Day 4✅: I foolishly thought since it was a >15 min workout it was going to be easy, but BOY WAS I WRONG! This burnt so badly, one minute in and I was alrededor shaking like a jelly lol. Glad I kept going though! I’m proud. Thank you so much for this series❣️
I LOVED THIS ONE!! It made me feel such a nice burn, it was challenging but not enough to make me give up. The movements are very similar to the ones I just went over in pilates class :D This is such a 10/10 pilates plan work out
I think this was exactly what i needed. Doing the same workout everyday would ruin my consistency out of sheer boredom. Not to mention this has managed to point out muscles i didnt even know were there. With that being said... day 4 down...my butt bone is kinda sore now🤕

I just finished day 4, it's the first time I comment from day 1 till now, and I'm not gonna lie, I go a little more stable than before, and the burn is amazing, I like to torture myself so I repeated every pilates session from day 1 till day 4 2 times, except for day 2 cuz it was so hard, now İ will go repeat this session for the second time
for such a short workout this one definitely made me feel the burn! i wasn't going to workout today, but i reminded myself that it is just 10 minutes out of the day and that i can do it. i'm so glad i did! day 4 complete ! ✅

Trying to GLOW UP during Spring Break/ Before Summer! Day 4: - I had to take 2 mini breaks somewhere near the end/ - I was literally SHAKING! I didn't think it would be that difficult - It didn't seem like 10 min felt more like 3 honestly! - I'm glad I made it to day 4 bc usually I don't make it to day 3 / to any day after day 3!

I felt a nice burn but at this point I'm used to it and it felt so rewarding!! Im so excited to continue this plan and be able to workout the rest of my body to this extent as well!❤❤

I use this video as my abs workout. Did this around 3,4 times per week. Now I’m literally obsessed with my abs. I never thought I would be committed to a workout plan plan and it had to be Pilates! I was about to skip today but then the image of the results I wanted came to my head and I had to get off my bed. Day 4 in and completed and I feel so proud. Thank you Madeline.
So I will do this for 50 days now because I'm curious if it gets easier doing these workouts on the 2nd month. I will post my feedback for each workout under the following videos and from time to time some results as well. ( bare with my poor english TT ) DAY4️⃣ I reallllyy loooved these exercises. There were many I never did before. That was amazing. And this is what was needed after the focus on legs and also the stress on arm muscles from the previous days. Today we could relax those muscles and only focused on abs. This is perfect. Now some tips for those who struggle with flexibility: (and I know what I'm talking about because my sister is a sports scientist) Sooo you can always slightly bend your knees and also raise your legs not as high. This won't effect the efficiency of the exercise. Just make sure your back is straight on the floor to minimal injuries and your toes are pointy. That's all. Enjoy the workout ^^
When I first started this plan, I got through the first two weeks, then I forgot to do it one day and somehow managed to take a week long break. Now I started it again because I wanted to have a streak without skipping and omg I’m starting to regret it, but I’ll try to continue the whole plan🎀

I’m currently in my second month of doing this plan and I’ve noticed that movements in the workouts are easier and my body is more toned than it used to be. I didn’t change my diet, so that’s also something to consider- hope this helps in some way. I’m not sure what your goal is, but keep at it and good luck!! 💕

And this is what was needed after the focus on legs and also the stress on arm muscles from the previous days. Today we could relax those muscles and only focused on abs. This is perfect. Now some tips for those who struggle with flexibility: (and I know what I'm talking about because my sister is a sports scientist) Sooo you can always slightly bend your knees and also raise your legs not as high. This won't effect the efficiency of the exercise. Just make sure your back is straight on the floor to minimal injuries and your toes are pointy. That's all. Enjoy the workout ^^

When I first started this plan, I got through the first two weeks, then I forgot to do it one day and somehow managed to take a week long break. Now I started it again because I wanted to have a streak without skipping and omg I’m starting to regret it, but I’ll try to continue the whole plan🎀

Мб это чисто я, но на упражнениях во второй половине бОльшая нагрузка шла на бедра, и у меня болел копчик, потому что сидела я преимущественно на нем, прям неудобно было

I've been doing these workouts everyday and I am so excited to see the results!! I've been eating good I think but for everyone who has been doing this for a while do you see any major results? just curious
I’m currently in my second month of doing this plan and I’ve noticed that movements in the workouts are easier and my body is more toned than it used to be. I didn’t change my diet, so that’s also something to consider- hope this helps in some way. I’m not sure what your goal is, but keep at it and good luck!! 💕
