We have been in the mobile home business for years, and thought why not upload videos about something we can relate to and deal with every day.
We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

Hate the ladder. Love that this is the first tiny home where the appliances don't exceed the space! They fit!
I love it..someday when God is ready I will get a tiny home to retire in😇♥️
Sounds great!
I love them trust me I do
I would put a small desk and chair with shelves where those bunk beds are. Very cute.
OMG I had my headset on I heard little Chance calling for mom too dang cute he's the star of the show always
I love watching Tiny homes, medium sized homes and large homes. So whatever you send I'm good with it. This one is beautiful. I could live in it alone
Love the curb appeal of the outside of this home, the tongue and groove vaulted ceilings, all the windows, and the light paint colors in this home😍
Dang Chance! This home is awesome! Would make a perfect air bnb! 💯
Right on!
Cute tiny home...Probably one of my favorites! Cullen... Bless him🤦🏼♀️🤣😂🤣😂 Gotta love kids!
Haha, he's something else!
Little small for full time living, but perfect for cabin on a lake and/or weekend getaway.
Yes. Even at that Id' want a few modifications.
Recently found your channel, I really like your attitude & your faith you share about Lord. Keep up the good work. 😀
Awesome, thanks for watching!
Chance, I have seen literally 1,000's of tiny home videos. I will tell you that RRC (Recreational Resort Cottages) makes the best tiny homes on the market! Noone else comes close to quality or best configurations of these homes. I know this is how I want to live out my retirement years, is in a tint home. Attached to my son's property. So you can believe me when I say, I know where I'll be getting my tiny home from. Noone else even comes close. And they're affordable!

Jill, What is the cost, please?

I would leave where I am living now for that tiny home in a heartbeat. no one would have to ask me twice
Cute tiny home. I think if it were possible to have higher ceiling in the loft so you could stand up it would be a great room.
Yeah, at 6’3”, I’m with you; it’d be storage for me.
Sadly, if these have to be moved on highways, there are restrictions on how tall these can be, due to passing under lower overpasses.
@@bethhardin8795 I bet its hot as hell in that loft with a metal roof! Agree with the other poster, use it for storage.
I agree
I've always felt the same way & I'm 5'2. It's just a useless space. I would have to use it for storage as well.
Hi Chance(family). This "Sea Breeze" tiny home is a bit more spacious and organized than many I have seen. Yes, truly impressive!! Thanks for the view.
Thank you from watching!
I would dump the bunk beds make a small office so e. Other very cute.

