This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the “PRI3264-2070.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 1,800 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! Why do people complain about the time it takes to show these homes? If they think it takes to long then just put the video at higher speed. It’s what I do sometimes. I still understand every word but the video is done a bit faster. 😎😎😎. Wish I could have done that to some teachers when I was in school! 🤣😂🤣😅

I just want to say even though I don’t know if I’ll be able to afford a home right now. But I really love watching your tours Chance. I know there is other channels but I always enjoy watching your channel. Love the fact that you love Christ like a do and you share your passion about your relationship with Him. I love the fireplace and space in this home.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the fireplace, cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms, built-ins in the master closet, as well as the wall safe, tile surrounding the shower in the master bathroom. ❤❤❤❤❤

Another beautiful home. You supposed to say utility room 😅. I love the way you say that.
This home is just about move in ready for me, I'd want some minor changes/additions. Take the two windows out in the dining area and put in a single French door with a nice multipained look side light, put a door on the water heater instead of the panel and in the master bathroom have a window that opens over the tub. I LOVE THE LOOK AND FEEL OF THIS HOME, feels very welcoming and warm, the Natural tones are a major reason Why that is along with a beautiful stone traditional style wood burning fireplace with mantle and hearth, it's very well executed. The kitchen is very good with good drawer storage count and the upper cabinets are not bad either, if possible I would like more dish storage and would look at possibly having a built in China Buffett area built on the blank wall in the kitchen area. For me this would be great but I know Many won't need that much and this home has more than Many others. I I had to only get as shown right down to the exact colors etc... I would still be very happy with and in this home. White cabinets would just look cold, sterile and uninviting. The other thing I would definitely do is in the laundry room where the open space is with the water heater on the side is have upper cabinets put in and shelves below on the left half for use as pantry space.

This is a nice, roomy home. Sunshine Homes is definitely stepping up, so shout-out to them and Chance for sharing this beautiful home with us. I would change out the master bathroom tub with a stand alone tub, also putting a sink in the Utility room. Otherwise perfect. I rate it a 12❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

This is a beautiful home! No pantry! I love the colors and all of the windows it makes it very homey. The exterior is beautiful as well. I love the way you do the tours, please do not change them

Nice front porch. Lots of room for bookshelves in the living room. Not those shelves that can only hold knick knacks, but and honest to goodness full load of books! I love to read and I have run out of bookshelves! I think we have 11 or so and they are all full! Love all the kitchen drawers. If they aren't cooking get out of my kitchen. My BIL would come in the kitchen and prop himself in front of the stove. We would tell him to move and so he would prop himself infront of the sink. Two of the most used spaces when putting on a big meal. We didn't need anyone propping themselves in the kitchen when they aren't working.
I like that corner cupboard. Much better use of space than a lazy susan.

Beautiful home. Common area reminds me of some site built homes I have seen. But there isn't a pantry or a linen closet or cabinet for the guest bathroom. The closets could be bigger. But I love the stone work, rustic cabinets, master closet and shower.

Nice layout wish it had a pantry- sink in laundryrm & 4 bedrm. I liked th3 dark woodwork. Definitely don't want a fireplace- the less fire hazards in a mobile home the better.

Wassup Chance?! Just needs a pantry and a sliding door 🚪 that leads to the backyard, and put the laundry room on the other side of the hallway, but I sure love the entire living room, especially the fireplace, and if I had kids, I'd send them to the basement to play, that's one of my other must haves if I'm able have it.
Agree. Need an access of some kind to the backside.

As big as that laundry room is , it deserves a sink. The windows for all that natural light in the living room seem like they were just thrown in to fill space . Love all the light they just seem too random ! Lighter and brighter gets my vote. Air tag those pot holders Chance, track those things down , I'm with you on that ! Have a safe trip ,God bless...

Love the size of the rooms. Especially the kitchen and dining. I would put the door to the laundry in the hallway. Use that space in the kitchen for pantry. Have a French door in dining room. Love hearing you describe the outside as well as the inside. Anyone buying this home would want to know where the outside outlets and water faucets are. Great tour, Chance

Why didn't you close the side screen door swinging in the wind? Bowls on kitchen bar ready for Cap'n Crunch. I wonder when we'll start to see the no-sink sinks where the countertop is slightly sloped toward a single slit drain in the center and there's no actual bowl. Florida is the sunshine state.

really nice layout. Would love a nice wood deck off the back and a nice porch on the front. I liked those huge decks they had at another market park about a month ago. They were called Titan decks? Or Thor Decks? something like that.

Nice. But, as a short person, I have never liked the cabinets above the refrigerator to be set back. I prefer them to be flush with the frig.

I love this house! The only thing I would change is I would upgrade to French or sliding doors in the dining area, also I would change the counter tops & I would opt out if the barn door to the utility room just give me a regular looking door, I'm not a fan of barn farmhouse style. Other than that this house is perfect!!!
