This prefab house also has several different options and is built as a hud manufactured home! The manufacturer for this house is Winston Homebuilders. The model for this home is the “Driftwood.” This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 2,200 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

That desk in the dining area would make a good coffee/wine bar. Just add a fridge in the open space.
I was thinking that too and then...why not keep it and add "bar" into lving rm? Maybe between dining area and front lving rm windows?
❤ what is not to like? Love all of it! Not sold yet on the marble look to the kitchen ceiling. But I could live with it. And oh my, yes, the outdoor living area is beyond all of my dreams for that type living. Thanks!!

My husband and I are beyond tired of the house we built in the mid-80's together and are now looking for something fresh, classy, but fun. We actually farm for a living and love the modern farm house look, so this checks all the boxes. I would flip this house and have the outdoor space facing our pastures, fields and Smoky Mountain views, and can you imagine decorating that outdoor space for Christmas? Oh my!
I love the idea of the mobile deck. What's really cool is that you can place it between two homes - share the deck space with a relative like an in-law. You each have your own (home) space, but can get together on the deck. The house itself is very nice.

I would use the dog wash station for my grandchildren when they come in all muddy.

Having 7 dogs, I would put the dog shower to good use.
Love the dog wash but that kitchen ceiling is next level awesome .
Everything was high end there! The dog got a tile shower! I didn’t even get a tile shower. 😮 oh my gosh I love that gray tile in the master bath!

I am in love, by the time you showed the dog shower, I figured it to be up in the 300k range! Gorgeous, without being "prissy"
Most likely is as each room had lots of upgrades, deck, outdoor lighting etc
I thought the exact same thing! I guessed $325K. This is so beautiful! I especially love the back porch!
The only thing I missed was a big family room off thr kitchen. You would have to add 20 more feet for that. Really like the all the windows
A front closet for coats is all I see missing but this house is amazing! Just beautiful 😍!

Absolutely great home! First, I love that the living room goes all the way across width of home & kitchen & dining is to the left, its own separate area. Tired of seeing open floor plan with living room & kitchen practically together. Second, loved flooring; not too light & not too dark. I'm not too crazy about marble in Tray ceiling over dining area. I would prefer wood. Back porch fantastic size even without extension. Master Shower I would prefer River Rock floor and a bench. Floorplan perfect! Thank you, Chance. Love this home!!!

I really like the ceiling in the kitchen. All the cabinets are a bonus along with the pantry. Beautiful deck! And the laundry area is top notch. This is a. Great, great choice, Chance.
I love this particular house. It's one of my favorites.
This is our favorite model so far. We have gone to regional modulars and looked at the nationwide homes as well but this tops the cake. The outdoor kitchen area , dog bath station , and then add the dragonfly deck to the awnings of this home just goes to show the thought out usefulness of the features.

I really like this one. I like the exterior a lot. The livingroom and kitchen is super nice. Such a nice house. Wish I could afford it.
The only things I would do differently is take the tub out of the main bath, put a window on each end of the house, one in the main bedroom and one in the 3rd bedroom on the walls that don't have one and find different counter tops. I don't like the marble ones.

Chance, this house 🏠🏡 is definitely farm "De" luxe! Very well -built well-made and well-designed. Love all of The Living Room,The Dining Room The Family Room The Kitchen The Laundry Room and The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are stunning large roomy and quite cozy. Love the Patio and the Deck. The Wood Flooring and Paneling are very versatile. Just a beautifully made home 🏡🏡. Thank You for sharing this with us.

Love the back deck,the size of it but wish it were enclosed so you don't have to worry about bugs while out there.
Also love the pet shower in the laundry room.Perfect size for my dog.❤

Absolutely stunning home. Definitely in my top 3! I love every inch of it and the design and layout is perfect. I only wish it were 5 bedrooms and 3. 5 bathrooms for my large family. 😊

Those wood shelves in the kitchen cabinets are beautiful.
As for the pet wash area.....we had a long hair cat that just absolutely LOVED jumping into the bathtub when we were ready or had just gotten into the tub 🛁 only thing he really did NOT like was how long it took to dry his coat. Especially did not like the hair dryer, on low and not directly on him just kind of going side to side.
But he loved the water and would jump right on in - invited or not 😁

I am in love!!! Except for some counter color change and master shower I want this one!! Loved the living room but that kitchen ceiling blew me away, it is GORGEOUS!!! I have never seen one like this. I wish oh how I wish I could have this!! I can’t get over that kitchen ceiling, that’s going to be a people pleaser. I would remove microwave from above oven and move across next to cabinets (next to fridge) with a little coffee station and more cabinets. In place of original spot, I would put a 2nd oven.
Chance, this farm home is one of best one I have seen. I love the floor plan. I was amazed when I saw the dog bath atea.😍😃 I looked at this video more than twice. Nice.
This is really a nice home. Love the fireplace and the decking out back. Just a few aesthetic changes like the backsplash behind the stove, but over all, I love this one.

Speaking of the Biloxi manufactured housing show….i wanted to go to the Louisville show, but I just now found out it’s not open to the public. Why not?? What a great way to see a bunch of homes in person without all the driving around! They should make that open to the public.
Love love love it. I would ask about making it bigger so the spare bedrooms are larger and I would want a porch on the front as well. I’m spending this type of money I mind as well get exactly how I like it. Great tour!!
Yes, finally the pre-built homes are exploring designs which appear to look like real site built homes. Giving the family an actual real American back yard instead of the "back the trailer" into a space in a trailer court look, is moving these homes into the twenty-first Century.

Nice shelves in the pantry and closets. Like the fireplace and desk in the kitchen. Ideal for a small office. Love the stand alone tub and the shower in the Master bath. The back porch is very nice too.

Really like this house design, Chance. Finally a decent size pantry and with a few safety tweaks like rounding the corners on countertops would satisfy me. I would opt out on the dog wash & sink in the utility room to provide space for a large freezer & an extra refrigerator which are a necessity for food storage when you have a vegetable garden. Thanks for showing this one.
Please get a gun safe with a combination lock for your home to protect your precious children from their curiosity & ingenuity at accessing firearms.
I love this house!!! THAT SHOWER IS PERFECT!! Of course I'd make a few tweaks like dark stained cabinets throughout, white marble looking countertops throughout, the desk would have to have one side be a filing cabinet. The additional deck would have to come with it. I love this house! And I don't even like one story houses but I like this one!

You could definitely clean your boots off in the dog washing station! It would also be great for washing up a really dirty child before letting them into the rest of the house. Since this utility room has a door to the outside, I consider it a "mud room". The entrance you use if you're very dirty and don't want to track it through the house. Having that little washing station is perfect and makes it the best mud room I've seen in a regular home.
