Over the years we’ve seen some doozies unfortunately for the homeowners. 😢
We don’t believe in building “disposable” housing so we build to a higher standard than what the code calls for and we build to the quality that WE would want to live in!
The FAQs of our website have some info about this and folks tell us they can see & feel the higher quality of our builds when they step inside. Especially when they visit some of the factory built homes and then come see us, they recognize the differences more easily.
Some things you can’t see like trailer construction & axle condition which is important to ask about. Many of those homes weight significantly more than the axles are designed to haul. Which leads to problems “down the road”💔 sorry for the pun.
We hear from homeowners that regret their decision to go with a factory built home fairly often.

Mr. Peter, isn't the main difference that tiny homes are built to stick built home specs (or higher). Another is that home repairs and upgrades are made by actual contractors, plumbers, electricians, and carpenters rather than hauling to it an RV repair shop, etc. Hence, it's an actual home on wheels.

sadly difference is tiny homes sellers been going up on prices knowing for the space should not be that pricy mobile home sellers a lil bit big headed too but a lotof people saying no due to the upgrade in prices on BOTH do not blame them
I have never seen an upstairs bedroom I liked until this one. This would work for an older customer because the "loft" is really a nice size room with a decent, safe staircase.

Very nice floor plan and great attention to detail. I'm older, so having a main floor bedroom is preferable but these stairs are manageable. I prefer less full size windows but love the smaller transom windows. Wall space is more important to me than all the windows.

all of our Pioneer floor plans have 1st floor master bedrooms if you'd rather have zero stairs!
I agree with the transom windows and having more wall space. I wonder if you could put the entry door in the kitchen by the fridge. That would also give you more wall space. I love this home it’s really unique!

Fantastic design AND you can stand up in the bedroom. Crawling to bed isn't my thing. Years of running have made my knees fragile, and the crawling crouching bedroom idea is not appealing. Awesome kitchen, white, white, white granite, simple, easy, uncomplicated and workable. PLUS the garage. Love it. And the stairs are nice too. This is a very attractive home.

This is everything I wish I could have. I’m chronically ill @nd 54 single mom. Hopefully when my daughter makes it through medical school and if I’m still alive , this is everything I’ve always wanted and she could then afford it for me. It’s plenty enough for me and my dog. Would be great to have grandkids one day stay over with me! Beautiful work, love this exactly as is!

This is really nice. The only thing that would be hard for an older person is how the washer and dryer are situated. Space for a stackable unit in the bathroom would work nice. Maybe that could be made to fit if some of the storage space on the outside was removed?

Okay, starting from the top: Wow on that shed! More massive storage at the front, and we're not even inside yet; the kitchen speaks for itself on the incredible use of space; all you need in a bathroom/laundry room, with a big enough shower space a bathtub could be installed; typical stair storage and wonderful roomy, stand-up bedroom. From beginning to end, this video shows thoughtful design and professional construction. Beautiful brand new home!

House is lovely and the outside storage is brilliant. Love the bedroom. What I don’t understand though is the fact that there is no nice big window to look out of when you are on the sofa and very little alternative to put it somewhere else.

I love this home. So much done right don’t know where to start. Bathroom…full size shower! Bedroom… can stand in and has storage. A real staircase. Regular size range. Laundry area. Outside storage for outside things like rakes and tools. Wonderful job.
I love the L shaped kitchen counters to me it gives definition to each space, separated the space but still allows a open floor plan, allowing enough seating for having The bar seating to me is more functional and homie instead of having a kitchen table and chairs I like having the barstools tucking out of the way. It’s great for cooking and having everybody help out with kitchen prep work for a family meal.

Wow! There’s a lot of space in here! The *only* thing I would change is the orientation of the bed. I don’t like sleeping next to a wall (I’m a bit claustrophobic). But the exterior storage and the stand up loft would get my husband to change his mind about tiny house living. Oh, he’d love that kitchen too!

This is a very pretty tiny home. Love that the bedroom has head room for walking. I prefer no stairs but these aren't bad and there's a railing. Spacious, bathroom is spacious. If I were buying a customized home I would want double shower heads, double sink in kitchen and walk in closet 😉. This of course was built per the owner's specification. Great 👍🏽 job Indigo River. I really love this tiny home. This is as tiny as I’ll go. Looks very comfortable spacious and “tiny”. Totally doable. I love the room upstairs it has head space!! Love it!
Yeah, I agree! I wouldn’t go any smaller than this either..this one is a winner on that front and back storage shed and those little stair step windows make it so much prettier inside and outside. Plus with that full kitchen and bar seating. You could also use that front storage shed for seasonal clothing storage!

Wow. This is probably the best "tiny house layout I've ever seen. Most lofts are not walk through. This is truly a small apartment.
I wish I could have you all design our kitchen. If I was more physically able I would loves a tiny home like this. I live in a small 50's bungalow. in Michigan.. I love your layouts and the finishes everything is well done and beautiful. 💝

We haven't yet but I have a vision for building some Tinies like that when all our kids are grown with 2-3 tiny homes connected by a covered deck that is stationary. It was actually a common layout for early Texas pioneer homes (several small buildings connected by a covered porch type structure). Looking for land!

You seem like a great team to implement an idea I've had for years. Some tiny homes have ladders for loft access. Imagine replacing that with a 1 person elevator. The lift system would be a screw drive garage door opener hidden in the wall. It would lift a small platform (about the size of a stair tread) from the floor. At waist height there's a handle that rides up the track with the standing platform.

Very creative, artistic n wonderful. The bedroom where we can stand instead of crawling, outside storage for bikes n storage for other miscellaneous things is quite nice.
This is the 1st tiny home I actually love just because of how big and confortable the kitchen is to cook since I am a cook and love it I need a BIG kitchen. I don't know if the bedroom bed is too tall. I would need a little but more close for my cloth.😁 Vut for being a tiny home I REALLY LOVED IT.
This is the nicest tiny house I've seen so far. We would really have to give up a lot of items to live in one but this one is beautiful. It doesn't look closed in, it's all white. I can imagine it would be a quick clean up too. Very nicely done.
