Just recently bought the "Real Deal" model from Clayton Homes. They didn't have one on the lot to tour, but we knew just from the pictures alone that it was perfect for my husband and I. Now I'm just here to watch walk throughs to tide me over until our new house gets delivered 😂
@gmohler we got it with all the bells and whistles (Luxury master bathroom, dark grey sheet rock, white shiplap accents in kitchen and living room, built in entertainment center in living room, farmhouse sink in kitchen, sliding barn door to laundry room, sliding glass door, stainless steel appliances) and it was not quite 109,000. With construction of the pad and footers, septic line and water line extension, delivery, installation ect it's about 135,000.

Would be sweet if you were able to tour, say once every couple of months, a different manufacturer and video while talking about the construction of, and the materials used during construction the home. You can show us the plumbing being put in, the electrical aspects, walls being built, roofing materials used, and etc. I would watch an hour long video of you showing and explaining the details. Love floorplan. Prefer NO carpet. Love kitchen & all cabinets. Prefer a stove top with a built in oven. Island is goid without sink, but i like islands that are one level, no step down. Utility room i s great except i want a space for an upright freezer, too. Love pocket door to pantry & would rather have one to Master Bathroom instead of barn door & want gravel in bottom of shower & built in bench. Thank you, Chance. Nice home.

Oh wow, gorgeous. The floors, the cabinets and the bar with the lights, the den so nice!. The kitchen is big enough I'd have a induction hob where the cooker is and an oven with the microwave. I'd like to see a window in the guest bathroom and I'd have lighter tiles in the shower. Oh and different interior doors. Just minor changes to my tastes. I'd love this to be mine 😃. I love the patio doors with the blinds inside.
I am a custom girl in a cookie-cutter world. I do love the features and the colors of this home. It's too big for just me and my husband however, it's perfect for my niece and her family.
Not a bad home. I like the size of the spare bedrooms. All in all it's very nice. If you could find some land for $25k and Get everything else done water, electric, foundation for another 75k. It's not a luxury home but gives you that feeling

I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the built-ins throughout, floating shelves throughout, open shelves throughout, back splash throughout, and tub in main bathroom as well as the tile in the shower. If you're on the East Coast, you can get this home from Clayton Homes. It is called 1454 Carolina (The Boss) and just add some of the options seen here. That is what my husband and I are going to do lol starting price is 175k plus 24k setup
This is a great home! Not feeling the floorish vents, but when you live in northern climes it is good to pump out the heat near the floor, so I'll forgive'm! This home could easily have five plus people livin' in it, so it had ought'er have a minimum of 3 rooms de convenience! Just sayin'. But it is a magnificent design! Thank you Sir!
I would have to take that family room and move it where the living room is, and use the space where the family room is to make those bedrooms even bigger. I personally don't like when they put family rooms in homes like this because a big living room should be enough, an extra family room just takes up much needed square footage that could be used to make the generally small spare bedrooms a lot more spacious in these builds
Beautiful exterior. Carpet would be a no but I know that’s optional. The interior colors are very pretty. Would have liked to of seen a second hand sink in the kitchen. That’s a bit of a disappointment. Love the shelves in the kitchen.
Amazing home!!! The only thing I would change is to remove all the carpet except for in the bedrooms. Bedrooms need carpet, the rest of the house, no thank you...
This is so house I'd seriously consider buying. The problem for me is I live in far northern California in the country. So getting here could be very expensive
Great pantry only I would prefer solid shelves as smaller cans, etc. tip over on the wire shelves. Love that island with two levels and solid (no sink in the middle of it. Lots to have plenty of drawers as well. I don't really like in the living room and den by the fireplace and TV those columns or bookcases that look like they are made out of cinder blocks. Not a nice look for inside the house. Hopefully that finish on them has some options. I do like that carpet. While the house design is very nice, the closets seem to be on the small size.
