This is such a beautiful tiny home and I especially love the way that it has enabled Christine to double down on the things she loves doing in life. We hope you enjoy the tour! With Love, Bryce & Rasa
Wow absolutely gorgeous...Christine your home is cozy and comfy light and airy....love everything in your home and the piano that you built your home around is brilliant...The deck is absolutely gorgeous and spacious...do you have screens for the kitchen window. ❤️ Be Safe Be Blessed and Happy Easter
As I get older I look to having less in my life and stories like Christine's appeals to me. She has enough for her and her pet , but also enough for a visiting friend and/or family member. Id love to see a follow up when she has her solar set up installed.
I watch your show all the time and see many tiny houses but this one was my absolute favorite…. I loved the tall ceiling and two separate lofts, and the head room in her bedroom was perfect.. Congratulations Christine on your choice of your tiny home .
Look how happy she is ◉ She managed to fit her favourite instrument ◉ She has a small garage ◉ She enjoys a quieter lifestyle ◉ She does travelling around the world Well done Christine! That is how life should be!
This is, I think, the loveliest and best planned tiny home I have seen in a very long time. Congratulations to the owner for knowing what she wanted and going after it. And thank you so much for sharing it with us.
This design was a winner. One thought that always amazes me is how spotlessly clean all these tiny homes are. They all look brand new or barely lived in. It's very impressive.
@@Daniel-ij4pe Yes, it’s hard to tell if he was still on the stairs. Likely due to the Pano vision setting used for filming, which tends to distort what you’re seeing. So, being the curious cat sort of semi-OCD research/detective weirdo type…I MUST KNOW…so I watched it again. It’s easier to stop a video when I use the Settings button (under the video) to reduce the Playing Speed to .75. So I stopped the video at 11:39, right where Bryce is standing by the window with the blue shade, on the white wall, and just as he enters the room. Over his left shoulder is the wall with the interior wall with non-window opening that looks out over the living room. And behind him is the stairwell, as the two walls he’s standing near have different shades of light cast upon them. What I noticed was that I could see the top of that wall with the overlooking opening where it meets the ceiling, which told me he was in the room, not on the stairs. Problem solved? NO! The weird thing was that his head was higher than the blue shade, and a bit later, when she walks away from her closet carrying a tan jacket, her head is also above that blue curtain, too. Which doesn’t make any sense, given she’s at least 5 or 6 inches shorter than him, as evidenced by other shots with both in the living room, before they headed upstairs. SO! I’m blaming Pano vision……lol. I just think if he were on the top step, and yet still in her sleeping loft, that corner of her room had to have been cut out, so he could technically be in the room, but still on the top step, thus lower and not having reached the level of whole floor of the loft. If you stop it at 11:39, you’ll see it’s seems evident he’s IN the room, though. Oh, and just for some giggles, crank the Playback Speed all the way UP, and listen to them sound like chipmunks while flitting around like little birds! Ok. I’m going to go take my Crazy Pills now. 😵💫😵💫😵💫
@@bliss4383 great detective work. Have you considered that someone with Bryce's background in tiny house visiting might just have mastered the art of knee-standing? Where it looks like he's standing normally, but is actually kneeling? Although, we never get to see his feet and lower legs uncovered, so perhaps they're detachable?
@@ricos1497 Lol…. We’ll, I don’t think they’re detachable, and I don’t think he’s knee-standing here. If that were the case, then his head would be at least 12 inches lower than is pictured, yes? Like below the blue shade rather than above it.
@@bliss4383Bryce was standing on the staircase still.. I rewatch over & over again and found that the bedroom floor actually extended more than where the staircases ended on the top.. check it up yourself later at 11:33.. 🤭 or no need to guess, we can ask @bryce directly.. 🤭😂
Who else is watching this video in 2024 & thinks that this lady is the epitome of an angel on earth. Christine's, demeanor and looks are just so peaceful and joyous
The stovetop is genius. A usable surface while covering the burners, and then an easy to clean backsplash while it's being used. Love how bright this home is, and the piano is just the icing on this tiny house cake.
I love how she can stand up in her sleeping area without compromising head room in the kitchen. It's rare to see that in mobile tiny houses, or at least the ones I've seen here on YT.
Gorgeous ... and it's the "real furniture" pieces that makes the difference - a storage coffee table & the chest in the loft - far superior to allthis plywood. PIANO! you go girl!!!
I think it's because she's been in it a few years already, so it was probably built just before construction costs skyrocketed. It would be more like 200-250k now at a minimum, based on similar designs.
This is a tiny home that I could actually see myself living in! It is beautiful and perfect for 1 or 2 people. Congratulations Christine on creating a wonderful, calm and livable home which helps to fund your passion for travel.
