those bolts that hold the disk in place are only used during mfg process to hold them in place during Assembly line. you don't need them. but can put them back if you desire. good vid there
I always use a little heat from map gas torch and a 20.00 impact driver(hit with hammer ) from HF...both rotor screws always come right out...Just be really careful to not use too much heat.
Using a dremmel is better for making a flat head slit. Smaller disk and can dig Deeper... or drill with screw extractors too

You can also use a tool called an impact screwdriver. Every time you whack it with a hammer it turns 90°
