Floor plan seems nice, just not crazy about some of the finishes. However, we all know we can change those.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins, barn doors leading into the flex room, and the open shelves above the stove. God bless you and your family. Hope y'all have a great rest of the weekend.
I love that wood colors that decorating the layout, master bedroom and bathroom is very spacious. No carpet is a plus, living room and family room are divided by pocket doors. Everything blends in together .

The kitchen layout was well thought. Had the pantry and refrigerator right near counters. Makes it easy to plop grocery bags down and put everything away with ease! Nice home with everything ya need! Thanks for sharing your beautiful family with us too at the end!
I have to admit, this is a vast improvement over the mobile homes I've seen and been in. It looks like an actual house without the usual mobile home panels on the inside that need those strips to cover the seams in the walls. The only two things I'm not crazy about are the sliding barn doors that separate the flex space and the fiberglass tub surround the guest bathroom but other than that, it looks like a regular stick built home on the inside.
I love this model! 😍 I love the shou sugi ban wood accents with the black trims. I like how they did the flex room too. Everything about this one was great! Thank you for bringing us this one. 💜 Enjoy that beautiful family & many blessings to ya'll.

What a beautiful home you have tour d for us Chance! So many amenities. Love the trey ceiling in living room and that it is so large. Bedrooms are all good sized, super nice bonus room. Also, really like the size of the bathrooms and all the closet space in the bedrooms. Thank you for another awesome tour!

Interesting that they picked shou sugi ban for the wood. Designer seems to have used a little too much of that. Cleaning around the freestanding tub in front of windows will be difficult. Last Thurs video was hilarious when Chance couldn't bring himself to say $500K to $600K. 🤣 Thanks for sharing your family too.

I don't light the surround of the fireplace, range hood nor the barn doors. It makes it look cheap! Love the floor plan.

Why I'm liking the kitchen setup
First off, you have a beautiful family! Enjoy the vacation and moments with them. I love this house and the separated floor plan. My only issue, I think, is the bathtub in the main. I like them to be roomy, so it feels more like a spa tub. Other than that, I have no complaints. Great job on the tour!

My favorite thing when I walked in to film, was the burnt grain wood. Then the metal frame work.

Finally! Finally there is a house with a much better separation between the living room and kitchen/dining room. Much better. If those darn barn doors (they are rather ugly) were to be replaced with real doors it would be so much better.

This is something else! Absolutely gorgeous the wood, the kitchen, bathroom living room, I like the barn doors.
The burnt wood finishes are real nice and bold on the bar door and other areas . In the kitchen I’d prefer softer edges on the kit sink. Real nice home overall.
I'd get rid of the electric fireplace!! I'm a bookworm so I'd replace the fake fireplace with some shelves for books. Love all the specialty wood details. Don't like freestanding tubs at all. It's just an unnecessary pain for cleaning. Laundry close to bath and bedroom is very practical!! All in all very nice home
Maybe a possibility to add an actual fireplace somewhere else in the living room? That would be lovely!
I tell ya, Orange Beach looks better than my own beach in PCB now. I liked Orange Beach when I've visited it- it's so nice and calm there! Every time you mention Pontotoc I remember that my grandparents sold my dang inheritance there, and get sad again! 😂😂This house is pretty darn nice for the price though. LOVE the wood. Love the master bath too, super nice.

Just WOW! ❤❤❤ So many features to love.The floor plan is great, I dont want to walk in and see the kitchen! Love the flex space, the A/C in ceilings 🤩 yes! The hall bath has a large counter top and cabinet! The grids on the master shower door ❤️, water closet...and the best feature...the access to laundry from main bedroom!! That price point! Whats not to love.

That Du Monde is pronounced "doo mondee". LOL
Putting tin roofs on these homes now extends the life of the homee by 10 years, as long as the rest of the home is kept up.
This is a variation of the Farmhouse Flex floorplan, which is my most FAVORITE floorplan!!!

I really like how it isn't such an open floor plan. That flex room, I'd fully close the doorway closest to the front of the house and only have the other 2 entrances. It would be an awesome formal or just a large dining room for gatherings and holidays when the whole family comes over. The price point is real good too
You for score big points for this beautiful place… I hood around the exhaust fan in the kitchen really pops… The layout is fantastic and it’s not too big… would be fantastic place on a nice basement near a lake… I just can’t get over how much more expensive they have become….. and the fact you get such high interest rates and insurance kills the average person…. I really do love this place… Blessings to you and your beautiful family…. Just wait till the boys get bigger the real hell starts…..Thank you for sharing…..

Now i am considering buying one to put on my property and i am wondering if you have any tips on making them more resistant to storm/heavy wind damage? Thank you!

I like this one. For me personally I’d take tub out make shower bigger. Disabled can’t use tub

Not sure if I like that decorative wood finish. It seems a bit gawdy but some could find it quite stunning. Not sure if I like the black shiny around the decorative wood either. Would have preferred a matte finish. Don’t like the oval / round bathroom sink. Doesn’t look modern. I like a laundry room close to the master bedroom. Love the sink in the laundry/ mud room area. Needs an instant on tankless water heater. It’s just hard to comprehend paying nearly 200$ grand for a trailer.