Isn’t it always so heartwarming to feel the peace, serenity and happiness of our fellow humans who have found their perfect place to live their lives. And having Bryce visit and be so wonderfully encouraging and impressed just tops it off! ❤
I want a tiny home in the woods! Oh no wait . . . I have one. 😊 Such a lovely house. A piano -- that's a first. Extra storage by using two staircases, brilliant. Glass that folds down over the gas stove? High mirrors that don't distract, they just bounce light around. Such great ideas. I think that's the first person who talked about acoustics. Nice job. I especially like the additional "garage shelves" with the outside access. I wonder what other people do with their car and yard supplies.
after watching so many of these tiny home videos , alot of them start to look the same but this is beautiful! i love how her house has two divided sides , she has a huge bedroom that you can stand in AND she has a garage.. if i was her my life would be complete 🥰
I think I’m going to have to move to New Zealand. This is the most lovely house I’ve seen. The room in the bedroom is divine, and the other loft is so usable too. I absolutely love the kitchen and all of the clever storage. I could write a novel on this one. So beautiful.
I just love that last scene where she was sitting on the couch and the fire was lit it just looks so warm and cozy and it made me want to scrap the plans for the house I'm looking at and just moved to New Zealand and get that exact one!!
Christine seems like such a lovely lady and a kind soul. Her tiny home is truly beautiful and intelligently designed. The living room looks very comfortable. A great place to relax. I've never seen a tiny house with inward-facing loft walls executed quite like this. I think it's a perfect design for her uses of those spaces, plus it looks nice. The kitchen is beautiful and looks quite functional. I love that she allowed room for a small table, making it an eat-in kitchen, which I adore. I can see myself living in this design very comfortably.
What a gem of a home in a location to die for! The design is perfect for your needs, Christine, with a calm and relaxing vibe. I love your choice of colour in the bedroom and the wall behind the piano. All so very tasteful and homey. May you continue to be very happy here... Thanks Bryce and Rasa for another wonderful tour...
Even after all these videos, I'm constantly amazed that Bryce still finds insightful things to add...the wood fireplace to dry out...what a good tip. Never thought of it like that.
I've lived (almost my whole life) with wood-burning fireplaces. Three things that I never liked, is that they dry everything out, create dust/soot & leave the burning wood smell behind. If I lived in a damp area, I might appreciate the drying effect. What I like about the wood-burning fireplace is the $$ savings, ambiance it creates, the crackling sounds and, in storm ridden South Carolina, we still have heat in winter, when the power fails.
Beautiful home, I love the outdoor space and especially the exterior of the home is just phenomenal! I also love the interestingly designed loft, it's closed off, but you can still look over the mezzanine.
For the size, this is one of the best designs for one person. She has everything she needs and the deck really adds to the space. The only thing I might have changed would be to have the bedroom over the bathroom instead of the kitchen - but I'm assuming that might have been necessary for her to be able to stand up in the room. And the setting is breathtaking!
Wow, you keep showing these amazing houses. I love the double stairs and the color walls. This woman really knows how to design and decorate. New Zealand has some of the most beautiful tiny homes BRAVO
Oh W🧡W! Bryce, you and Rasa have presented some beautiful homes on your channel, in some spectacular locations... This one is my absolute favourite so far (along with the Colorado Shoe School bathroom😁👌🏼) Christine is such a lovely lady and i think she has an exceptional eye for colour. I love the red wall in the livingroom with little accents of that vibrant colour carried through to the bathroom. Her bedroom also has a beautiful colour scheme...so calming. As a more mature lady myself, i would absolutely love to live in a tiny home such as this. (I say "tiny", somehow Christine has achieved a mini mansion vibe inside) Also, i can't help wondering if her cats have made a video for RUclips, showcasing their very comfy lounging options. 🤣💕🏠🌴🪴🌲💕
I think it's just one cat owning every loungeable available space 😊, that's what they do. The fact that there are so many cozy spots is a bonus for that pampered queen. Having a bakers dozen it's impossible to not find one cuddled up in a spot of their choice somewhere in the house, although my bed is their absolute space to huddle especially on a cold and rainy day due to the fluffy blankies.
The moment the show opened with the scenes of the tiny situated amidst rainforests, you had me hooked. Perhaps the first time I did not want to hurry to see what it was like indoors. I didn't want to stop listening to the ambient sounds of cicadas. Wow. Thanks for including the sounds of the forest. I wish I could hear them once more at the end! The indoors definitely gave me welcoming feelings of warmth. I loved everything about the indoors.
I am in China, mainly engaged in logistics and transportation, and there are many second-hand cabinet manufacturers. After watching your video, I want to build a container house in my hometown.

Enabling a stunning home giving everything desired and the ability to really travel ❤️ What a lady and what a home ❤️
This woman is an artist. Unique design with elegant features. She could design spaces. Truly lovely. (A tiny home in the forest - - like right out of a fairytale.)
With proper planning, a tiny home is not so tiny after all. But not only do you need a good design for your tiny home, a good place to park it on is so essential as well and I love where she's parked hers. Amongst nature itself. 👍🏻
This design is by far the most spacious I have seen. It provides a home feel as well by adding a regular couch and inclusion of the piano is beautiful. Spectacular job!