Could probably get an acre or two for 60k in the mountains , taxes & fees 30k , 10k to furnish entire home, and deposits plus 1st months of bills 2k = 200k total 🤔 ....That's not bad to live where ever you want ...Compared to today's rising home costs that is not bad ....That home for one person or a retired couple has every ementity needed ...who needs more space if you're retired or single? Raise a couple hens , get a dog or cat and live the life in peace & serenity for 200k is a bargain ....
A phone book? What, are you living in 1983? Love your channel. More tiny homes please.
Haha, well they never get used just take up space.
I have seen a tiny home that has a standup loft with a half bath. This would really help in this setup with the added bunk beds in addition to the loft with all the extra sleeping room for more people!
Very nice tiny home Chance. Hope your 4th was good. I ll be here on Thursday. Can't wait to see the next home. God bless you and your family. Mary
I would love this at a permanent campground!! 🤗
That would be cool!
About 4 or 5 of these on a big property and AIRBNB them out.
Lovely little house. I have been interested in a tiny home for years, and love the layout. I would pull out the bunks, and turn that area into my office. Would be nice if the loft was a bit higher, as is it seems more like storage. The only thing holding this back is the price, for that kind of money you can get a nice single wide.
These are classified as a *PARK MODEL TINY HOME* which means they are a *VEHICLE*...Not a property.
The maximum LIVING SPACE in a park model, is 399²ft.
Living space is defined by law and non negotiable.
Living space HAS to be full standing height.
It has to be protecting you from the elements, in other words indoors away from sun and rain.
In theory, this home starts at the front door and ends with the bedroom window. That box, containing lounge, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom *IS* the "home"....that is already at maximum allowance of under 400²ft.
The porch... depending where you live, you MAY be able to sleep outside on the porch ten months of the year.... HOWEVER the law cannot allow the porch to be classified as living space as it is outdoors. Yes it has a roof but not walls. Therefore the porch is a BONUS area, not living space.
The loft, is indoors, however it is not full standing height, therefore the loft is NOT living space. This means the loft, just like the porch is a BONUS area.
Neither of them "steal" living space. They do not reduce the 399²ft as they are not considered part of that.
Basically, you could have this tiny home, keep the porch and loft...or choose to lose the porch and loft...it doesn't matter if they're included or not, the amount of living space remains the same.
These can be parked at RV parks, tiny home communities, private land, in your back garden...but do check out the law regarding adding one outside your home. Some areas won't allow them, some areas limit what you intend to use it for. That basically means, you may be able to own one, but not allowed to rent it out. Some allow them ONLY if they provide additional space to your existing home and family occupancy - but NOT for renting out. You'd have to check your area's rules to find out more.
...
So, COULD you make the loft taller? Yes it's obviously "doable" structure wise. You could close in the porch to extend the lounge if you wanted to, from a building perspective...
BUT... that's when this will no longer be a PARK MODEL TINY HOME. Now it's not an RV. Now it's a home with increased living space. So you'd have to move it out of the RV park because your home would no longer be classed as an RV. You have to register it as now as an actual building...not a vehicle!
This means you now have different amounts of taxes to pay, different rules and guidelines, different codes to adhere to and be in a different living space "size allowance bracket".
Yes you could buy ten of these homes and nail them all into one big home, but it would no longer be a vehicle.
The way to view these porches and lofts, is as an additional bonus. They don't take anything away from the home just by existing in themselves. Your floorspace is still 399²ft.
They've added the loft as a handy extra space to use however you like.
The reason the law has these restrictions is to protect vulnerable people on low incomes, to prevent "landlords" from renting some leaky rickety tool shed as a luxury bedroom. That sort of thing. This is a one bedroom tiny home, it would be a misrepresentation to describe this as a "two bedroom tiny home" , even though the loft COULD offer you mattress room for 5 other people to be comfortable overnight.
So YES, you can make the loft taller, you can build on a 40ft extension, you could absolutely put this on top of a two-floor basement if you so wish!
But THEN it wouldn't be a tiny home. 😘😘😘
@@tamielizabethallaway2413 Your comment is incredible and answered so many questions for me. ❤️❤️❤️
@@atomicplaygirl66 oh thank you! I'm glad it was helpful. It's only an outline of the rules of course, and each state has their own definitive rules that you can look up, and some are more restrictive than others...for example moving just over to another state if you currently happen to live close to the border, may give you better options as to how you can enjoy and use the tiny home in that state....even though you've only moved 20 miles. That's just an example obviously of how you might be able to stay close to friends and family if that's important, or work, but come under different conditions. I know a couple of states flat out ban them! 😳 Some will let you rent out to strangers or have your elderly parent move closer, others will ban you from subletting and allow it to be used as an extension of your current home....in other words, however many of you there are already in your home, can enjoy the additional space ....but not moving in additional family members who rent ONLY that space. I'm glad you found it helpful! 😘😘😘 xxx
Really super nice!
Thank you!
Great Home. Here’s a history lesson on Mitsubishi. The company made one of the most dreaded warplanes of WWII. The Mitsubishi A6M “Zero”. The Zero put a lot of American fighters into the ocean. Until Grumman F6F Hellcat. Mitsubishi makes Cars, Trucks, AC, Heating Units etc. So there you have it. Take care Chance.
Lol 😂 “I gotta poop” that was my favorite part of the video! The house is gorgeous!
Sure wish I had a place to put one of these cuties for a getaway place. Thanks Chance.
Nice. Really like the floor plan. So many great features. I would replace those bunks with an office.
Chance I really love looking @ these different floor plans...my Dad was a builder...thank you again...✌️💛😊
Man I could definitely live in this home right here!! Thanks for sharing my friend! 🙏🏿
Thanks for watching!
@@chanceshomeworld No problem. 🙏🏿
Cute little home. Wouldn't work for us but I enjoy seeing alot of different homes available. Keep up the great work.
Hi Chance 🤠
this is a beautiful tiny house love the bunkbed and the master bedroom on main level great home for my son and his daughters have a blessed day 👸🏽🥰👏🏽
From the ad you posted towards the end, the prices our outrageous! Wow!
It’s a nice home for one person. The bunk beds are perfect for your least favorite relatives. (Just kidding)! While I’m not a fan of a loft I would see it as an excellent storage area. Are the washer/dryer included in the price? Another great job. Thank you.
I see as a cute little home for a single mom with a couple of kids. The loft would make a great play space.
Chance my husband and I love watching you and enjoy your channel but I have to say Cullen is the best!!! He's such a joy and that last comment in this video had us cracking up. We love his channel too!
I love this tiny home. Where the bunk beds are I would turn that into an office space. I love all the windows! This is really nice.
I think tiny homes are cute and have only been able to see myself in one until now. This is beautiful and you are making me consider this option more seriously!
Awesome, thanks for sharing!
Love the porch! Love how bright it is.
We built our home in 1973, at just 24 and 25. Then 5 years ago we remodeled the kitchen and I had them put a door exactly like this one in the cabinet, but it's under a breakfast counter. My kitchen is bigger than this, so the space was perfect for my big cooking pots, like my gumbo pots and soup pots, easy access. So I love that idea!
By far the Best I’ve seen!
Awesome, thanks for sharing!
Sweet little home, thank you for your hard work. Be blessed and be safe
I Notice those lights on the porch ceiling...that's Neat! I would Love this Tiny House for Our Son, (Chance) That is 6'8....Love the high ceiling......
👀👀Yes open all the cabinets. ☺not sure why that makes me happy.
Loved the tour and the bit of family life with kids at the end. 😂
Thanks for the tour, see you Thursday !
Awesome, see ya then!
This tiny home is lovely 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 thank you for sharing have a wonderful evening 😊
Very nice tiny house. Would be great for a vacation place. Thank you Chance!
I really like the idea of these homes, especially as a vacation home. But I honestly would go nuts if it was my only place to live. Although cleaning would be a breeze! Blessings Chance
I look at them as a guest house on my property.
Best tiny home I've ever seen. I think I'd take the loft and make it the master, with a bed and table for a reading lamp. Then I'd use the bedroom for a craft room.
I love tiny home keep up the good work..
Thank you! Will do!
It’s awesome that you have “Gomer Pyle” doing your narrative.
Ok one of the best tiny homes I've seen 👍👍
Very cute and everything was so well appointed!
This would make a great rental property for kids in a college town who didn't want to live on campus.
This is cute. Love the bunk beds and downstairs bedroom. This would be great for a lake or mountain retreat.Hope you had a great 4th!
Nice tiny house for a family to have for like a vacation property.
Beautiful home, I love it! My dream one day! Thank you for sharing! Blessings!
This house is absolutely DARLING! Thanks so much for sharing it with us.
I thought thr microwave, stove and fridge was blue was loving it🤣😂
I love and want to eventually want to have a tiny home. Unfortunately, I do not care for the layout of this one that much, but really do like the porch! Thank you for the tour. I look forward to more of your Tiny House tours.
$118,000 for this crackerbox?? You can buy a 1,500 sq foot home in my area for that WITH LAND! This this might be worth $30,000
A great tiny home with a wonderful loft area.
It really is!
Very very nice “ tiny” home!!
I Like This House......Praying For It!
Prayer def works!
Country and precious!
The first thing I would do is enclose the porch. hat would double the size of the living area and give you space for a Dining area. Next, I would make it 2 to 4 feet taller so an adult can actually use the loft space.
Thanks for sharing!

