10 years later, the gift that keeps on giving, thank you for this video.
7 years later and this was exactly what I needed. Thank you.
Thank you for your tutorial! Part number is 7443 if anyone needs it!
I am auto mechanically challenged, & your video got me through my objective. My family & I appreciate this video. Stay safe!
Great vid! Repair place wanted $22 to do it...bought the light for 6 bucks and did it myself thanks to your video!
I love when people make videos and get right to it. I thank you so much for helping me be able to do what I needed to do in less than five minutes. Amazing thank you so much.
Your how to video helped me greatly. My wife told me that her friend told her that she had a burnt out brake light. I watched the video and was able to change it with no problem. My wife thinks I'm a super fix it man. Thanks a million !!!!!!!!!
Love the simplicity of the video. No frills!
Thank you. Thank you. When I opened the back of my van, I had no idea how to even get to the lights. Your video made it easy to know what to do and expect. It took me less than 10 minutes to get the job done.
Hey appreciate you for showing so clearly how to do this. You're an awesome teacher for sure!
Thank you for the properly done video. Quick and to-the-point and very clear.
This is a very simple and straight forward video and was very helpful for me to replace brake bulb after seeing. Thanks a lot and appreciate your help!!!
Well done. Showing how to pull it out the first time when it gets stuck was particularly helpful. Quick and easy video. Thanks!
Thanks for the video! After watching this I was able to replace the bulb in less time than the run time of the video! Awesome!
I was really frustrated trying to find out what was holding the light in place. Your video was very helpful. Thanks
Short & sweet & to the point. perfect!!!!
Thank you! Your video showed exactly how to change the bulb.
Before I saw your video, I had gotten all the way to unscrewing the light assembly. Where I literally got stuck was with that pin, so thanks for the tip on how to do it. Probably saved me from spending $74.62 in "labor" at the dealer for a $3 problem.
Thank you for taking the time to do this. I'm in Finland with my van where repairs are so expensive. I was almost to the point where I was going to bring it to the dealer. Thanks for explaining how that inside snap worked. The video was extremely helpful to me.
I'm not in Finland, but I had the same issue with that third fastener .... thank you !! 😁😁
good job didn't know it was so easy had the bulb changed in no time thanks to your video
Glad I found your video. I knew there was a tab along the leading edge. I just didn't know if it was a clip or straight-in fastener. Glad I didn't break the lens trying to change a little bulb. This was a worth-while video. Thanks !
Thank you! Best video we saw for our 07 Odyssey, thanks for sharing your tips!
Thanks for this. I wouldn't have been able to do it without knowing how to handle that pin. BTW. I used a thin cloth around the edge of a trowel which gave me a wide edge to help pry it off. I wore some thin disposable plastic gloves we have for food handling when I needed to handle the bulbs.
Thank you! Knowing about the pin that held the assembly in was what I needed. A little putty knife helped to pry it out without breaking anything. After that, it was a piece of cake!
Thank you so much! This video was so good that I installed the light bulb on the first try! Very empowering and very much appreciated.
Thanks! It helped me change the bulb in under 2-minutes!
well done! simple & straight forward. could be better if bulb part number (7443) shown. had to spend another 10 min to find it out. :)
I too was curious. There's a dozen different bulbs on this car. I plan on changing the turn signal bulb too so I can go another 8 years without messing with it.
When you got to the store just give them your car model and year number-they will tell you. I do this for all parts
Thank you! I don't do a lot of work on vechiles but felt very confident after watching this. Glad to report it was as easy as you made it seem
Thanks! Saved me from breaking something when trying to pull the cover off and not knowing how to free that pin!
So helpful. Thank you. Works exactly the same on a 2006 Odyssey.
Great, thorough explanation. The pin was my hangup. Thanks for the help!
Nice & clear, to the point instructions. Thank you.
Thanks so much! I was able to replace the brake light bulb without any problems. Great step by step instructions!