What a lovely lady! Beautiful home design and truly gorgeous and serene spot. Amazing she designed it around the piano too! Love it! It really seems perfect and that stove with glass top, I haven't seen anything like that before but that's such a smart design and a very efficient use of space.
Lovely Lady, lovely space, brilliant idea. I had my tiny home destroyed in Hurricane Irma, here in FL, USA. Then a year after paying bills and clearing everything up, Covid hit. Three years of that drama. And starting from scratch for the third time after divorcing some years before the house was destroyed is somewhat exhausting. So this is an inspiration to start all over again, to rebuild and have a fresh start, again!! I am of retirement age or above, but one just has to keep going! TY for the inspiration.
This land she is on has added a touch of tropical paradise to her beautifully thought out and executed home! She is lovely and so is her kitty! I wish them well together! Another great tour Rasa and Bryce! Your compatibility as videographer and host are what make these tours watchable and enjoyable! I look forward to them every time!
This one’s a beauty! Her bedroom loft feels spacious….I think it’s due to keeping the kitchen ceiling (below) on the low side, and the roof line has just a slight slope to drain rainwater.
All of the TH across the pond (I'm in the states) seem so superior design wise to what I see over here. And of course, the locations are so top notch on that side of the world as well. Who wouldn't want to be surrounded by such lush greenery?? The tall window by the stairs and the view is **chefs kiss** What a dream!
I've said it before but i think this is my favourite design to date. Absolutely brilliant! It's amazing how much difference it makes when someone adds an extra 20, 30 or 50cm to the width. Makes the homes look so much more liveable in.
Such a beautiful location, I love it,but every location in New Zealand is always beautiful. Her tiny is a very elegant design, so impressive. I truly love what she has done with her home, a real winner, love, love, love it! 👍😊♥️
U r right NZ is beautiful i think the lady mentioned Auckland, I have noticed after three trips to NZ ,how much Australians and New Zealand accents can sound very familiar!
This home is absolutely beautiful! The way it is designed, the way it is decorated, it looks so spacious and so cozy. The parking spot is totally awesome! I think this is my top favorite tiny home!
This tiny home is one of the best I’ve seen, the color scheme of the finishes, the quality of the fixtures.. the organization in the house, really easy on the eye and it fits her narrative to a tee!
I love the layout on this one, especially those double lofts with steps. This is a really good size for a tiny house I think. I'm going to have to save this one to look back on when I start my building plans!
This is such a beautiful tiny home and I especially love the way that it has enabled Christine to double down on the things she loves doing in life. We hope you enjoy the tour! With Love, Bryce & Rasa

So this is an inspiration to start all over again, to rebuild and have a fresh start, again!! I am of retirement age or above, but one just has to keep going! TY for the inspiration.
I think this is my favorite tiny home, and I've looked at every tiny home video there is.
Hello how are you doing today
Love this! The double staircases and she can stand upright in the bedroom
Hello
What an amazing home. Christine’s design gives an unbelievable amount of space. And all for $160k is incredible 💛
$160k NZD
This land she is on has added a touch of tropical paradise to her beautifully thought out and executed home! She is lovely and so is her kitty! I wish them well together!
Another great tour Rasa and Bryce! Your compatibility as videographer and host are what make these tours watchable and enjoyable! I look forward to them every time!
When I get in my later years and my kids have grown up, I would love a place like this for me and my partner. Lovely tiny house!
This one’s a beauty!
Her bedroom loft feels spacious….I think it’s due to keeping the kitchen ceiling (below) on the low side, and the roof line has just a slight slope to drain rainwater.
A lovely home, it has everything! Plus affording the owner the ability to travel. It really is having it all.
The energy she emits truly reflects the beautiful home she has created. 😌
Hello

Simplemente hermosa... Saludos desde Chile....
Loved her mini garage ❤
Very beautiful tiny house
This tiny home is one of the best I’ve seen, the color scheme of the finishes, the quality of the fixtures.. the organization in the house, really easy on the eye and it fits her narrative to a tee!
I now have a clearer picture of my dream life when I'm a grandma. Christine is my hero :)
I love the layout on this one, especially those double lofts with steps. This is a really good size for a tiny house I think. I'm going to have to save this one to look back on when I start my building plans!
This house was parked in beautiful greenery I should learn this too
Definitely one of the best tiny I've ever seen! The layout and the design, love it ♥️🤍💙...
and the kitty 🐈 too 😘
Wow, what an absolutely stunning home, wishing this lovely lady all the happiness in the world, and many travel adventures ahead ❤️🏴❤️
Am so happy to see tiny homes supporting seniors and even helping them to get serious with their hobbies
I really enjoy seeing the homes of more established Tiny Home dwellers. They have had time to explore the true pros and cons of the lifestyle.
Christine has miles of style, what a house! Every aspect of it, wide open spaces, comfy little nooks, and a sweet kitchen. Cheers Bryce and Rasa.
Fantastic !!!! happy to see a women of the same generation as mine 😀🤩😍

Such a great take on Shaye's tiny design, really love this version, so gorgeous and so small at 9'x26' yet feels so expansive!