This home was very well thought out. The bunks are a great size and the loft is a great extra not to mention the amount of space they allow for living room!!!❤️❤️👍👍
nice tiny home God Bless
This is so cute.
They should've put a better sink in there and it would make the kitchen look much better
The bunkbed area would be perfect for a little home office
Thank you . I like this model.
I am excited to see tiny home communities
Adorable! Both you and the video from a grandma who knows! I love the under cabinet lighting...wish more of the manufacturers added them. Can you ask them?
Very cute for a family of 2 or 3. A place for parent(s) and 2 kids or 1 with a sleep over space. Maybe grandparent(s) and 1 or 2 grandkids. I'd definitely use the loft for a kids hangout and storage.
Very compact with all the appliances you need. It would be great for a single person or empty nesters who don't want a huge home to clean and take care of. The problems I see with this home is that it doesn't have a lot of counter space in the kitchen. There isn't enough storage--even if I paired down drastically. I'd take out the bunk beds and turn that area into a large pantry with bi-fold doors to store things like my small, tabletop appliances (crock pot, toaster, blender etc.) and all my canned and dry goods. The bedroom is on the small side as well. We have a queen size bed and I think it would take up the whole room you so couldn't have a headboard or footboard and if you wanted side tables, they'd have to be nothing more than small floating shelves on either side of the bed for things like reading lamps and your alarm clock. I could make it work with those modifications.
I LOVE TINY HOMES!!!!

🌻omg I'm so ready💚💚💚The colors are so serene🌻🌻🌻
Adorable and affordable.

I could live in this if I were alone. I would take out the bunk beds and make a craft area. Could use the loft as sleeping for my grandsons and some storage.
Yep that's nice

0:20 Looking forward to your COMMUNITIES vid! (Nice truck!)
