anybodys concern is some chipped/pealing paint. when buying a trailer your paying for good axles, tires, and frame
if i saw it was painted like that i would be calling the police to take part in this if you don't have a vehicle registration stolen trailer you ponding off? they will tell you the same thing if you are regular in flipping vehicles you do need to have a salesman certificate and have vehicle insurance and registration on them to avoid any judgment on my vehicle i trade them in or take them to auction all my illegal responsibilities are now a dealership or the auction problem both of them need to have vehicle insurance and registration and plates to match them

I dont think i did. and rewiring isnt hard. Just have to buy the light kit and wire it up yourself
