This is a good book. Does provide a step by step introduction to how to build things ruclips.net/user/postUgkxhgbP-6hUnXu_QRaoHgLztgsI0YF3HqR0 , also does offer some steps. Includes pictures to give you ideas for layouts and such. If you are looking for a guide, this is not exactly what you want. But if you are trying to familiarize yourself with the way that pole barn building and other out buildings, are made, then this will work just as you need it to. A few things in this book are a barn (of course), detached garage, storage building, and coops.
Love the big island with counter for eating, and the absence of a traditional dining room/area. Dining rooms are such a waste of space. Beautiful.

This is a great little living space perfect for a couple with no kids, a single person, or older couples or older person. That kitchen is perfect with a good amount of storage. I would just need a shower and tub combo in the bathroom and I'm set!

I LOVE this home!! It's big enough for a couple or small family. Years ago people didn't need huge fancy homes. This is cozy. ❤️

A porch and a swing?! Perfect!! A dishwasher! Most tiny homes don’t have one so that is awesome. The kitchen had more cabinets than my apartment. All those windows are wonderful. I want one for me and my two dogs.

I love the swing on the porch and how all the ceilings are high with a fan. It makes the home feel so much bigger. It's beautiful and I feel there are no compromises. I’m impressed with this tiny home. I haven’t seen one this nice with full bedrooms instead of climbing a ladder up to a loft that you have to crawl around!

I saw a spacious tiny home that hails from England here on RUclips a couple of days ago. It actually has a full-size second story with a HUGE bedroom and full bath. I was wondering when builders would get around to building actual second stories on these tiny homes. It's finally happened and it's amazing. It's about time! 🙂

Chance this is my absolute favorite mobile home. With our family grown this is the perfect size. We are in the process of trying to find a dealer in our area that can get us this home in the 18 wide, with the two bed two bath, side by side washer and dryer.

I like it.Great Base Price. Vents in the ceiling. No wire racks in either closet. Modern ceiling fans in both rooms. Nice big roomy front room. Big Kitchen for a MM. Clean and very well styled. I'd love to have it as a Guest House or a few of them as Rentals.

The "tiny homes" I have seen are much smaller than this one. This feels more like an "in-between home" to me. 😉 It's great that there are so many living options nowadays.

It's a housetrailer miss Jane. The thing is transportable. You could set it up just about anywhere! I've known a plethora of snowbirds in my 71 years. Lake Tahoe South Beach, you could live anyqhere. Awesome. I'm widow and I love your presentation and the home.
Calamity Jane is right..No matter how you slice it it is still a single wide mobile home and if you have any doubts go try to get a mortgage on it.
I'm not sure why this is labeled a tiny home because it's far from it. This home I could definitely live in, I mean it has everything, wow. Thanks Chance for these videos. I enjoy tiny home tours, RV, van etc tours--all of it.
This would be the perfect sized house for me and my dogs (I live with three small dogs).
The only modifications I’d make is to the bathroom, replacing the traditional shower head with a hand-held shower, and a couple of grab bars on the shower wall (I’m a disabled senior citizen).
Otherwise, I’m pleasantly surprised by how nice and roomy this house is, and there are enough windows to allow so much sunlight to come in, which is a plus, and I can turn the second bedroom into either an office or a mini home theater. I really enjoyed this home tour, and I’m looking forward to seeing your latest video!
This is one of the best tiny homes I have ever seen I like the 2 bigger rooms, rather than a loft.. I love the double poach. If it was for me I would put a tub shower in the bathroom. Love it

I was expecting an upstairs with the super low ceiling for the 2nd bedroom. This one is really nice for a small home.

RV's? Yes, absolutely! 👍 I've seen a few on RUclips that's mind blowing! It's amazing how nice some of them are with king sized beds. They've really advanced since the early 80s when I temporarily lived in one.

I like how they seem to finally have the air vents in the ceiling!! Mine were METAL & I can't count how many times I have cut my foot!! I then got the wooden kind & the edges stick up and have stubbed my toes!! It also sends Roomba off in another direction!!
Thank you Chance. Nice for a tiny home. Like it's all on 1 level and equipped with ceiling fans and plenty of cabinets in kitchen. Love the porch and windows. I just find the tiny homes a little pricey. I assume that there is more work involved, fitting everything needed in a home. This is among the nicest set up I've seen, so far. Believe I leaning more towards a single wide.

Btw, I've seen one of these tiny homes. The living room has really good natural light and ceiling vents. It'd be great to put it on some vacation property. Not that I was alive yet but the way the front entry is on the end reminds me of how houses were built in the early 1900's. Many were long front to back but there wasn't a hall. Instead, you had to enter every room to get to a back porch.

This house was sold when I saw the swing on the porch. This is all an old man needs for a home. It's perfect don't change a thing. I also like all the rooms have ceiling fans. It's not to big or to small. It's easy to get around in and not over done plus the main thing it's affordable. Love it thanks for the tour Chance

Tiny Homes are less expensive than mobile home most of the time depending who you have build it and made better made and insulated than a mobile home.

Love the front coffee porch w a SWING !! Awesome. I like off set front door The siding is great and I love the colors Love the U shape kitchen This is a great Grandma house!! Big windows free light! Island is great. I love the space above the kitchen cabinets I love wnd above kitchen sink ceiling fan vaulted ceiling Nice little bedroom for office/study/Library!! I love space for stackable W/D. Trailer house. Tiny home is smaller and more compact. That would take a semi to pull, where a tiny house you could pull with a pickup.
I like that every room has a ceiling fan and that it's all on one level, without a loft. Does it have a furnace and air conditioning?

@@slam2680sm Good looking out! You can also see it at the beginning as Chance leaves the kitchen. But I wouldn't have known until you pointed out the location. I was watching for a mini-split and thought I missed it. Going back I saw the vents in the ceilings.
Very few of them have ceiling fans, so this is an A+ for me😊
