This tiny home is perfect for a smaller family or someone wanting to downsize while maintaining a beautiful look and feel for a house! The manufacturer for this house is Sunshine Homes. The model for this home is the "PRI1668-1005." This home has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has roughly 998 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! We have seen the mobile home business come such a long way. In the old days most people referred to mobile homes as a trailer house. However some of the manufactured homes we carry are far from “trailer houses.”

The front foyer entrance is absolutely Spectacular...The living Room is a good size... and the kitchen is perfectly designed and sized well...These small houses are so Nice..The front and back doors are really nice and look really sturdy..Of course, the white paint colors really make the house look bigger... 💯 TopNotch small home..😃🌼☀️🌻🌞😊

This is a nice little forever home. As we age, we tend to downsize but like the option of having a guest room. This is a home that I could very easily make my own and feel comfortable in.
Love how the entryway is setup. Acts as a nice foyer and gives a little extra help with privacy.
I have this home. It’s perfect for a single guy like me. I had the bathroom (by the front door) changed into a walk-in closet and added another window in the living room, so there are three windows in a row. I have a great view to the east. I am very happy with this house. Also want to say that it has 2x6 exterior walls, which I’m pretty sure is standard for all Sunshine homes. I have 9’ ceilings, which is also an option with this house.
I love this. I am also single and find this to be the perfect size home. Hopefully I can snatch this exact model in the future.
Thats a great idea about taking the second bath out. I'm single and that first bedroom could be my office since i work from home. I live in Ga and have not found anything comparable. I live in a 3/2 on a bit over an acre. But I feel like I'm just working to pay a mortgage. And at 58...there has to be more to life than this. Did you get it around the price he mentioned? Enjoy your home John.

Yes! Keep doing these smaller homes with the front porches on the end like this. I love them and they would fit so perfect right where our current mobile home sits, but won't feel like they are on our property side ways which makes me crazy about this one.

This would be perfect for college students to rent. I like how the bathrooms and bedrooms are on separate sides of the trailer because it allows for more privacy!

This would be the perfect home for me. I love this because of the porch and the washer/dryer is closed up.
Most single wides washer dryer hookups are out in the open, and that takes away from everything.

This little house isnt bad. I like it. More counter space in the back bath would be nice. I like floor vents and would want carpet in the livingroom and bedrooms. The spare bedroom would be my office. I could do this. Thanks for the your Chance.

Set the laundry room for stack unit & upright freezer. Great unit for newly divorced dads/moms, retirement singles, and college housing.

Don't see the porch in the front that often... I prefer that.
Wish the master bedroom had a real master bath though 🙄
A separate tub and shower probably could be done, but it would take away from the master bedroom, then you'd only have enough room for a twin bed. The stand alone ceramic tubs are awkward and a slippery accident waiting to happen (I see it a lot when we ask patients how they were injured & I don't get why builders put those things in there)
Super cute but wish that the 'main bath' was in the 'main' bedroom. I did love the front porch AND the closet doors on the laundry area. As Chance says: "Nice to see!" Cheers.

I would have to have the LG appliances changed out. Have some friend who are appliance repair guy. LG refrigerators is one of the top ones they have to fix.
I like that there are doors where the washer and dryer are. Nice home if you only needed 2 bedrooms.

Best value homes iv seen so far. These small homes have more view demand since cost of living is ridiculously high.
I was running google adwords the other day and surprisingly the most searched prefab homes were shed homes, 1 bed cabins and 18 wide single wide homes under 800sq ft. Im sure these categories will garner more views by the younger crowd under 35 years of age.
I really like the front door. Tiny homes are great, thanks for the tour Chance. I always like the stainless steel appliances. I like the smaller homes like these because I'm one person so don't need so much space. Overall, I love this home.

Shutters are so nice. Love that porch for some tea with lemon or lemonade. Love that there are many plugs in the kitchen. Love the microwave and the size of the kitchen. Okay, I see where I can put my dinner room near the kitchen. Love the flooring and the size of that first bedroom. Love the second bathroom's shower with that seat. Thank you very much. Love it!!!!!!
I would change the second bathroom into a walking closet too. There is no storage in this lovely cottage. But for a single person or even mom with a baby, one bath would be enough. Nice!