I love how uniform Honda is in their vehicle design. This procedure worked just as well for my 2010 Honda Crosstour with only two difference: 1:30 1) Because of the long tapered design of the brake light cover on the crosstour, there are TWO plastic pins holding it to the body of the car, and 2) In this video the pin seems to go in parallel to the body of the car but in my crosstour they go in perpendicular. Everything else was identical! Great vid!
I been trying to get my break light off for 30 minutes.....lol thanks for the video
Thank you! It took me literally two minutes
Thank you! We just changed the brake light, and this video saved us.
halogen or not I make a point to never touch the new bulb with my bare hands as to not create a hot spot on the glass causing premature failure. Great short and sweet video
Thanks. What did I do before you tube? Oh yeah, spent a lot of money paying other ppl to do simple repairs on my home and car!
GREAT JOB. Quick and to-the-point and very clear.
Worked for me on 06. Exact same issue with pin. Thank you
Thanks so much. I had gotten stuck on that interior pin part, so I appreciate the note about the rag-covered flat tool (I just used a flat-head screwdriver).
You may want to note that removing the bulb fixture requires a quarter-turn - you can tug all you want, but it's not going to pull straight out! :)
Also, the same bulb has 2 filaments and thus controls both the brake light AND the tail light (I had the L brake light out & the R tail light both burnt out, and couldn't figure out what was going on - obviously I'm a car CIY noob!).
Thanks man! Mine was also stuck on that plastic pin and would not come off. I used a plastic pry bar to remove the light, the kind that is used to remove car door panels, etc. But your solution with wrapping something with a rag is equally effective. Thanks again!
Love your accent! Thank you for the quick and simple video
Thank You, made the job a no brainer, especially the tip on using a screwdriver (in my case, wrapped) to help pry it apart.
Great video! Such a time saver. The only thing I would change would be to mention the type of replacement bulb needed as the writing on the original bulb was barely readable. I have an 06 Odyssey Touring which uses the 7443 replacement bulb for the brake light. Bought the wrong one initially but no big deal.
+buster3535 thanks
Thank you, that was good instructions, those clips at the front were very stuck and your trick worked slick.
Good short clear sequence description and display.
Thank you for posting this! Stupid pin was kicking my tail.
Thanks for posting this video. You helped me take care of my rear turn signal.
That pin...that pin was what I needed to know. Thank you.
This video was so helpful!!!! Quick and easy!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽
A great help for replacing my rear light. Thanks man.
Thank you. This was perfect. It was the hidden pin I was struggling with.
Oh gosh! This is was great! I have a Honda Crosstour and despite it being an Accord it seems to resemble the Odessy in this way! Thanks so much for enlightening me!
Thank you for posting this video. It helped a lot, great use of your knowledge to help others!!
Thanks much - worked like a charm!
(quick note - its an 8mm socket if you want to use one of those)
Worked like a charm. Thanks!
Thanks! It worked on my '05. At first, I couldn't figure out why it wouldn't slide out. :)
Thanks for this.. Simple and easy on my 08!
Thank you! I thought I was going crazy! It’s just a tail light right?? That tail light had me scratching my bald head. Thanks a bunch.
Excellent. Thank you for the detailed demonstration!!

THANKS for posting this video. Very helpful.
Thx for posting. Great job
Thanks. Just in the midst of doing ours, and it's not coming apart easily. I figured there was a pin, and it's nice to be able to see the orientation before I start pulling any harder.
Perfect. I just replaced. Thank you.
Awesome. Thanks. Worked like a boss!

Good job man!
Awesome! Thank you!
Thanks for the video. I needed a refresher since I changed the bulb just a year ago. I think water may be getting in there? The light on the other side is still going strong.
Thanks ..helped me
Thank you for actually showing the entire process. Nice and simple explanation! What size bulbs are those? I am going to replace my dad's brake light.
Thanks for sharing.
Nice video👍
Double thank you !!!!!!
